Nowadays, the brand personality is core and closest variable in customers’ decision making. Branding in the food industry of Iran is emerging phenomenon. This paper aims to investigate the effective factors on brand regarding the target population of 150 customers of Packard industrial bread factory in the city of Tabriz who is selected through available sampling method. In this paper, using factor analysis and combinatory approach (AHP-TOPSIS) in SPSS and EXCEL, a framework proposed in order to analyze the similarities and differences among consumers’ point of views about the effective factors on the brand. Findings show that management and customers’ political tendencies are the most effective and the least effective factors in the power of brand respectively. Manuscript profile

Using Public-Private Partnership method as an investment model may result in applying private sector's expertise and knowledge management to transfer governmental infrastructure projects. Hence, governments can focus on the other economic sectors in order to accelerate the development rate of infrastructure. In this paper, we study the legal model implemented in industrial developmental organizations in Iran to identify the obstacles affecting the goals of the approved enterprise projects in 3 sections of governmental (10 criteria), private (5 criteria) and business (7 criteria) and the amount of their effects on each other is determined by Fuzzy DEMATEL technique. Also, their importance weights are calculated and analyzed by Fuzzy ANP method. Manuscript profile

The Travelling Salesman Problem (often called TSP) is a classic algorithmic problem in the field of computer science. TSP is a special case of the traveling purchaser problem and the vehicle routing problem. It is focused on optimization. In this context better solution often means a solution that is cheaper. In this paper, TSP models to returned products to manufacturers seeking to minimize transport costs. Since the model is NP-Hard, to solve it we use bat algorithm. Manuscript profile

Lean thinking is a method of managing organizations in order to improve the productivity, efficiency, and quality of the products and services. Accordingly, the main purpose of the present research is to examine and present a model for the evaluation of the rate of applying lean thinking from the viewpoint of the manufacturer through the use of fuzzy mathematics. The statistical population includes all the shoe manufacturers of Tabriz. In order to measure each of the indices of lean thinking, the researchers used a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content validity, and its reliability was assessed by using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. To specify the score of lean thinking and to present the model, fuzzy logic was used in MATLAB software. The results indicate that the index "value" is in the best state, and the index "pull" is in the worst state. Finally, after drawing the conclusion, the researchers presented the necessary guidelines to the managers. Manuscript profile

According to the increasing importance of competitive advantages in recent years, the importance of reverse logistics has doubled. Because of the complexity of reverse logistics system (RL) and also focus on the core business, then the organizations are acted to RL outsource. Therefore, the mistake in the assessment of the most important factors in RL decision leads to failure of RL outsources. The present study was paid to identify and evaluate the most important factors of reverse logistics outsourcing strategic in Dena industry manufacturing company in 2013. In this research, the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) was used to identify strategic factors of RL outsourcing. On the other hand, in order to measure the important qualitative factors SWOT analysis was applied of the developed grey analytical hierarchy process (GAHP). However, application of grey data in the assessment of linguistic variables, in fact, was a way to deal with uncertainty. The model validate was examined in a case study which was indicated the high reliability of the hybrid model. The results showed that in terms of decision-makers’ point of view, risk sharing in RL outsourcing decision was much more important than cost reduction factor. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the benefits of enterprise resource planning and improvement of the supply chain management. The statistical population of this study includes IT experts and managers who use ERP and SCM systems or know these systems in the selective companies in the city of Isfahan. A sample of 60 managers has been selected from this population through convenience sampling method. In order to collect the research data, the questionnaire of Su et al. (2010) was used after some modification. In order to analyze the data and test the hypotheses, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. These include Pearson correlation coefficient, Durbin-Watson, and regression test. The results revealed that there is a significant relationship between ERP and SCM. On the other hand, significant relationships were observed among each of ERP and SCM dimensions.  Manuscript profile

From private section investors’ point of view taking the decision on marketing mix distribution and at the top of it selecting the best place for construction of chain stores as a strategic issue enjoys high importance. The study is aimed to find the best place for construction of large chain stores in Rasht using multi-criteria decision (MCD) techniques. The current study is an applied research in terms of aim and is a descriptive survey methodologically. First important quantitative and qualitative indicators in determining the location of chain store were identified by reviewing the research history and required data was collected and localized through questionnaires and interviews with experts familiar with the research. Then, through network analysis process the indicators were refined and prioritized. Finally, after preparing data in geographic information systems and doing analysis processes, thirteen optimal places for the construction of chain stores in Rasht were proposed.   Manuscript profile
