        The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital and the implementation of electronic banking in Ansar Bank of Kerman in 1400 in Kerman. The statistical population of this study was 190 employees of Ansarshahr banks in Kerman, of which 120 people were randomly selected for the sample size according to Morgan table. In order to collect data, two social capital questionnaires of Nahapit and Goshal (1998) and e-banking implementation questionnaire were used. The reliability of the Social Capital Questionnaire was 0.91 and the reliability of the Electronic Banking Implementation Questionnaire was 0.72 and the face and content validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts. Used. The significance level of the test is α = 0.05. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between social capital and the implementation of electronic banking in Ansar Bank of Kerman and the variables entered in the model explain 54% of the variance of the dependent variable (criterion). Among the components of social capital The most important role in predicting the criterion variable was the communication dimension component of social capital and the structural dimension component had the least role.         In development conditions like Iran, which has a medium economy and no mechanism, participation in city expenses, the income of municipalities goes towards unstable sources of income, including urban sales and congestion. The aim of the current research is to modify the municipal income generation structures and provide an income model based on the existing potentials in Tehran.The tools of data collection in this research were interviews and questionnaires, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to verify its validity and reliability. In terms of data collection, a standard questionnaire prepared for sustainable analysis of income sources, studied and their feasibility in Tehran city was used.The statistical population of the current research consists of two groups: the first group of experts familiar with investment, whose number is unknown and the method of their selection is selective, and whose opinions are used in the compilation and design of the model, and the second group includes managers, deputies, consultants and experts in the investment department. , finance and income recognition were 582 people and according to Cochran's formula, 232 of them were selected as a sample.SPSS version 21, MINITAB version 17, and LISREL version 8/8 software were used to analyze and analyze the data from statistical tests at two descriptive and inferential levels, such as Pearson's correlation coefficient test, univariate t test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. became.         The purpose of the present research was to investigate the role of cultural functions of the national media on the strengthening of the family institution. The present statistical population includes the families of 2-13 regions of Tehran province, which are assumed to be unlimited. For the purpose of sampling in this research, due to the unlimited size of the statistical population, 384 people were selected as the sample size at the error level of 0.5 with Cochran's formula. In this research, a questionnaire was used in order to collect the data needed to assess and measure the investigated variables. Its validity was confirmed by experts' opinions and reliability by Cronbach's alpha. t-tests and multiple regression were used to check the assumptions. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the promotion of customs, the promotion of social values and norms, the promotion of personal and social communication, and the promotion of insights, opinions and ideologies in the society with the strengthening of the family institution.The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the promotion of customs, the promotion of social values and norms, the promotion of personal and social communication, and the promotion of insights, opinions and ideologies in the society with the strengthening of the family institution.         Ensuring the capabilities of e-commerce by marketing and sales managers and applying good performance in these car companies is very important. Also, the competitive environment of the automotive industry makes it more important to address the issue of information technology quality and new knowledge, which shows the practical purpose of this research. The present study is a survey in terms of applied purpose and in terms of nature and method. Also, the research method is quantitative and considering that the relationships between the indicators are examined, it is of the correlation type. Also, the data is of single-section type. The statistical population of this study is all supervisors, heads and production and marketing managers of head offices and authorized agencies of selected companies in the automotive industry. The size of the community is equal to 4,000 people. Therefore, due to countable and limited volume of society, in this study, the number of sample members was determined through Morgan table, which according to Morgan table, the number of sample members is 351 people. Also in this study, simple random sampling method was used. The results of the present study showed that e-commerce capabilities promote the widespread use of the Internet in business activities and facilitate decision-making and work efficiency among employees and thus optimize the operating system of companies. Also, through this agility, car companies can create synergies between e-commerce technologies, business goals and market demands. Morgan's table was used to determine the minimum required sample size. Based on this table, 248 people were selected as a statistical sample .The sampling method is simple random and a standard questionnaire tool (Tolstoy et al., 2021) with Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.875) was used to collect information.In order to fit the conceptual model of this study and test the hypotheses, the method of path analysis and structural equations was used with the help of Lisrel software. Examining research hypotheses indicated that online marketing capabilities have a significant and positive effect on market-oriented orientation, market leader orientation, and international performance .Market-oriented orientation and market leader orientation also have a significant and positive effect on international performance.Finally it became clear that Market oriented orientation and market leader orientation play a mediating role between online marketing capabilities and international performance.         AbstractThe purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between audit committee power and audit seeking: the moderating role of CEO narcissism. The present research method is classified as descriptive research in terms of its nature, and in terms of method, it is considered as correlational research. In this research, the library method was used to collect data and information. In the data section, the research was done by collecting the data of the sample companies by referring to the financial statements, explanatory notes and the stock exchange monthly. For this purpose, the statistical population of the research includes the companies accepted in the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2018-2019 (8 years) that meet the conditions of the company. According to the limitations defined in the research, 94 eligible companies and 752 companies were collected to test the hypotheses; Multivariate regression has been used to confirm and reject research hypotheses (Eviuse software). The result of the research hypothesis test showed that there is an inverse and significant relationship between the power of the audit committee and the audit search; But there is no relationship between audit committee power and audit seeking with the moderating role of CEO narcissism.Keywords: audit committee, audit search, CEO narcissism Manuscript profile
