        Abstract Background and purpose: Some small and medium businesses operate in the market for a longer period of time and the reason for that is the success of these businesses. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of demographic variables and attitudes towards success factors on the success of small and medium businesses under science and technology parks. Research method: This research is descriptive and survey-type and practical according to its purpose. The statistical population of the research is the businesses covered by the technology parks, which were sampled by cluster method. 4 provinces (Kerman, Razavi Khorasan, Yazd and Fars provinces) were selected by a selective method and necessary data were randomly collected from companies located in technological parks. The data collection tools were interviews and questionnaires. One-factor analysis of variance, Friedman's analysis of variance and Mann-Whitney test were used for data analysis. Findings: The results showed that family businesses and businesses that focus on internal factors have achieved more success. Companies that give higher priority to the variables of knowledge acquisition, innovation ability, increasing product quality, improving the technical ability of employees, relationship with universities and research centers, have been more successful in comparison with other business. Conclusion: For the success of small and medium businesses in science and technology parks, focusing on family businesses and internal factors is of particular importance.   Manuscript profile

        AbstractBackground and purpose: One of the aspects of organizational learning is self-directed learning, in which the employees of the organization are responsible for their personal learning so that they develop specialized knowledge and the ability to transfer knowledge in new situations. The purpose of this research is to design a model of self-directed learning in the University of Medical Sciences using a hybrid method.Research method: The present research was conducted using meta-combination method in several stages at the University of Medical Sciences. After identifying the concepts and codes of factors affecting self-directed learning and evaluating, its validity and reliability, the initial conceptual model of the research was designed. From the 72 retrieved studies, 7 studies related to the purpose of the study were included for meta-combining. At the level of analysis and presentation of the model, Sandelovski and Barso (2006) Meta combination method was used.Findings: The findings showed that the research model included 6 factors influencing self-directed learning. These factors included self-efficacy, motivation to progress, self-management skills, desire to use technology, desire to learn and share knowledge. The identified factors were approved by experts.Conclusion: The importance of self-directed learning in organizations requires focusing on factors influencing it and institutionalizing these factors among employees.         Background and purpose: cultural competence enables the service provider to perform optimally in a multicultural environment and empowers the government organization in terms of flexibility and adaptability. This article was conducted with the aim of identifying the consequences of cultural competence in the public health sector.Research method: First, meta-synthesis method was used to analyze the research literature, then in the second step, using the opinions of 12 university experts through a semi-structured questionnaire and a two-step Delphi method was used to finalize the model.Findings: First, with a systematic review of 311 scientific sources, which reached 29 after refinement, 3 indicators and 8 sub-indices affecting cultural competence were extracted, then in a questionnaire of 12 experts in the first round, the Kendall coefficient was 625/. It was achieved and by making corrections in the second step, the approved result was 731/. Was obtained.Discussion and conclusion: indicators of cultural security, desirable quality of work life, organizational trust, feeling of respect, self-empowerment, promotion of public culture, reduction of cultural costs, promotion of cultural health, are eight final sub-indices. The application of this article in the public healthcare sector can be a tool for evaluating cultural competence and its findings can be the basis for conducting management measures for organizational improvement and reform.         Background and purpose: Focusing on role clarity is a factor that provides platforms and creates opportunities for the flourishing of talents, abilities and competencies of employees in the field of psychological empowerment. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of organizational health moderator in the effect of role clarity on the psychological empowerment of employees of the Southern Electricity Distribution Company of Kerman province.Research method: The research method is descriptive in terms of applied purpose and correlation type in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the research includes 304 employees of the South Electricity Distribution Company of Kerman province, of which 137 people were selected as the sample size according to Morgan's table. 3 questionnaires were used to collect data, and the validity and reliability of the questionnaires were confirmed. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data, and EQS structural equation model was used to analyze the research hypotheses.Findings: The results showed that role clarity has an effect on the psychological empowerment of employees. Organizational health does not have a moderating role in the effect of role clarity on employees' psychological empowerment.Conclusion: Clarity of role in organizations makes employees have internal motivation towards fulfilling their job duties and believe that they can do their job skillfully and feel worthy.         AbstractBackground and purpose: Organizations in today's changing and unpredictable world, where environmental changes have caused extensive changes in the nature of jobs, need employees with stable employability skills in order to survive, grow and gain a competitive advantage. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of sustainable human resource management and industry progress on employees' employability skills of Sistan and Baluchistan University.Research method: The research method is based on the applied goal and based on the descriptive-survey implementation method. The statistical population of the research included all employees with master's and doctorate degrees of the University of Sistan and Baluchistan in the number of 248 people, based on Cochran's formula, 150 people were selected as the sample size by simple random method. The data collection method was library and field studies. And the data analysis method was the structural equation modeling approach.Findings: The results showed that the sustainable human resource management variable has a positive and significant effect on the employability skills of employees with an impact factor of 0.55. Also, the impact of industry development on the employability skills of employees was estimated with an impact factor of 0.63.Conclusion: The more flexible the employees, the more training courses based on long-term skills, the more opportunities for participation and empowerment, and the knowledge of technological skills such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, etc. They will become far more employable and will be more prepared to accept future jobs in the changing world.         AbstractBackground and purpose: Organizational commitment is a mental state that determines the desire and need of employees to continue working in an organization. The purpose of this research is to design an organizational requirement model in Iran's Ports and Maritime Organization.Research method: In terms of purpose, this research is developmental-applied and exploratory. The research method is the foundation data.The logic of selecting sample members was based on theoretical and snowball sampling. Interviews were conducted with 15 organizational and academic experts until theoretical saturation. Max QDA software was used for data analysis through coding steps.Findings: The findings of the research were presented in six main collections as the dimensions of the paradigm model of the organizational requirement and in the form of a research model. Causal, contextual, intervening, strategic and consequential factors of organizational requirement in the Port and Maritime organization of the country were identified.Conclusion: If managers focus on the factors that increase organizational commitment and provide conditions for employees, not only will employees' commitment to the organization increase, but it will bring positive consequences for the organization.
