        In non-usury banking, the need for innovation is felt more than before, and its development depends on the creation of Islamic knowledge among employees.Purpose: The present research has examined the impact of different kinds of innovation on non-usury banking performance in Melli Bank of Qazvin province and the mediating role of Islamic knowledge in this regard. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of various innovation types on Islamic knowledge and provide the relevant scientific solutions to improve the performance of non-usury banking.Methodology: The research method is a quantitative survey. The data was collected from a sample of 225 employees of Melli banks in Qazvin province using standard questionnaires. The hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling by partial least squares method and using Smart PLS software.Findings: Findings for the hypotheses with direct effect showed that all types of innovations have a direct, positive and significant effect on Islamic knowledge and non-usurious banking performance (first and second hypothesis), and Islamic knowledge also has a direct, positive and significant effect on non-usurious banking performance (the third hypothesis). The results of the structural model test for the mediation hypothesis showed the confirmation of this hypothesis which emphasizes the vital role of Islamic knowledge among the types of innovation and the improvement of non-usurious banking performance (fourth hypothesis).Conclusion: In general, the creation of Islamic knowledge can enrich the impact of various innovations on non-usurious banking performance, and considering that Islamic knowledge is an important source for the performance of non-usurious banking, there is an urgent need for methods of production, sharing and application of this knowledge in banking.  Manuscript profile

        Objective: The organizations’ ignorance or disregard for social norms and values ​​can have many negative effects on their comprehensiveness and brand in the society. This research tries to answer some fundemental questions about the branding criteria based on Iranian-Islamic principles and presents a branding model of human resources applying Islamic culture and teachings.Research method: A mixed-method research design (qualitative and quantitative) was applied in this study and a survey was used to gather the required data. The data obtaibed from the qualitative phase of the study was used to offer a conceptual model for human resources branding.Accoringly, in the first phase of the research, in order to provide a comprehensive model, a meta-composite qualitative research method was used and after identifying the categories, concepts and codes of the human resources brand, Structural Modeling Method (ISM) was applied to provide the optimal combination of the components of the model in such a way that the relationship between the categories of the human resources brand can be determined. After the primary model was developed, it was validated therough Partial Least Squares (PLS) method.Findings: The intended model consists of 8 main categories (Islamic human resources branding, human resources performance evaluation, human resources training and development, organizational leadership, organizational justice, satisfaction and commitment of human resources, organizational culture and internal branding).Discussion and conclusion: Every health-care organization can use the Islamic indicators extracted in this research in addition to the scientific principles of meritocracy and talent management for its branding druring its talent-hunting process It can eventually complement  its branding procedure by relying on religious and Islamic principles, and by hiring and maintaining talented human resources.         Purpose:: The purpose of this research is to provide a model that identifies the dimensions of social media marketing in chain stores based on economic and religious factors, and specifies their relationships and the sequence of actions.Methodology: Accordingly, qualitative data were collected from 23 marketing and social media experts using the foundation data theory strategy. For data analysis, MaxQDA software was used to accurately perform three stages of primary, central, and selective coding.Findings: Findings show that the social media marketing model can be checked and implemented in chain stores with six axes. These six axial codes are determined based on the axial coding paradigm introduced by Boehm (2004). The first variable that drives this type of marketing is the influencing factors, which are explained in four dimensions, including structural, managerial, store-related, and social media-related factors. After that, social media marketing in chain stores is discussed as a central phenomenon that covers the three dimensions of advertising, communication and electronic word-of-mouth promotion.Conclusion: Contextual and interfering conditions that include a competitive atmosphere and globalization, as well as the governing context that contains religious and economic factors, affect social media marketing strategies. In the end, it is the marketing, economic and human resource measures that in the form of strategies lead to the formation of social media marketing outcomes.         Although the expansion of parent firms is of great importance to economic development and their central role in the administration of diverse businesses and value creation is undeniable, one of the main concerns of these firms and managers of subsidiaries is how to establish relationships or in other words corporate control. Parent firms can control the entire business process of subsidiaries, and this control can be introduced in the form of three styles of strategic planning, financial control and strategic control, which is commonly known as parent control in theoretical literature. However, the complexity of environmental conditions and increasing uncertainties will not allow the adoption of a fixed control style to meet the goals of the parent firms. Therefore, creating an interactive and scenario -based control system is recommended for subsidiaries for long-term survival. In this article, by reviewing the literature on parent firms control and a critical view of the popular methods and styles of controlling  subsidiary companies, a new method with an emphasis on participation, interaction and internalization of strategic decisions is presented to cover the current shortcomings and offer a more effective control of firms in changing environments. In the current study, the different categories of parent firms along with their configuration and managerial styles under different conditions, the proportion of characteristics, size, diversity and value -making practices are explained and compared.         Objective: One of the challenges in today's world is that each generation defines success differently based on their current circumstances and advancements in science and technology. However, studying human beings and their success solely through the lens of psychology is insufficient due to the complexity of human nature. Therefore, a comprehensive investigation of various teachings, including religious and philosophical doctrines, is needed for the study of success. This article aims to provide an accurate and all-encompassing definition of success, taking into account the common nature of humans, so that it can serve as a guiding principle for all generations.Method: This analytical review article employs a library research method to gather qualitative data. The content analysis technique is used to analyze textual materials.Findings: Through written sources, relevant information regarding the concept of success in Islamic literature is collected. Content analysis is conducted to define and determine its dimensions, resulting in a comprehensive and precise identification and definition of success based on Islamic literature. Additionally, the sections of success analysis are delineated in terms of objective, subject, and methodology.Conclusion: By considering the aforementioned points in Islamic teachings, this study addresses the subject of success at three levels: foundations, theories, and philosophy, with the aim of achieving a proper understanding of success. Ultimately, a proposal is presented, titled "Citizen Social Profile," which utilizes individuals' positive and negative backgrounds through the Fada System (Voluntary Social Activities) as a means to promote the well-being and happiness of the population.         The purpose of this research is to investigate the opportunities of electronic commerce in Metaverse. which is considered fundamental in terms of purpose. The method used in this research is a mixed exploratory research method with an emphasis on qualitative data. The statistical population of the research includes domestic and foreign articles related to the opportunities of Metaverse in the field of e-commerce. The sampling method of the present research is of a targeted type and includes the selection of 50 articles with 62 codes and with the topic of examining the opportunities of Metaverse in the field of electronic commerce. According to the question and purpose of the research, the most appropriate research plan is metacombination. The condition of metacombination approach is the systematic review of literature in order to identify the factors related to the purpose of the research. In this research, in the steps of implementing this method, a systematic literature review was conducted by searching in reliable databases and journals and combining the research literature.
