IntroductionHigh education institutess are a key factor in the educational process. Centers that have a suitable location and are designed in a systematic program help the development of urban society in a suitable and efficient way. However, site selection of the high education centers, including Azad University, is a complex issue that involves many evaluations (technical, political, social, environmental and economic).GoalThe most important goal of the research is to implement the correct and appropriate model for the location of higher education centers for the effectiveness of uses in the city.MethodologyThis research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical and field in terms of method and nature, and the final weight of the criteria in preparing the location map was calculated using fuzzy hierarchical multi-criteria decision-making analysis. Based on this and by applying the weights of each criteria in the ArcGIS environment, the suitability of the lands of Babol city for the establishment of new higher education centers with an emphasis on the Islamic Azad University was determined.Geographical area of researchBabol City is located in Babol Township of Mazandaran Province. There are 18 high education institutes (including universities and high education institutes) in this city. Results and discussionAccording to the opinion of experts, the criterion of the distance from flood-prone areas is the first priority with a relative weight of 0.098, and the land value criterion is the last priority with a relative weight of 0.035 to influence the optimal site selection of the high education institutes. According to the site selection map of high education institutes in Babol, the most suitable land for creating these centers is in the southwest and west part of the city and in the area of Farhangian, Nilufer, Azadegan, Taleghani and Andisheh complexes, as well as the current location of the Islamic Azad University of Babol branch.ConclusionThere are three important points in choosing the location of university units with a sustainable development approach:1)Identifying the effects of the components of location and spatial distribution of high education; 2)Identifying the effects of the components of the stakeholders' satisfaction with high education; 3)Identifying the effects of the spatial components of high education site selection. Introduction The development of the city to produce urban spaces and both are intertwined with the issue of power. Power structures and processes often lead to the gradual elimination of disorganized groups and interests in favor of organized and resource-dominated groups and interests. The pressure of the powers that be is problematic and the vacuum of the powers that are not causes imbalances in society. Analyzing these power relations helps urban decision-makers to find better solutions to urban problems.Methodology The actors of the production of the desired urban space have been identified through semi-structured interviews with the method of snowball sampling to reach the experts of the target community of the research, as well as frequent field observations and documentary review to complete and verify. Then, the power relations between these actors were measured and analyzed through the flow analysis method using Ucinet software and the power of the actors was measured and analyzed through the interaction analysis method using MicMac software.Geographical area of research The study area is a unique and highly populated urban space of Abbasabad lands with an area of 554 hectares is located in the central part of Tehran metropolis. Results and discussion The output of software analysis and analysis of the results obtained a level of communication and power of actors in the production of urban space in Abbasabad, which showed that there is no balance in the power of actors and citizens are at the lowest level of influence and role and influence in none They did not participate in the preparation, approval and implementation of the plan, and the independent private sector is not present in this process.. IntroductionAir pollution as one of the most important factors affecting the environment, especially in large cities has caused many problems for residents. On the other hand, green spaces as one of the emphasized elements in urban ecology, play an important role in reducing air pollution. Therefore, studying the type and intensity of the relationship between urban green space and air pollution can show the extent of the impact of urban greenery on pollutants.GoalThe main purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between green space and changes in air pollutants by regions in the metropolis of Tehran with an emphasis on urban ecology.MethodologyThis research is descriptive-analytical by nature and applied in terms of results and mixed (quantitative-qualitative) in terms of methodology. In this research, the method of interpolation functions in ArcMap 10.7 software and regression analysis in SPSS 21 software have been used. To integrate the current situation of the variables with regression relationship and determine the priority of action by regions, qualitative coding has been done at four levels from high to low.Geographical area of researchA case study of the research is the metropolis of Tehran. Results and DiscussionThe findings indicate that there is an inverse and significant relationship between green space and CO, SO2 and PM2.5 pollutants. With 95% confidence level, the impact of green space on CO, SO2 and PM2.5 pollutants based on Beta coefficient is -0.500, -0.508 and -0.452, respectively. The results of qualitative coding of the current situation of variables with regression relationship show that regions 9, 10, 18 and 21 due to the low level of green space and high concentrations of these pollutants, are in the first priority category to apply suggestions. ConclusionThe results showed that the presence of green space does not affect the changes in the concentration of all air pollutants. It only affects CO, SO2 and PM2.5 in Tehran. Finally, despite the need for suggestions aimed at controlling air pollutants, the focus of this study is on green space-based suggestions to reduce air pollutants based on the priority of actions by regions. These suggestions are presented in the form of top-down and bottom-up approaches in two short-term and long-term periods. Manuscript profile

The situation of Guilan province indicates duality and regional imbalances. It seems that there is a need to complete and sufficient knowledge of the factors that play a role in balanced spatial development of the cities in the Guilan province. The main purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the effective factors on the balanced spatial development of cities in this province. This research has used the questionnaire and Delphi method to collect data. In first step, 60 effective factors on the balanced spatial development of cities in Guilan province were identified in three dimensions of population, activity, and space. Then, the significance of these factors was evaluated using the One-Sample T-Test, and 28 high important factors were identified. Next, using Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA) identified the main factors. Research results demonstrated that three main factors play a key role in the balanced development of Guilanian cities; and in the field of transportation, 41.74% ofthe variances could explain all research variables. Geographical location and tourism and services also explained 26.18 and 18.51% of the variance of all research variables, respectively. Totally, these threefactors explained 86.04% of the total variances. Results also showed that Gilan province has different types of transportation patterns, and its proximity to the Caspian Sea and its littoral countries has made it possible development of port commercial activities and tourism for province. Therefore, the favorable future of the province will be achieved relying on three factors of transportation, environmental and geographical potentials, and strengthening tourism infrastructure. Organizing and creating a suitable space with different functions for optimal access of citizens is the common goal of most urban development projects. However, improper implementation of development plans has caused structural and functional turmoil in the physical fabric, and in particular, the use of a large part of the land within the area, and the negative impact of the horizontal expansion of cities. This article seeks to analyze the effects of urban development plans on the structural-functional transformations of urban space in Region 3 of Zanjan with a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection was done by field and library studies. The statistical population 384 people were selected by Cochran method. Probit test, one-sample t-test, multiple linear regression test and Todim model were used to analyze the data using SPSS, Excel and GIS software.Findings showed that some land uses were less than expected and some more than the capacity of the city was distributed and the desired limit was not observed. According to the regression test, the correlation between structural-functional changes and urban development plans is 0.908. And the implementation of urban development plans according to R2 statistics explains about 82% of the structural-functional changes in Zanjan. Finally, the combination of quantitative and qualitative indicators with the Todim model showed that the implementation of urban development projects in the area of "Ghods Town, Black Alley, Safa Street" with the highest coefficient (1) is desirable and satisfactory and in the "lower square With a coefficient of (0.001) was weak and undesirable.
