About the journal
The semiannual of Exercise Physiology and Performance (EPP) is open access, international, peer review, and double-blind journal. Islamic Azad University, Isfahan Branch, fully sponsors Exercise Physiology and Performance (EPP) journal. Hence, accepted articles will not be subject to page fees and article processing charges (APC). In addition, This journal is free for readers and authors, and published articles can be downloaded freely. EPP is dedicated to the latest advancement in molecular, biochemical, and cellular exercise physiology, nutrition and exercise, sports medicine, exercise performance, health, and rehabilitation. We encourage all professors, experts, and researchers involved in sports and physical activity for health to submit their original work and papers to the EPP journal. Furthermore, articles such as original research, review, case study, technical report, and short communication can be submitted to this journal. It should be noted that Exercise Physiology and Performance journal follows Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) rules and complies with the highest ethical standards of peer review journals policy.

- The prevention and treatment of chronic diseases caused by a lack of physical activity and a non-healthy lifestyle. Epp welcomes contributions to studies that employ exercise intervention on cardiopulmonary, neuromuscular, and metabolic disorders as well as mental health.
