        The purpose of this research is to study the educational and cultural dimensions and components of cultural promotion model in foreign language teaching (FLT). Since English is the most common language in the world today, it was selected as the case. Research methods was applied, quantitative, descriptive and a survey. Society, in qualitative section, includes 15 scholars and in quantitative one consists all teachers of Tehran’s language academies i.e. 400 people based on Cochran’s test. Instruments for data collection include a semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaires. Validity of questionnaires achieved by confirmation of elites through Delphi method. For evaluating reliability of the instrument, the Cronbach’s alpha test was utilized. The reliability of variables in general was 0.98 in factors, dimensions and components. To analyze the data, researchers utilized both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Results in factors, dimensions and cultural components of FLT indicated that there are 3 factors of intrinsic, internal and external in the subject and they are higher than the average of society. Meanwhile, 2 dimensions and 9 components were recognized: Cultural Dimension includes 5 components and Educational Dimension includes 4 components. Results indicated in the form of a suggestive model and it stipulated the significant effect of cultural factors in FLT. Manuscript profile

        Introduction and Objective: Today, the cultural approach is important in all matters, including urban management policy, and supports a set of values and social systems. The purpose of this study is to examine the social phenomenon of cultural citizenship and its relationship with cultural capital and citizenship culture. Methodology: The research is descriptive and survey method. The statistical population of Karaj citizens is 1396. The sample size according to Cochran formula was 384 and the cluster sampling method was used. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS with Pearson correlation coefficient and regression. Findings: The relationship between cultural culture and cultural citizenship was confirmed, but no significant relationship was observed between cultural capital and cultural citizenship. Result: Citizens are partly accepted by other citizens in other languages, race, religion, ethnicity, etc., in an urban complex and familiar with their rights and duties to other citizens. Considering the cultural rights of every citizen, each of the races, ethnicities and religious and social minorities has the right to citizenship and the culture of citizenship can be a factor in promoting their cultural rights.         The goal of the study was to describe and identify the staff’s experiences working at the main department of culture and Islamic guidance in Esfehan province. In terms of goal, the research was an applied research and it was a qualitative research in terms of data collection method using phenomenological method. The needed data were collected via in – depth interviews with 24 participants who had been selected using purposeful samplings. The triple approach developed by Rao and Prey (2003) was used to examine the reliability of the results. Validity approaches developed by Lincoln and Guba (2007) (external validity, descriptive validity and interpretive validity) were used to test the validity of the results. The results obtained indicated that the factors of impression management consist of individual factors related to employees, individual factors related to managers, organizational factors, social – cultural factors, political factors and moderating factors, methods and tactics were classified into two groups of negative and positive methods and tactics and organizational consequences. The findings of the research indicated people have experienced this phenomenon in different ways. Hence, to pay attention to this topic could be effective on organizational health and staff’s physical and mental moods. So it requires special attention. Manuscript profile

        Introduction and Purpose: The purpose of this study was survey the influence of political participation in the establishment of a democratic system and the Effect of Democratic Processes to shape the values of the political culture of Kurdish citizens in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. Research method: This research is in terms of nature and method, descriptive (survey) and in terms of relations between variables, is one of the correlation studies. According to Cochran's formula73 people are as a statistical sample and were selected by cluster sampling. The data gathering tool are researcher-made questionnaires to measure the variables of political participation, democracy, and values of political culture that were designed based on the five-value Likert scale. Before distributing questionnaires, they were provided to 25 experts to ensure their validity and reliability. In the inferential statistics level Data research were tested using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation and path analysis, by SPSS and LISREL software. Findings: The results showed Collected data has a normal distribution, as well as there is a strong, positive and significant correlation between the research variables and the path analysis between them is acceptable. Conclusion: The results are as follows, political participation of citizens is effective in establishing a democratic system firstly, and democratic processes influence in shaping the values political culture secondly.         Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and the effectiveness and commitment of staff members of Tehran's Municipal Cultural and Cultural Organization. The current research is applied in terms of the purpose of obtaining descriptive (non-experimental) and survey-based data. The population of this study includes all staff and directors of Tehran Art Municipality's Cultural-Arts Organization, which has been commissioned by 500 people. Twenty hundred subjects were selected by simple random sampling method. The data gathering tool in this study was Denison's Organizational Culture Questionnaire, Parsons Organizational Effectiveness, and Allen & Meyer Organizational Commitment Questionnaire. To assess the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha was used. Cronbach's alpha for organizational culture questionnaire was 90%, organizational effectiveness questionnaire was 0.87 and organizational commitment was 0.85. The regression method was used to study the hypotheses. From the results of this study, it is concluded that managers of cultural organizations should strengthen the organizational organizational culture in order to enhance organizational effectiveness and commitment in order to benefit the organizations from strengthening these variables.         The most important factor in the economic health of these units is the balance between available cash and cash needs. Although the effects of national culture on financial decision-making are reflected in the development of financial markets throughout the world, but nevertheless to justify the behavior of keeping cash by companies, culture is an issue of great importance. Accordingly, in this research, has been investigated the relationship between cultural elements and evaluation of cash holdings. For this purpose, the Hofstede Cultural Components Questionnaire (1980) has gathered information on the cultural Exchange companies. Following the research by Orlova, et al (2017), were used to measure cultural elements two dimensions of individualism and uncertainty avoidance and the valuation of cash holdings has been used by Faulkender and Wang (2006) modified by Pinkowitz et al (2006). The purpose of this study is applied and is essentially descriptive-survey. The results of the research show that there is no correlation between cultural elements and the evaluation of cash holdings and this relationship was not even confirmed by the inclusion of economic indicators and financial development. Also, the relationship between cultural elements and the valuation of cash holdings is not different in companies of a larger size than smaller. Manuscript profile
