        Along with the development of urbanization and social and economic changes of cities, the establishment of smart city as a strategy to reduce the problems produced and at the same time the necessity of cooperation of governance dimensions has been considered. The purpose of this research is to formulate the role of triple governance in establishing a smart city. In this research, the process and dimensions of the smart city, as well as governance models, were studied and analyzed by theme analysis. The present research was conducted using a qualitative method by conducting semi-structured interviews with 16 academic and urban management experts. The results showed that in order to establish a smart city, it is necessary to apply three types of governance with cooperation and coordination based on the conditions and duties of different institutions; For this purpose, 9 main strategies for each governance were identified at the three levels of system, organization, and individual, which have been analyzed in this study. Considering the wide level of information and communication technology programs in the smart city, providing continuous strategies in mega-cities can lead to increasing the effectiveness of the duties of the government, private sector and civil society.         Courage is important and necessary for ethical behavior in organizational environments that moves people in the right and moral direction. PolicyMaking in knowledge-based companies on organizational courage is to expose harmful behaviors and prevent them. To present the policy model of knowledgebased companies by measuring organizational courage. Based on a mixed research approach; In the first stage, in the qualitative part with the foundational data theory method and the method of interviewing managers , through 20 interviews up to the theoretical saturation, information was collected, and in the second stage, quantitative research, relying on the paradigm model, designed a questionnaire and 40 samples with SmartPLS software was reviewed and the final model was presented. five main components and nine components were extracted; Causal conditions (characteristics, flexibility and changeability), intervening component (organizational structure), strategy component (human resources development), background conditions component (behavioral courage, verbal courage, courage in thinking and mental courage) and finally the consequences component with subcomponent organizational development. Knowledgebased companies, which are based on private capital and specialized knowledge of individuals, must bravely receive the expert opinions of individuals and involve their opinions in managerial decisionmaking in order to implement organizational policies. To manage these challenges, there is a need to design an emerging face in the form of a successor organization to ensure the future success of the organization. Purpose: In this research, an attempt is made to examine the current state of talent management, succession management and organizational policies of the researched society from different angles and in accordance with the indicators, components and effective factors and internal and external organizational characteristics of the succession organization and with the spirit of elitism. and meritocracy, a comprehensive and integrated model and model of the successor organization based on the policy of elitism should be presented in Abadan Oil Refining Company.         Todays, tax revenues play an important role in financing governments. The issue of increasing tax revenues and possible ways for this increase is an attractive issue for governments. Especially in a single-product economy like Iran, whose main source of income is the volatile and unpredictable oil income. This research aims, while briefly introducing the presented models and classifying them, effective factors in increasing tax revenues and evaluating public trust and participation in the field of taxation have been examined and identified with a meta-integration approach, and the main components of this model include legal factors, social factors, there are cultural factors, managerial factors, political factors and managerial factors. Then, in order to better understand the variables affecting this relationship and understand the existing dynamics, using the approach of system dynamics modeling and drawing causal-loop diagrams (CLD), a model for evaluating trust and public participation in the field of taxation is presented and finally simulated so It was done by Vensim software. The simulation results indicate the positive effect of economic factors on public trust and participation in the tax field, with the point that the effect of economic factors is greater than the simultaneous application of all components.         Issues and problems related to Iran's water resources are not only caused by limited resources but due to the weakness of management procedures. Any policy reform in the field of frameworks and management processes related to the water issues, requires the adoption of a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach in different systems. In this case’s literature, water governance responds to a comprehensive multidimensional approach to water management; which is operational based on the purpose, with a macro-theoretical framework and using the combined research method; firstly the qualitative method of content analysis by coding and forming a network of themes from upstream laws and semi-structured interviews, secondly the quantitative method of Dematel based on the pairwise comparison technique, structurally examines the factors affecting water governance. The results obtained by different dimensions, including management and policy, law, social and cultural, economic, political and environmental, determined that the efficiency of water laws (law dimension), the need to have macro policy-makings (policy-making and management dimension) and the role of political institutions in water sector (political dimension) have the most influential on other factors and it is concluded that the main policies in the current system of Iran’s water governance should be re-formulated based on them.         Context: cultural, social and political differences of the countries have been the source of additional problems in the application of the bureaucratic model. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to analyze the inadequacies of the modern bureaucratic system in Iran with a periodic comparative approach and to design a comprehensive model of bureaucratic leadership based on the leadership teachings of Cyrus the Great. Methods: Among the related concepts, 128 lessons were obtained by using the comparative content analysis method in the field of three common components of leadership. In the community of experts, the snowball method was used and 13 people participated in the implementation of the three-step Delphi technique. The verification of extracted variables in the form of three components was done by using the opinion of experts and its validity was confirmed by professors and management, cultural and historical experts. Findings: show that in the design of a comprehensive leadership model, "correctness of leadership", "honesty in leadership", "the existence of strategic thinking", respectively, have the highest rank among outstanding leadership traits, principles and skills. Conclusion: model, Cyrus the Great had what today's thinkers consider as leadership traits, principles and skills, and this is a source of pride. Manuscript profile

        Purpose: The purpose of this research is to explain the sensory marketing policy in order to realize good governance in a society of recipients of financial services. Method: In the first part, which is the initial stage and qualitative assessment, the statistical population of the research consisted of professors, managers and experts in the field of sensory marketing, of which 10 people were selected as a series of experts. In the second part, which is a quantitative part, a sample of 384 people was selected from the community of recipients of financial services. Findings: the dimension of emotional performance with a factor load of 1.55, the dimension of emotional self-efficacy with a factor load of 1.27, and the dimension of sensory participation with a factor load of 1.25 have respectively been more valid than other dimensions. Conclusion: The dimension of emotional performance includes 4 components of understanding emotions, the quality of emotional relationships, responding to emotions and creating motivation, the dimension of sensory self-efficacy has three components of capacity-building, education and communication, and the dimension of emotional participation includes four dimensions of awareness, social skills, and value creation and strategies.
