The population of this study includes 395 participants from faculty members of Kerman University of Medical Sciences out of whom the sample size of 120 participants was determined using co relational coefficient. In order to analyze data descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, percentage, variance, mean, and standard deviation were used and at the level of inferential statistics general linear model was used. The analysis conducted by SPSS 16 software. Findings: The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the attitude and the intention of knowledge sharing but there is a positive and significant relationship of mental norms and perceived behavioral control with the faculty members' intention of knowledge sharing. Purpose: The present research investigates and compares the use of Persian scientific journals indexed in ISC in the scientific production of the mother universities researchers of Iran during 2001 to 2010. Methodology: This is an applied research which uses citation analysis and descriptive documentary methods. The mother universities’ total number of scientific production in ISC has been 37988 documents during the given period. The Cochran formula was used for determination of the sample size. Based on this formula, the sample size of each university wan independently calculated. Then, the stratified sampling was used and the number of samples was determined by the ratio of documents in each university and each year. Consequently, the sample size of 2424 documents was obtained and the systematic random method was used to select the documents Data. Findings: Results indicated that 75.5% of the researchers had used ISC Persian scientific journals in their researches during 2001 to 2010. Isfahan University of Technology with 90.3% ranks first in this regard. Amir Kabir University of Technology (83.3%), Shahid Beheshti University (77.8%), Shiraz University (77.6%), Sharif University of Technology (75.3%), University of Tehran (77.1%), Tarbiat Modarres University (70%) and Iran University of Science and Technology (53.3%) have used ISC journals respectively. Conclusion: Findings of this research indicate that researchers often cite journals which are indexed in the citation databases. Moreover, the results of this study show that from all cited journals 57.9% are printed/electronic journals and 42.1% are printed journals. Averaging 4/73 Documents for each of researcher was indexed in Google Scholar, and each person had received an average of 19/33 citation. The average number of citations per Document was also 1/83. Hirsch index average was equal to 1/45 and G-index was 1/2. Hirsch index and G-index were equal to zero for 48/12% of the study population. Conclusion: The present study indicates that the total number of documents, the total number of citations and Hirsh and G-index for the most researchers in this study are low. Purpose: The main objective of this study was to evaluate the cost-benefit of resources’ conservation and preservation methods in libraries of Tehran governmental universities. Methodology: The method of the present research is descriptive. The stratified sampling technique is used to indicate a total sample of 83 managers/ supervisors of central and academic libraries (contain 13 central and 70 academic libraries) who 42 of them (51 percent) answer the questionnaires. To gather at the research data a questionnaire with 9 tables is designed. Validity of the questionnaire was determined with some of library professors and its reliability was measured with Cornbrash’s alpha about 0.88 that is good. The data analysis of the present research was performed by Excel. Findings: Findings showed that in this population, cleaning (62.20 percent) is the most activity of conservation, and binding and replacement (83.34 percent) is the most activity of preservation. Also in the libraries with the higher resources, cost-benefit attribute (desirability of economic profitability) is relatively good. The situation is more or less similar to the average resource libraries, but in the libraries with lower sources which the major part of the research (about 64/29 percent) there is not any desirability of economic profitability in the conservation and preservation selected methods. Conclusion: The results of the libraries’ cost-benefit evalution showed that small libraries are in the unsuitable situation. Protection against atmospheric pollution, security, and protection against fire methods are the main shortcomings in these groups of libraries. Manuscript profile
