The current research was designed and implemented with the aim of the level of familiarity with sports law among physical education teachers in the west of Fars province. In terms of its practical purpose and in terms of the descriptive data collection method, this research is of the type of analytical studies, the data collection of which was carried out in the field. The statistical population of the qualitative section included all the elites who are aware of the research topic, and based on the purposeful sampling method until reaching theoretical saturation, 14 people were selected as the research sample; And in the quantitative part, the statistical population of the research includes all physical education teachers in the west of Fars province, whose number is 320 according to the obtained statistics, which was determined based on Morgan's sample size table and the random selection of 175 people as the research sample. The tool for collecting the present research is a researcher-made questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha statistical methods were used to calculate reliability coefficients and Smironov's Klomogrov for normality of data, exploratory factor analysis, correlation coefficient and one-group t-test to test hypotheses. Statistical operations were performed using spss software version 26. The results of the research showed that among the 39 components identified, four factors: standards of equipment and places (0.689), responsibilities of the manager and administration expertise (0.701), rules and regulations (0.598) and education (0.756) with the components of familiarity with sports law among teachers There is a significant relationship with physical education. For collecting data, the standard management model of Kelman et al.(2011)and Carroll Social Responsibility(1999)was used. Validity of the questionnaire was approved by10sports management and sports marketing experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was 0.85for Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for the brand manager questionnaire and 0.91for the social responsibility questionnaire. It should be noted that in this research all statistical analyzes were performed at error level of 0.05with SPSS version25and Smart PLS version3.2.6.The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between brand management and its subscales(stable relationships, human resource initiatives, customer focus, brand identity, brand identity)with social responsibility. Also, the results of fitting indicators of the measured model showed that the effect of brand management on social responsibility is in desirable conditions. The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the barriers to recruiting volunteers in sports, education and training (the studied sample of Karaj city). The organizers of the school competitions were Karaj city. The sampling method was a multi-stage cluster. According to the four regions and according to Morgan's sample size, 234 people were selected as the study sample. Collection tools The data was a researcher-made questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 12 university professors and experts in this field. The overall reliability of the questionnaire was also obtained using Cronbach's alpha test (888). For analysis. Data statistics, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used. According to factor analysis, 32 variables were placed in six groups with psychological, communication-informational, individual, legal, structural and administrative-organizational titles. Using a five-point Likert scale, the importance of the variables was evaluated, based on which, communication-informational factor with a variance of 27.009, individual factor with a variance of 16.89, and legal factor with a variance of 11.33 were the most important obstacles. The purpose of this article is to investigate the safety management of sports venues in sports events in schools of Zanjan province in 1401. This article is one of the applied researches in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data processing methods. The field method is to use a questionnaire. that the statistical population of Zanjan province's physical training schools; Their number is 750 male and female students. The community studied in this research are girls, whose number is 340. In order to determine the sample based on simple classification sampling and using Morgan's table, 181 people (girls) were selected as a sample. In order to analyze the data, Friedman's rank test and correlation coefficient were used using spss software version 18. Findings: Data reliability was reported based on Cronbach's alpha 0912. The normality of the data was confirmed by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Friedman's test was significant at the 0.01 level (P<0.01). The dimension of management with the highest rank 1, health with rank 2, legal and ethical requirements with rank 3, design with rank 4, respectively, showed the highest average rating of the effect on the safety of sports facilities. The results of correlation analysis: safety and security with health had the highest correlation of 0.933, then the ethical and legal requirements of design and management with safety were 0.814/0.863 and 0.684 respectively. Conclusion In order to have great heroes, we must pay special attention to design, hygiene, ethical and legal requirements and proper management. By creating a hosting position, it made a positive step in raising the healthy culture of competition and hospitality, and the facilities and content of the subsequent events. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the study is to address the role of conflict management strategies (control, competition and avoidance) and the extent of strategic conflict management preferences in coaches and teams under their leadership on team effectiveness (wins and losses, ranking, and team durability). Investigating how a women's basketball coach prefers to work in a team and to what extent the choice of conflict resolution style affects team effectiveness. According to the review of the published literature, conflict arises in different stages of team formation and is inevitable. Although conflict reduces the productivity of a team, it can also be beneficial in increasing team performance. Team members in different positions prefer different styles to manage conflicts within a team, but there is still no research to determine the extent of these preferences among female basketball coaches, especially when talking about the impact of conflict management in real situations and team performance. be The purpose of the current study was to address this issue by examining and identifying strategic conflict management preferences and team results on team effectiveness (wins and losses, playoffs, rankings, and team longevity). Participants included female coaches from 41 teams in women's basketball, whose preferences were aggregated across three levels of league competition. Data were collected through a multi-part questionnaire to evaluate the study variables. Manuscript profile
