The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between multiple intelligences and social skills with self-efficacy among school administrators and deputies of Shabestar city. The present study Was a descriptive-correlative research in terms of data collection method andan applied research type in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted Consisted of 75 directors…. the directors and deputies of Shabestar schools. Out of this population 63 women  were population by stratified random sampling method. Measuring tools consisted of Gardner multiple intelligences, social skills of Matson et al. (1983) and Schwarzer and Jerousselm self-efficacy questionnaires. In order to analyze the hypotheses, inferential statistics of Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used simultaneously using SPSS.23 software. The results showed that among the components of multiple intelligences, three components of verbal intelligence (r = 0.69), music intelligence (r = 0.67) and interpersonal intelligence (r = 0.56) are related to the self-efficacy of school administrators and school assistants in Shabestar (p>0.01). According to regression results, 76.4% of self-efficacy variance is explained by multiple intelligences and social skills. Therefore, since self-efficacy of managers and deputies has a significant relationship with their multiple intelligences and their social skills. It is suggested that organizations try to improve managers' self-efficacy through the organization of accessible goals, replacing unsuccessful experiences with successful ones and enhancing  their self-efficacy Manuscript profile

Small & Medium-sized Enterprises growth has been taken into consideration by many academia and policymakers as a research area in recent years. This study aims to determine factors influencing growth of women-led SMEs. This study adopts Sequential Exploratory Mixed Methods (integrating quantitative and qualitative data)  Design. In first step we studied factors affecting growth of women-led SMEs, in this regard, a sample of experts in women-led SMEs and marketing (N = 15) was selected and interviewed with Semi-structured method in 5 provinces of Iran (Guilan, Khorasan, Markazi, Kerman and Kordestan).  The contents of the interviews were analyzed in three stages of Coding (open, axial, selective). At the end of qualitative research, a questionnaire was designed based on the key concepts. In the second step (i.e., quantitative part) a sample of 55 women-led SMEs from west of the country was examined through random sampling method. Based on the findings of the study, the Conceptual Model dimensions were appreciated by experts and entrepreneurs from the descriptive aspect. Additionally, analyses of main purposes of this study revealed  that a set of factors including entrepreneurial competencies, market growth strategies, business models, the role of government, and cultural and political factors, influences growth of women-led enterprises   Manuscript profile

For the experimental group, the learning protocol was based on the integrative behavioral couple therapy Continues for 16 sessions (twice week one hour). The instruments used in this study were Cognitive Emotion Regulation questionnaire (CERQ) of Garnovskii and Krai (2006) and Marital Intimacy Scale (MIS) of Thompson & Walker (1983). Data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis using SPSS-21. The results of this study showed that education based on integrative behavioral couple therapy is effective on cognitive emotion regulation (P <0.001). Also, the results of the study showed that education based on integrative behavioral couple therapy was effective on marital intimacy of couples (P <0.001). Using Cochran sampling formula, 384 people were studied by simple random sampling method using a questionnaire. Formal validity was used for the validity of the research instrument and Cronbach's alpha was used for reliability. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software and statistical tests such as Pearson correlation and multiple Were conducted. The results show that the variables of feeling of security (r = 0.226), social justice (r = 0.450) and the level of trust (r = 0.216) had a significant effect on life satisfaction of women working in education in West Islamabad. the results of the coefficient of determination show that the above three variables together could explain 0.42% of the changes of the dependent variable Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of executive function training (attention, response inhibition, working memory) on attention deficit symptoms and social skills of children with ADHD in Tabriz. This quasi-experimental study used a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The statistical population included all male elementary school students in Tabriz district 4. from among  this population, 30 students were selected using available sampling method and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Both groups were pre-tested and answered the CSI-4 questionnaire and the Social Skills Rating Scale (SSRS). Next, the experimental group participated in ten training sessions (each lasting 60 minutes) on executive functions, and then, both and control groups took post-test groups. By collecting data, the researcher tested the hypotheses of analysis of covariance using SWS software. The results showed that the mean score of negligence and anxiety in the post-test in the experimental group decreased compared to the pre-test. Also, the mean score of social skills in the post-test in the experimental group increased compared to the pre-test. The aim of this study was to investigate the mental health and life expectancy of blind women compared to sighted people. The present research method was descriptive and comparative. The statistical population of the study included blind males and visually impaired women of Tabriz in 1399-1389. The sample of 80 female  was selected in the first stage using the available sampling method (40 blind people and 40 sighted people) and were compared in two independent groups as blind and sighted. The overall health scale (28-GHQ) and life expectancy of Snyder (1991) were completed by the subjects. The data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance. The final results showed that there was no significant difference in the level of life expectancy and dimensions of factor thinking and pathways in the group of blind and sighted (p >0.05). Also, the results showed that there is a significant difference in the level of mental health between the group of blind and sighted subjects (p <0.05). In addition, the results showed that among the dimensions of mental health, only in the dimension of physical symptoms and anxiety and insomnia symptoms, there is a significant difference between blind and sighted groups (p <0.05). According to the results of the study, it can be acknowledged that despite the low level of mental health in blind people, there is no difference in life expectancy between blind and sighted people and the life expectancy of blind people is almost the same as sighted  people due to increased friendships and Family and social networks Manuscript profile

The samples were purposefully selected based on entry and exit criteria and 30 uncompromised couples were randomly divided into two groups with 15 couples. The collection tools included demographic information questionnaire, World Health Organization quality of life questionnaire consist of 26 questions, Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire (short form). Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance in SPSS23 software. The results showed that cognitive-behavioral couple therapy has a significant effect on increasing the quality of life and marital satisfaction of uncompromised couples (p = 0.001), its effect on increasing the marital satisfaction was 83.7% and on increasing their quality of life was 69.5% (0.05>P).
