In today 's competitive world wich is full of uncertainty, online businesses increasingly need strategies for survival. Meanwhile, open innovation allows businesses to work with their customers to better understand their tastes and desires. In this regard, the present study aimed to investigate the moderating role of open innovation in the impact of website appeale on customer behavioral intentions. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study is all customers who have made a purchase from the site of Digi Kala at least once. The required sample was determined based on Cochran's formula of 384 people who were selected by non-probability method available. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire whose reliability and validity were confirmed. The research data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and LISREL software. The results showed that the variables of enjoyment elements and the quality of service delivery have a positive effect on the website appeale. But the effect of service content quality on the website appeale was not confirmed. It was also found that the open innovation moderates the effect of website appeale on the behavioral intentions of customers. Accordingly, online business managers should be aware that the website appeale alone is not enough to predict the positive behavioral intentions of customers, but should lead to the impact of these characteristics on the positive behavioral intentions of customers through the use of open innovation strategies. Today,‌sustainable innovation has become-one-of the requirements of-the-world,‌so that most managers and production-activists-who are concerned about the environment,‌use this type of innovation in order to be sustainable in a turbulent and turbulent economic environment,‌as well as to adapt to it.‌Due to its unique characteristics,‌fractal innovation is closely related to the concepts of sustainability‌(social and ecological) because this view of innovation seeks to minimize resources‌(raw materials,‌production resources,‌energy, water,‌waste-and-financial resources). The purpose of this study is to provide a model that can be used to consider the dynamics of innovation and business sustainability factors.‌Also,‌the present study is quantitative and-exploratory.‌In this-study,‌the-components of the fractal innovation model of sustainability were classified using Heidegger method and their originality was measured using the Iranian matrix method.‌In addition,‌in order to prioritize the components over the indicators,-the rapid impact assessment matrix method was used, then the four-level focal model was used to present the model.‌The statistical population of this research is science and technology parks active in the field of innovation in Iran,‌ten of which were selected as a sample‌(expert)‌and with the help of interviews and distribution of questionnaires,‌the data obtained with the help of Excel software were analyzed. As a result,30‌components of the fractal sustainable innovation were founded,‌the most important components included components of circular economy,‌large scale change,‌external capability,‌resource efficiency,‌stakeholder co-creation,‌competitive evaluation,‌economical innovation is the most important and prioritized. The present study aims to investigate the models by which creative programming in IRIB (Iran’s national broadcasting organization) could influence tax culture. The study is meant to have practical implications and is qualitative in nature. The necessary data was collected by touching upon the theoretical fundamentals through resorting to books, journals, and relevant papers and the initial blueprint of the research was formulated. The protocols of the interviews were come up with based on the elicited layout and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 30 prominent figures in the realms of tax and media. The researcher made use of a targeted non-probability sampling namely Snowball to reach theoretical saturation. The interviews were interpreted and coded using thematic analysis and the application applied was Maxqda2020. The aspects and variables of the impact of IRIB on fostering tax culture were elicited through thematic analysis and interviews with experts. Meanwhile model refinement was accomplished through two rounds of Delphi with a separate group of experts comprising 94 axial codes and 10 main themes. The elicited model was validated in a Delphi panel participated by experts using Kendall's coefficient of concordance. The findings of the study in qualitative terms indicate the influence of IRIB on developing tax culture includes 10 main themes which would break into three categories namely social responsibility, media function, and underlying factors. In conclusion, taking heed of the impact of different aspects of IRIB on tax culture can come to aid for policymakers and rulers in order to accelerate the development of tax culture and consequently implement other parameters of development.
