        The town of Lahijan, especially its central district’s villages is rich in terms of variety of products. Preserving agricultural lands (paddy fields) tea gardens, and berry gardens for sericulture can bring out many benefits such as  food production, healthy drinks, silk yarn, prevention of migration to town, population growth in them, and city dwelling problems, creation of jobs, self-sufficiency of agricultural products such as rice, tea, and silk, political independence and lack of air pollution and other negative effects in terms of physical- spatial, socio-cultural in preserving the variety of crops. If agro-lands get changed to be non-agri ones, there would never be such benefits just mentioned. The present research aims at finding the reason for land application change in 30 villages of central section chosen by the use of Koran formula so that the physical, social, cultural, economic, environments effects and subsequent can be identified. The methodology used here is descriptive- analytic. Data have been collected through library and field studies, and questionnaire. To analyze the data, the analytical model of SWOT is used. Findings reveal that the rules for land application change have not been very effective in preserving land. Moreover, the physical, social, cultural, economic, and environmental changes can been observed more clearly in villages especially the surrounding villages. Manuscript profile

        Rural tourism introduces new phenomena like establishment of rural heritage museums to village environment. As we know climate conditions and ethnic and racial diversities are high in our country. So, it is not surprising if our new generation has little information about socio-cultural, ethnic, tribal, architectural, city making background, and forefather’s style of living. As a result, to improve the condition, one of the ways is to introduce geographical and historical background to today’s generation to effectively introduce it to foreign tourists, consequently. The establishment of rural heritage museums can effectively indicate the cultural personality. Guilans’ rural heritage museum is a national plan and a pattern in setting up open-space museums. These museums’ can be an amalgamation of old rural and old structure, artistic works and objects, local food, play, game, and music that play an important role in changing the view toward rural culture among rural and urban visitors. The present study aims at exploring the role and effects of these museums on socio-cultural indicators. The method used is descriptive-analytic. The data reached have been classified by SPSS and through non-parametric test of Pearson, a meaningful “q” square was determined for socio-cultural indicators and related analyses. The survey done through field studies and questionnaires reveal that establishment of open-space museum like Guilan’s rural heritage museum is useful in different regains. Manuscript profile

        Passive defense refers to the set of basic and civil measures which conduct national resources and infrastructural facilities towards the appropriate defenses and conducting national security. to this, in this research social capital has been considered as one of most important sources lies in the social structure that is available by the objective functions. Confidence is base of social capital and increased civic participation. Thus, a main tradition of civic engagement, such as participation in elections is considered as an important indicator of social capital. Given the above, this study sought to examine the role of social capital in passive defense. To this, in an analytic review, we knew the relationship between social capital and passive defense. Then, in a statistical research we considered participation in elections as significant indicator to measure social capital. “Sistan and Baluchistan's province” is case study in this research. Results show the low rates of participation of people in this province in 9 periods of Presidential Election that suggests little trust between people and government and finally unfavorable situation of social capital. Reinforce the social capital in the region to take advantage of passive defense for national security, have been proposed. Manuscript profile

        Determining appropriate place for urban uses is one of the major categories in urban planning. Each of different urban activities requires its own proper space and it is impossible to establish them in every area of the city. Spatial-local distribution of banks branches is among the main issues in building spatial justice which is at the heart of serving and expansion regarding sustainable development trends. There are 274 bank units in Rasht city; it seems that they are unevenly distributed in various parts of the city. Accordingly, the main question of this study is to find out spatial distribution regulations of bank units in Rasht city. To answer the question, descriptive-analytic method and spatial analysis techniques are employed. Doing so, first, respective indices were extracted from research literature and then distribution regulations of banks were defined based on which research questions were answered. Results demonstrate inefficiency and inappropriateness of bank units' distribution in different areas and most banks have chosen very sensitive and strategic parts of the city for their activities.         Mashhad, Iran as a metropolis in the North East, with a wide sphere of influence in the region and in the various fields of scientific, industrial, medical and military. The city with many problems in slum areas, air pollution and not answering the needs of the city's ancient fabric of modern society is facing today. So planning to build new cities, such as the overflow crowd for Binalud & Golbahar and it will be necessary. In this study is to examine the relationship, the impact of new towns in the area of ​​civil engineering companies to provide conditions for residents living in new towns based on the proposed master plan, urban users Land proposed implementations is studied from the perspective of citizens. Methods In this study is experimental and the descriptive - analytical methods for sectored that field data collection (questionnaire) sample of 250 rural households, are questioning the practice. The results show a significant relationship between evaluation of performance of New Towns Development Companies with Implementation of master plan Land proposed from the perspective of citizens with a correlation coefficient of 0.753 there. In terms of New Towns Development Company providing urban services, 53 percent of the proposed changes to the Land Implementation explains and providing urban facilities and equipment by the Development Corporation, only 16.3 percent of the dependent variable would change. According to these findings, strategies such as cooperation of all agencies responsible for developing the urban infrastructure and equipment, creating employment opportunities, Interior of cooperation and coordination of Road and Unbanning Ministry in Development of Program's in New town, Provide platforms for public transportation, Different services in Golbahar New Town and etc is proposed.         Spatial Equalization, access to services and providing infrastructures and other institutional-financial conditions, required for growth and development in villages, could play a leading role in accelerating development process and improving villagers’ life quality. In this context, small and local cities which have a close link with villages, accumulate in themselves facilities and services required for development to present these services to villages and other surrounding population centers and could provide cause of excellence and development of rural communities. This research article aiming at analysis of village-city role of Masiri, as the center of Rostam county, conducted to provide the grounds for growth and development of the surrounding rural areas, is of analytical-descriptive type. The data collection is both field and library-based. The population includes Masiri city and 91 villages in the central part of the county Rostam. In order to analyze Masiri’s function with regard to the studied villages,different population variables, amenities, service facilities, and also determination of development degree of villages of the district have been analyzed by taking use of different quantitative and statistical models. The result of studies show that despite increasing the scope of its influence and spatial operation, Masiri city could not present itself in the region as a dynamic and creative city since its foundation in 1997, So that, despite the increase of its population due to migration, the city failed to maintain and stabilize rural population of the region. Also this city has been relatively week in distributing services and amenities to the surrounding areas as well as employment and obviating unemployment in the region.         Now days, tourism industry become the biggest source of income for lots of countries and most of these countries use it for employee, grow thin private companies and growth in economic development. Paying attention to nature flowers and plants in urban environments also causes flowering and planting increased rate around the world. up to the level that WTO announced that more than 50% of travels which took place in world are for enjoying from natural and watching natural attraction. Mahallat city’s hemispheric location and climate gives a very powerful potential in producing flowers and plants and of course a competitable one in world. More than 80% of implanted area and producing flowers in Markazi state is belonged to Mahallat and more 40% of working powers is been used for flowering and planting. Developing in flowers and plant productions and use them in Mahallat is equal to increasing of employee , incomes and finally growth and permanent development of tourism industry in Iran.         To recognize the numbers of inhabitant's population and culture in different places and also balanced or unbalanced distribution of hygienic or curative stations in each zone is the most essential, In comparison to the number of population to develop the public health care and curative problems equilibrating. The object is to study the current situations in hygienic - curative centers and, assigning suitable criteria for deployment and topology to hygienic-curative stations and also, displaying techniques on account of favorite services to hygienic-curative stations. In this research of method of analytic – descriptive and also has used GIS software for analysis information. Also the society statistic of research is hygienic – curative centers. The initial outcome showed, the curative centers had not suitable situation in respect to communicative networks, accessing facility and because the building of most curative centers except for hospital were old in the city, therefore the existing conditions of curative centers did not confirm with topology criteria and making much problems, therefore these centers should move to suitable places with basic acumens.         The city of Esfahan is a beautiful tourist city that attracts thousands of tourists yearly due to distinguished geographical positions and cultural and historical features. During Nourooz time, different classes of people visit this city. Each class chooses a different place to stay based on their especial condition sine trip of any kind requires a place to stay. Among many residences to stay, school is one that is mostly used by especial group of people, Staff of Education Ministry. The schools are welcome by people more and more annually in such a way that the number of schools used for this purpose has increased in 2007 from 570 to 654 schools in 2009, and the number of families has increases to 37730 from 36400 and 39400 in 2010.  However, schools face different welfare, security, and accessibility… problems. To this end, the present research aims at explaining the current condition and seeks for strategies to identify and remove the problems so that it can present suitable solutions to improve the existing condition to a desirable level. The condition of schools as temporary places of residence has been discussed in present study that is an applied one. The data have been collected through questionnaire, observation, and interview. The findings reveal, regarding the dispersed condition of schools in the city and their organization, that if present condition is improved and the problems are removed, schools can have a more desirable condition and visitors can reach better satisfaction.  Manuscript profile
