        Quality of life is has a special place in urban planning studies according to objective and subjective conditions. The main goal of all plannings which is implied by thinkers and planners is Quality of life. The main objective of this research is to study the indicators related to quality of life from the viewpoint of the citizens of the new city of Parand according to 3 physical, functional and environmental characteristics. The research method is descriptive-analytic and survey based on using a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study is 382 people. In order to analyze the variables studied, SPSS software and statistical methods such as mean responses, parametric statistical test T for independent variables, synthetics and ANOVA test were used. The results of the research show that the quality of life situation in the studied area in the field of transportation and environmental, economic and social communication is not favorable from the viewpoint of the sample population. Only the situation from the viewpoint of physical characteristics (spaces and buildings) of the sample population is medium (with the mean 3) evaluated. Manuscript profile

Results were compared with images of Esri's World Imagery of ArcGIS Online, The parameters of correctness, completeness, quality and Kappa were calculated. And the results thus obtained, the accuracy of 80 percent, overall accuracy 62/01 percent, quality 53/87 percent and kappa coefficient was 49/74 percent. The results showed that successfully detects all features except Debris Fans has been satisfactory.         Located in a natural environment and lifestyle of rural villages tourism opportunities in rural areas creates indoor and outdoor promenades (Taj, 1381:23). These natural and cultural resources and historical attractions to be considered as powerful incentive to visit rural areas and valuable tourist destinations. The present study aims to identify priority factors affecting rural destinations attract tourists to the Damavand county in Tehran province has 39 villages of more than 100 people were. To analyses the data both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. 6 villages as the sample size was calculated using the formula Cochrane. The selection of villages were through randomly action equity interval method and considering unlimited number of tourists visiting the villages and so 350 people were questioning. The results of hypothesis testing using t-test showed that there is a Significant relationship between four variables (second home ownership Or stay in - Ease of access and quality of facilities path- Attractions and natural resources and Attractions and historical- cultural resources) and tourists attraction to the villages . Establishment of security in geographical spaces requires special measures and plans and is relates with many issues such as economical security, political and military security, social security, health security and environmental security. Sistan and Baluchestan province, due to the special geographical position, is very vulnerable in terms of security and in recent years has seen an increase in violence and armed conflict by militant groups. Although the roots of unrests are consider as political issues, but cannot ignore the effect of economic deprivation and low development indicators. In general we can say that there is a greater incidence of insecurity in underdeveloped contexts. Considering that more than 50 percent of the population of this Sistan and Balochistan province still lives in rural areas and rural population growth in the region is high, therefore, to achieve sustainable security we should consider security issues in rural areas. The results indicate that rural areas of this province have faced several challenges in different aspects of security, economic, social and environmental vulnerability.
