In response to this situation, unreliable, inefficient management and reduce the comfort of residents, approach development strategy City (CDS) to increase the competitiveness of cities, improving the livability, economic development, reduce poverty and improve urban management was introduced in 1999 by the Coalition cities.The aim of this study application of CDS in the town of Marivan, with an emphasis on urban sustainable development. Study of the purpose, nature and descriptive analysis. Data collection on the basis of documentary (Survey) was conducted by questionnaire and taking notes.The population consists of professionals and managers has been Marivan. The volume of influent based on the sample of 326 people and is a two-stage cluster sampling method. For single-sample t test hypotheses, analysis and Strategic SWOT model is used. Results show that the status of sustainable development indicators in Marivan favorable situations.         Introduction and Objective:  The maximum contribution income due to complications in better management of public utilities, the effective factors in tolls in the context of municipal laws is essential. The aim of this study was to assess the factors influencing the increase in the willingness of citizens to pay tax is Izeh city. This goal through the implementation of priority measures of research on willingness to pay tax in Izeh has been investigated by the selected indicators. For this purpose, the index of economic, social and legal in 15 variables grouped and evaluated from the perspective of citizens is Izeh. research method: The scoping study, study and application of the methodology, cross - in which survey method using questionnaire was used. Community of 322 residents is Izeh. Foun: The results of data analysis through SPSS software show that economic indicators with an average (90/5) and social index average (85) and law index average (52/5) percent, the highest impact on the willingness of citizens to pay the toll. Result: The results of this research show that the municipal incomes are not consistent with economic, social and legal indicators.         Introduction and Objective: Nowadays, human force plays an important role in the competitive course for the organizations and undoubtedly a successful organization is the one which pays attention to the job security and justice of its employees, which has a salient role in their performance. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of organizational justice and job security on the performance of the employees of Zahedan Municipality. Method: Research method is descriptive-survey based on structural equations and the statistical population includes all the employees of area 1 Municipality of Zahedan. The sample size includes 200 subjects, 127 of which were selected according to Morgan table and through random sampling. Nihoff and Morman's (1993) questionnaire of standard organizational justice, Nissi et.al questionnaire of job security (1379) and the Hersi and Goldsmith's questionnaire of job performance (1981) have been used for collecting data. Content validity was determined by the confirmation of experts and the validity of the structure was confirmed via factor analysis and the dependability was calculated through compound Cronbach's alpha as 0/90, 0/92 and 0/97. SPSS 23 and PLS3 were used for data analysis. Findings: The findings of the research indicated that organizational justice and job security have a significant effect (P<0.05) on the performance of the employees of Zahedan Municipality. Also, organizational justice has a significant and positive (P<0.05) effect on the job Security of the employees of Zahedan Municipality. Conclusion: The existence of organizational justice in workplace indicates the rate of organization importance to employees, Therefore, increasing the level of organizational justice increases employee performance. Also Job security can reduce the dissatisfaction that employees may have about their jobs, Prevent employees from leaving the organization and increase the willingness of employees to deliver high-quality performance.     Manuscript profile

Method: In this study, the researcher used a descriptive survey method to firstly extract the most important executive programs to improve the quality of urban space internationally and, in concluding the work, proposed a structural model, and then, by asking experts Urban affairs has been prepared in the form of a questionnaire of necessary data. Using factor analysis and software, the proposed model has been modified and the finalized model has been approved for the conditions of the city of Arak. Findings: From the findings of this research, extraction of executive plans to improve the quality of urban design in the conditions of the city of Arak is in the form of a structural model. As well as considering the calculated factor load, the implementation of these programs is prioritized.         Introduction:  This article is related to the rapid development of urbanization and the role of ICT development on it. Meanwhile, people's relationships with urban space are changing. The spatial effects of ICT on the urban form is one of the most important elements in the provision of urban infrastructure. The concept of Smart City is presented as a winning urban strategy to improve life quality in urban space. Research aim: This study aims at theoretical explanation of the landuse situation in Smart cities. Also, by analyzing of existing literature, it seeks to understand the hierarchy and how the criteria of smart city affect the priorities of landuse in planning policies. Method: the research method is based on descriptive-analytic approach and Then through the AHP model the landuse priorities and the sensitivity of the factors are determined. Resualts: The research findings show that based on the six main criteria of the Smart City, each of which is related to its equation on urban landuse category, and the 18 sub-criteria related to them, the fowllowing land uses is prioritized respectively according to Smart City indicators: the infrastructures and services, residential and mixed, educational, green spaces, administrative and Industrial. Conclusion: The results show that ICT have a significant impact on urban activities that changes people's decision about choosing a place and how it is accessed. Therefore, if smart targets are considered, prioritization and planning of landuse will be different from the city that does not pursue these goals.   Manuscript profile

        Introduction and objective: According to the definition of the World Health Organization, health in its various dimensions (physical, psychological, social and spiritual) is based on the environmental, social and cultural context of society. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to use the experiences and records of the health-centered activities of the city of Paris to promote Tehran's activities in this area and to overcome the weaknesses and management challenges in this regard. Methodology: by  using the structured interview in this research, the principles and indicators were extracted from successful experiences of the city of Paris, which  have been localized in the area of urban health. In this way, experts and stakeholders have considered these principles and their applicability in Tehran. Findings: The current status of Tehran is poorly, moderately well evaluated in some areas of the study of health in the city of Paris. The extent or applicability of these principles in Tehran is different from the viewpoint of the interviewees, in terms of each of these indicators and principles, and to provide suggested strategies and solutions in the form of a management model, the successful experiences of the city of Paris and The research foundations in the theoretical part have been reviewed.  Conclusion: The adaptation of the performance of Tehran's health management with the experiences of the city of Paris in this area is not significantly proportional. From the four dimensions of the proposed pattern, only the environmental dimension is appropriate.
