Adoption is one of the most important issues in the family. The legislator has been paying attention to this issue for years,  because human childhood usually has significant effects on adulthood. In 1392 note 26 of law of the protection of orphaned and neglected children state that it is permissible to marry an adopted child with a guardian if appropriate. Jurisprudently and in accordance with the initial commandments there is no prohibition on this marriage, but the above mentioned note in the terms of jurisprudence and legally has been the matter of the place of reflection for, many lawyers and experts are concerned about family issues. Because it contradicts with the general order of society and good ethic. On one hand one handone hand the lack of clarity in the concept of expediency in the legislator expression on the other hand the deteriorating of educational environment for the adoptive child due  to the interplay of adaption and possible spouse relationship and being ? by this marriage and  also because of the loss of stepparent mental security due to the possible suspicion, it is suggested that The legislator should revise the mentioned not in the form of secondary provisions and prohibit the marriage of the adopted children with the stepparents. The aim of this study was to predict drug addiction based on self-control, tolerance of confusion and feelings of loneliness in addicted women referred to addiction treatment centers in Khorramabad. The present study was descriptive-correlational one. The sample size of 150 addicts referred to addiction treatment centers in Khorramabad city were selected by Convenience sampling method. To measure the variables, Golparvar (2005), Tonji et al. (2004), Simonz and Gaher (2005) and Russell (1992) self-control questionnaire were used. The results showed that the relationship between self-control and drug tendency was negative and significant (p <0.001), and the relationship of feeling alone with the tendency toward narcotics was positive and significant (p <0.02) Therefore, these two variables have been able to predict some degree of drug tendency. However, the relationship between tolerance of turmoil and drug tendency was negative, but this relationship was not meaningful. Findings indicate that the strongest predictor for drug tendency was self-regulatory variable (β = 0.39, t = 5.28).These results have important implications for drug-related pathology. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the self-control and tolerance of distress by training and providing appropriate counseling, and by taking measures to reduce the feeling of loneliness, it will prevent the tendency of people to addiction, and even effective and appropriate treatment can be providedfor people who are addicted to different drugs. The research method was  correlational and exploratory factor analysis. The study population included all female high school students in Urmia. In this study, 528 people were selected by cluster sampling method and the Linden Moral Characteristics Scale and Moral Transformation Test were used. In order to analyze the data, exploratory factor analysis was used. Based on exploratory factor analysis, 12 ethical factors were extracted based on punishment, reward, social approval, law, social contracts, internalized ethics, command, cognitive inference, religious etiquette, observational learning, moral sensitivity and moral executive skills. In total, the extracted factors were able to explain 61.01% of the total variance of the test. Content validity, structural validity and factor analysis were used to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire. The obtained indices showed acceptable validity. Cronbach's alpha method was used to calculate the reliability. The reliability of the whole scale was 0.72. The results of this study show that the psychometric properties of the prepared scale have the necessary capabilities and can be used in the field of measuring the moral characteristics of female high school students. The existence of this instrument (scale)  can be useful in producing research on the psychology of ethics. Manuscript profile

The assumptions of thought and beliefs between couples presuppose the survival and continuity of life, and vice versa, the existence of some inequalities leads to the divorce and division of relationships in life, which gradually leads to divorce.  By increasing (or decreasing) of the age, we are witnessing a change in the attitude of individuals towards divorce. More income More income of the women increases increase the probability of marital instability. Women's employment plays a significant role in describing the attitude toward divorce. Also, the results showed that the involvement of others has a significant relationship with a attitude towards divorce .
