In fact, organizational silence is a non - efficient process that eliminates all organizational efforts. Current study is conducted to investigate the effect of organizational silence on employee performance considering the mediating role of organizational culture of the headquarters of the University of medical Science and Health Services in Iran. Methods: Research method based on the goal was Applica tonal and descriptive one. The statistical universe of this research which included all employees in headquarters of the University of Medical Sciences and health services in Iran, were 214 persons which among them, using Cochran's formula and simple random sampling method, 138 individuals were considered as the sample size. Data were collected using Van Dyne et al. (2003) standard 15 - question questionnaire study for organizational silence, Denison (2000) fifty -question questionnaire of organizational culture and 40 questions to measure the performance of employees based on the standard Hersi & Goldsmith (2005) questionnaire. Reliability of this questionnaire using Cronbach's Alpha for all dimensions of the questionnaire was more than 0.7 which showed the good reliability of research tools. In order to calculate the validity, construct validity is used and the results indicated validity of the tools (AVE> 0.5). Foundings: Data analysis was done using the structural equations modeling method. The results of the research indicate to the suitable fitness of conceptual model, based on the indices of acceptable and significant values of consistency coefficients, factor loads, explained variance and index of GOF. Conclusions: The results of the research showed that organizational science, with intermediating of the organizational culture on performance of the staff, influences meaningfully and is negative. Value of non-direct severity of the impact through the variable of mediating organizational culture with the use of the VAF index, was -0.426. Also, the effect of organizational silence on organizational culture, negatively and culture on employee performance, positive and meaningful, has been confirmed.   Manuscript profile

        Introduction and purpose of the Research: Today, due to the growing momentum in the development of health care organizations and their activities in the way of progress, the most important asset in any organization is manpower. On the other hand the role transformational leadership and Organizational Culture style to the efficient and motivated manpower, critical and important tasks that directly affect human resources, is undeniable. Accordingly, this study aimed to explain the causal relationships between transformational leadership's plan and some of its related organizational variables in Babol University of Medical Sciences conducted. Methods: This study Method was a descriptive- correlation study. The sample consists of officials and experts in human resources of Babol University of Medical Sciences; the sampling method was objective judgments. The data collected was Paired comparisons Questionnaire. Data with techniques of DEMATEL and excel software were analyzed. Findings: The results showed, transformational leadership & organizational culture as the most influential variables, and the employee creativity was as low influential variable, and the least amount of impact to be allocated. Conclusions: transformational leadership & organizational culture is the most important variables, and variable organizational justice as well as the least important variable in these causal relationships was identified. Since the transformational leadership & organizational culture has the greatest impact on the variables examined in the study, managers can focus on transformational leadership style & organizational culture, strengthen creativity, psychological empowerment of employees, and organizational justice, and universities to leading university in the field of health care issues and achieve organizational goals lead.         Introduction and Purpose of the Research: The main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of organizational justice on organizational agility with organizational intermediary role. Methods: The research method is descriptive and correlational. The research population consisted of 110 employees of private and private banks in Hashtrood city. Using Cochran's formula, a sample of 85 people were selected through stratified random sampling. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect data and for data analysis, linear regression coefficient, ANOVA and Friedman test were used. In this research, content validity was used to validate the questionnaires and the reliability of the questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.886. Findings: The results show that organizational justice has a positive effect on organizational agility with a coefficient of 0.882 on organizational agility and a coefficient of 0.847. According to the results of Friedman test, the highest impact on organizational agility with the role of organizational mediation is distributed distributive justice, procedural justice and interpersonal justice. Conclusions: The overall achievement of the research indicates that organizational justice has a significant and decisive influence on organizational agility with the role of mediating organizational well-being from the point of view of employees, and the need to pay attention to the role of organizational justice in private and public banks of Hashtrood is more than ever before.         Introduction and purpose of the Research: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Islamic work ethics and attitude to organizational change among employees and managers in Isfahan governor. Methods: The research methodology was based on descriptive and correlation method. The research population consists of all the employees and managers of Isfahan governor the number 416. Through Cochran's sampling formula, 370 subjects were selected through random sampling. Findings: the research instrument’s in this study were Islamic work ethics questionnaire written by Ali (1998) with chronbach alpha 0.873 and attitvde to toward organizational change of Dunham and etal (1989) with chronbach alpha 0.772 Validity of questionnaire were used with content face and construct valididy.the deta analysed with descriptive statistics and pearson s correlation.         Introduction and Purpose of the Research: The combination of corporate culture with Islamic work ethics will challenge managers to see if these two elements can bring a better job performance to the employees or need for other variables. The main purpose of this study is investigating Islamic work ethics and organizational culture on employee job performance of Office of Registry, documentary and Property of Mashhad. In this line organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction are applied as mediator factors. Methods: This research was done using a hypothesis-based test and a questionnaire and contains 9 main hypotheses and the required data were selected among 113 employee. Based on structural equation modeling the data were analyzed by Smart-PLS technique. Findings: The findings revealed that there is positive impact among all factors except the relationship between Islamic work ethics and organizational citizenship behavior (β=0/103, t= 1/100). Among the factors, job performance takes most impact of Islamic work ethics. The mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior didn’t confirm on the relationship between Islamic work ethics and employee job performance, but the rest confirmed. Conclusions: Based on the results, applying Islamic work ethics criterions in organizational culture could improve performance of Iranian organizations. Manuscript profile

        Introduction and Purpose of the Research The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the dimensions of knowledge management and organizational learning among employees of Khorasan Razavi Governor's Office. In this regard, identifying the dimensions of KM and its relationship with the levels of organizational learning is important. In this study, this issue has been investigated in a large organization such as Khorasan Razavi Governorate as a knowledge-based organization rather than a production-oriented organization. This research focuses on it answers the basic question of whether there is a relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning in Khorasan Razavi Governorate. Methods: This descriptive - analytic research is a correlation type. The statistical population of this research is the official staff of the Governor General of Khorasan Razavi, with 303 people. The total sample size using the Cochran formula is equal to 0.59% for 169 people. The Knowledge Management and Tacchi questionnaires were used to collect data in KM. Also, to determine the reliability and validity of the research, using the standard questionnaire, we obtained Cranbach's alpha of 0.94 for all questions. To analyze the collected data, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple step gradient, multivariate analysis of variance, Shafeh test and structural equation modeling were used. Results: showed that there is a significant positive correlation between knowledge management dimensions and organizational learning. All assumptions about the dimensions of knowledge management (socialization - extermination - combination and internalization) and its relationship with organizational learning are confirmed. Conclusions: The conclusion about knowledge management and organizational learning is that these two approaches are involved in increasing intellectual capital, human capacity and capabilities for effective and complementary actions, and provide both the potential and necessary capabilities to achieve high levels of effectiveness.   Manuscript profile

        Introduction and ppurpose of the Research: In our country, always there has been positive attitude toward the family and it (the family) has been considered as a basic unit of society, but unfortunately in the today's society, the family has been involved in a conceptual change. Therefore, as for the mentioned problems, the present study intends to identify the factors of the cultural penetration in individual’s orientation to the new type of couples' life (cohabitation) from the perspective of cultural theories. The studied population in this research, is composed of men and women in Tehran city who have experienced and is composed of a unlimited population in Tehran city. Methods: The research method is descriptive-survey. Since cohabitation in Iran is a crime, identifying cohabitants has been hardly done, for this reason, through purposive sampling, was interviewed with 30 respondents (sample size = 25 respondents) who has experienced cohabitation. Foundings: In order to identifying effective factors on cohabitation, firstly was done deph interview with 7 respondents and after identifying the effective factors, was designed a questionnaire. This questionnaire that was composed of a number of closed questions, and attained its validity and reliability, was distributed among men and women who had experienced cohabitation. With the use of SPSS software, was analyzed the questionnaires data. Whereas distribution of the data was normal, has been used of parametric t-Tests. Conclusions: As for identifying the factors of cultural penetration among men and women who have tendency to cohabitation; cultural, economic, and social changes and mass media was recognized as the cultural penetration factors.
