         The statistical population of this study included all married people who referred to the psychological clinics of Tehran's District 2 in the period from February 2016 to July 2017, which is at least one year after their married life. In order to sample 300 people from the mentioned communitywere randomly selected by voluntary sampling method. marital conflict questionnaire (MCQ), personality traits inventory (NEO), and Toronto's Emotional Disappointment (TAS_20) were used to collect data. The data were analyzed using statistical method of structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS_22 software. The results showed that the fit indices have desirable values ​​and the data of this study have a good fit with the research model and also personality traits are related to the mediating role of alexithymia with marital conflicts. It can be cocluded that, that personality traits have a significant effect on alexithymia, which in turn can cause marital conflict and with the necessary training can reduce marital conflict as much as possible.         The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of teaching cognitive and metacognitive strategies on self-efficacy and academic engagement of female students with learned helplessness.This research was conducted in a quasi-experimental manner including a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of the study included all 11th grade students of Maragheh schools in the academic year of 2019-2020 with a number of..number of 581 people. After the implementation of the Queens and Nelson (1988) learned helplessness questionnaire, 136 of them were diagnosed as learned helplessness. Purposeful method was used for sampling. Therefore, 40 eligible volunteers were randomly divided into 2 groups (20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group) and entered the study. Subjects in both groups completed the academic self-efficacy questionnaires of Owen and Framan (1988) and the academic motivation of Scavofili et al. (2002) in the pre-test and post-test stages. The experimental group underwent educational intervention on cognitive and metacognitive strategies of Karami et al. (2014) for 8 sessions. Significance level was considered 0.05 for all tests. The results showed that teaching cognitive and metacognitive to the participants in the experimenta group, increased their scores……of academic self-efficacy (P<0.001) and academic motivation (P<0.001) in the post-test According to the research findings, it can be concluded that students with learned helplessness believe that events are uncontrollable.         The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of schema-based pre-marital instructionon the marriage values ​​and the ideal image of the spouse in single girls in Isfahan. This study was performed using the quasi-experimental method with pretest-posttest design and control group. The statistical population of this study consisted single girls under 30 years old in Isfahan. For this purpose, 30 single girls were selected through convenience sampling method and were divided into two groups: (15 people) in control and (15 people) in experimental group. The experimental group underwent schema-based pre-marital group training during 15 ninety-minute sessions. Participants answered the Marriage Values Questionnaire by Delkhamoosh ​​(2007) and Spouse Selection Attitudes Questionnaire by Cobb, Larson and Watson (2003) in the pre-intervention and post-intervention stages. The only difference was that the control group did not receive any intervention. Findings from the covariance ANCOVA showed that pre-marital instruction the ideal image of the spouse in the post-test stage (P/00.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the schema-based pre-marital education can be considered as an important and key pre-marital intervention.          The research tools included: Sex relation scale(SRS), questionnaire for measuring five personality traits(NEO), the scale of Love attitude(LAS-SF), and the questionnaire of 5 factors of mindfulness FFMQ. The fitness of the proposed model was estimated through structural equation modeling(SEM) and using the AMOS software packageThe mediating relationship in the proposed pattern was tested using the bootstrap procedure.in Karaj among which200 people were selected200 selected by the available sampling method. Result: The result of the structural equation modeling indicating relative fitness of model, showed that character types, attitude to love with the mediation of mindfulness had an indirect effect on the sexual relationship  predict sexual relationship.         The extramarital affair as a distressing experience, as well as one of the main reasons for divorce and the breakdown of marital life, is an issue that couples therapists face on a regular basis. Several factors can be In this issue. The aim of this study was to predict attitudes toward extramarital affairs based on the use of virtual social networks, personality traits and early maladaptive schemas. The statistical population included all couples referring to Gonbad city counseling clinics. To collect the data, Mark Watley's (2006) attitude questionnaire to transnational relationships, Yang's short schema form (1994), Neo's personality five-question assessment questionnaire (1985), and social networking questionnaire of Jahanbani (2018) were used. The results of the correlation coefficient and regression analysis showed that there is a significant correlation between the use of virtual social networks and attitudes towards transnational relations. There is also a significant relationship between neuroticism and agreement with attitudes toward transnational relationships. In addition, there is a significant correlation between early maladaptive schemas and attitudes toward extramarital affairs. Therefore, according to the research results, it is hoped that by training the necessary skills in the use of virtual social networks and also examining personality traits and early maladaptive schemas in premarital counseling to a large extent, the necessary can be done.         The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of instructional hope centered  parenting package on Parenting Stress of  mothers of  Preschool children in Isfahan. The research method was quasi-experimental, pre-test-post-test and follow-up with experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the study was mothers of preschool children in Isfahan in 2020, of which 30 mothers were screened through accessible sampling. Finally, 30 mothers randomly assigned to the experimental group (15 mothers) and the control group (15 mothers). The applied instruments included instructional hope center parenting package (researcher-made) and short form Parenting Stress (Abidin,1983). Participants in both groups completed short form of Parenting Stress questionary in three stages. The experimental group received a 90-minute training package (researcher-made) for 10 sessions. Data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance in SPSS software. The results indicated the effect of the Instructional Hope Center Parenting Package on the score of negative Parenting Stress (P< 0.05) in the post-test stage and the stability of this effect in the follow-up stage.  The results of the study suggest evidences that training this package to reduce ParentingStress in mothers. This research can be useful for psychotherapists and counselors in the field of family and children counseling and choosing the type of intervention to educate parents. Stress in three stages.         Women's political rights and how they participate in the public sphere in contemporary Iran are always challenging, given the frameworks derived from the religion, tradition, culture and custom that govern society. From this perspective, the explanation of the main question of this article is due to the lack and capacity of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the presence of women in politics. The structure of the research is based on telling the history of women's participation and presence in the public arena from the constitutional era until now, the position of women's political rights in the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, women's performance and presence in the public forces of Iran (by the country's basic institutions).         AbstractCouples' satisfaction is one of the main factors in determining the Of the mutual life and solving of marital conflict resolution, however, in relation to other effective structures, it is less considered. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of communication skills training on marital satisfaction and Reducing of the marital conflict in female students of the University of Medical Sciences. The research method was quasi experimental with pre-test-post-test design including  a control group  . The statistical population of the study Consisted of  the total number of female students of the University of Medical Sciences 25-40 years old, from which 30 women were selected by convenience sampling method and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Pre-test, post-test and follow-up data were obtained for each participant using Inrich Marital Satisfaction and Sanaei,s Marital Conflict Questionnaires. The experimental group underwent communication skills training for ten sessions twice a week and the control group did not receive any intervention. Data were analyzed by Repetead measure ANOVA with SPSS software version 23, In the experimental group, the mean (standard deviation) of marital satisfaction increased from 126.20 (8.76) before the intervention to 155.60 (9.47) after the intervention and to 162.60 (9.26) in the follow-up. Follow-up increased, also in the control group, the mean (standard deviation) of women's marital satisfaction increased from 126.26 (10.64) before the intervention to 12.446 (10.89) after the intervention and to (84.8) 121/40 decreased during the follow-up(P<0.01). The difference in the experimental group in all three stages was statistically significant, except for the post-test and follow-up, which was not statistically significant (P <0.01). In the experimental group, the mean (standard deviation) of marital conflict decreased from 136.06 (5.86) before the intervention to 110.86 (6.17) after the intervention and to 102 (5) in the follow-up. Also in the control group, the mean (standard deviation) of female marital conflict from 137.33 (4.83) before the reduce to to 135.46 (4.53) after the intervention and decreased to 134.60 (6.70) in the Follow-up, which was statistically significant (P<0.01). The study showed that communication skills training could reduce marital conflict and increase the level of marital satisfaction of women in the post-test and follow-up stages. Manuscript profile
