رابطه نگرش معلمان نسبت به استفاده از محتوای الکترونیکی و فناوری آموزشی با یادگیری دانشآموزان

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه نگرش معلمان نسبت به استفاده از محتوای الکترونیکی و فناوری آموزشی با یادگیری دانش آموزان شهر لامرد است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف و ماهیت، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شامل کلیه معلمان شهر لامرد که در سال تحصیلی 96- 1395 در مدارس این شهر مشغول به تدریس بودهاند، می باشد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقهای، نمونههای آماری به تعداد 152 نفر انتخاب شدند. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از دو پرسش نامه محقق ساخته جمعآوری گردید. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسش نامهها مورد تأیید محققان و متخصصان قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسش نامهها از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسش نامه نگرش معلمان نسبت به کاربرد فن آوری و محتوای الکترونیکی 0/831 و پرسش نامه یادگیری 0/901 برآورد گردید. دادههای حاصل، با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون فریدمن و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که بین نگرش به استفاده از محتوای الکترونیکی و فناوری آموزشی با یادگیری دانشآموزان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، یافتهها نشان داد که محتوای الکترونیکی و رسانه آموزشی به روز و کارآمد، انگیزه و تسلط معلمان در بهکارگیری رسانه های آموزشی باعث ایجاد انگیزه یادگیری در دانشآموزان آنان می گردد.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers' attitude towards using electronic content and educational technology with the learning of students in Lamerd city. The research method has been applied in terms of purpose and nature, and in terms of data collection, a descriptive correlation has been used. The statistical population of the study included all teachers in Lamerd who taught at the schools in the school year of 2016-17. In this study, stratified sampling method was used to select 152 individuals. Data were collected using two researcher-made questionnaires. The face and content validity of questionnaires were confirmed by researchers and experts. Reliability of the questionnaires by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was estimated 0.831 and .0901 for teachers' attitude towards the use of technology and electronic content questionnaire and learning questionnaire respectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Friedman test and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the attitude of using electronic content and educational technology with students' learning. Also, the findings showed that the electronic content and up-to-date and effective educational media, the motivation and teachers mastery in the use of educational media will motivate their students to learn.
