The main purpose of this research was Predicting of organizational citizenship behaviors among women through organizational support, organizational identity and psychological capital. The current study is a descriptive correlational and statistical population is all women employees of a big private hospital in Esfahan, from them, 160 subjects were selected via convenience sampling. In this research a set of questionnaire consisting of organizational support (Eisenberger et al, 1986), psychological capital (Luthans et al., 2007), organizational identity (Mael & Ashforth, 1992), and organizational citizenship behaviors (Lee & Allen, 2002) were used. Data were analyzed with use of Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis and the result showed that there are significant positive relationship between organizational support, organizational identity, psychological capital and organizational citizenship behaviors (P≤0.01). Moreover, results of regression analysis showed that the organizational identity and psychological capital were able to predict 26 percent of organizational citizenship behaviors’ variances.
