  Religion and its precious instructions are of special situation in researches. Some authors are affected by religious concepts in their writings; because on one hand they make the story more attractive and on the other hand they are known as the best ways to teach the religion. "The day the leader was killed" by Naguib Mahfouz is one of the stories which has been affected by religious instructions, notions and concepts. He applies these instructions through direct and indirect intertextuality in order to teach them to Muslims and non – Muslims in the best way. The present research attempts to express the effect of religion – especially Holy Quran – on this story and unwrap numerous secrets and meanings of these religious instructions and intertextualities.   Literature is the mirror of human relationship with others and himself and also it gives an image of our surroundings events. That's why human needs to understand literary works and their analysis and concepts interpretations. The main goal of content sociology – as a criticism methods of literature sociology – is to study the content of literary works. The present paper – in descriptive – analytic method – studies Midaq Alley novel based on "Hamideh" the main character and the novel's hero. The author initially reveals the relationship between the society and the literature and then introduces content sociology method and finally brings samples of social problems in Hamideh's life. Abd al-Wahhab al-Bayati is one of the modernism strongest poets in this field who could express his poetic approaches in the most effective way by applying different symbols of dream. This article – which is done in descriptive – analytic method – studies symbolization and its importance in al-Bayati's poetry in general as well as analyzing Hallaj symbol. The first group are the ones who are sympathy to others and create civilization and the second are the ones who are ebullient and unaware of others sadness and destroy the history and cause war and slaughter. The title of the article indicates analysis on the differences between happiness and sadness. Gibran shows that he is interested in expressing the details and this is the criteria of analytical thinking. Thus we come to conclusion that sadness derives from pain from Gibran's point of view.
