This article has tried to use a descriptive-analytical method while paying attention to Imam's mystical principles in the formation of the Islamic Revolution and the formation of the Islamic government, and what is the role of Imam Khomeini's mystical ideas and thoughts in the modernization of Islamic civilization on a global scale? Iraq is made up of borders that have been constantly shaken and faced with security challenges in less than a century since its formal and new formation. Acknowledging the positive and negative impact of geographical factors, in this study, the aim was to answer the question: what role did geographical factors play in creating insecurity in Iraq and its impact on relations with Iran? In this regard, using the 12-point model of Peter Haggett, an attempt was made to answer the above question, and the research hypothesis was that almost all factors of insecurity in Iraq and the causes of stable and unstable tensions in relations with Iran have geographical and geopolitical nature and many of the factors of the Haggett model apply in this case. The result was that although the Shiites are currently in power in Iraq, the ongoing tensions in Iran-Iraq relations are largely geographical and geopolitical in nature that this issue multiplies the need for Iranian foreign policy makers to pay attention to these factors. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the required information and data have been collected based on the library and filing method. Manuscript profile

To do so, as the first step, they tried to eliminate Syrian government diplomatic presence in Arab entities which the most important is “Arab League”. Iraq in contrast has always by unilateral and Multi-lateral means tried to avoid this plan to go on. In this research we are trying to answer the main question: “Why after 2011, Iraq on a same diplomatic path, has tried to return Syria into Arab League?”. In order to figure out the best explanation for this Iraqi approach, based on descriptive-explanative research method, first we monitored news and statements trend during the last decade to describe the Iraqi policy in this regard; and second, based on library, media and think-tank sources, we explanting the causes behind taking that policy into action. Since Donald Trump took office as US president, the American foreign policy experienced a new era and the discourse approach chosen by the US government, according to some pundits, challenged the foundations and structures the US foreign policy had built as a hegemon in the world. This paper tries to explain the repercussions of the Trump administration's measures on the "American Dream" at the global level through an explanatory formative method. The question of the paper focuses on the impacts of Donald Trump's policies on the fulfillment of the "American Dream" in international system. It is hypothesized that by disregarding the multi-polar order which governs the international relations and also the US withdrawal from international treaties and obligations, the "American Dream" is weekend and has diminished US position in the international system. The results show the Trump administration in the dimensions of multilateralism include; Abandoning international law and establishing unilateralism, NAFTA reform, withdrawal from the Paris Agreement, Trans-Pacific Partnership, and JCPA, review of coalitions, alliances and military commitments, disregard for liberal economic values, review of security commitments India and the Pacific, etc., undermined the American dream. Following the Regional developments known as Arab Spring and the popular uprisings in the Arab world, Saudi Arabia, sensing threatened by the new developments, initiated altering its regional strategies. Aiming to study and analyze the modality of the formation of desirable regional order of Saudi Arabia, the question arises: "What are the characteristics and components of the desirable Regional order of Saudi Arabia and what are its mechanisms and practical tools?" As a probable answer, the study reasons that the desirable regional order of Saudi Arabia in its periphery (Arabian Peninsula) is based on "hard and soft hegemony", "being defined as a dominant regional player in the Arab world (countries with cultural and social commonalities with Saudi Arabia)" and " "Balancing in the Middle East region," And the study concludes that Saudi Arabia seeks to establish this order by building"alliance and coalition with the countries of the region", "attracting the support of America and the Zionist regime", and "strengthening its armament and military capabilities".
