In recent years, with the rise in research interest in new functional polymer materials and nanotechnology, drug delivery vehicles have become the focus of clinical medicine, especially for cancer treatment. Hydrogels, especially smart hydrogels, have received increasing attention due to their low toxicity, good biocompatibility, and biodegradability. Recent decades have witnessed numerous successful examples of hydrogel applications as anticancer drug delivery vehicles. Hydrogel carriers can cause fewer side effects than systemic chemotherapy, and these carriers also enable stable delivery of the drug to tumor sites. Intelligent hydrogels can respond to the environmental stimuli. Todays some internal and external stimuli are widely utilized for designing smart hydrogels for cancer therapies. smart hydrogels can undergo degradation or conformational changes under temperature, light, pH, redox potential, magnetic field and ultrasound stimulation, which can be utilized to achieve high drug delivery efficiency for in situ cancer treatment. In this research, the different sizes of hydrogels used for cancer treatment and their related delivery routes, the design strategies for stimuli- responsive hydrogels and the research concerning smart hydrogels reported in the past few years have been studied. In recent years, with the rise in research interest in new functional polymer materials and nanotechnology, drug delivery vehicles have become the focus of clinical medicine, especially for cancer treatment. In this research, the risk assessment of this project was performed in apparatus, service, turning, welding and forging units. In the apparatus process, 23 cases of accidents are among the high-risk accidents. The second activity is related to changing tires, the control of which is training and observing distance. The third activity is related to inflating the tires, the control action of which is checking the safety valve of the compressor. After performing the control measures, only three of the activities had a high risk. In the service sector, 58% of activities had a high risk, which after control measures, which reached 33%. In the turning section, 45% of the activities had a high risk, which after zero control measures, this amount reached zero%. The most important accident that can be predicted with a risk number of 25 for the forging and welding part is an explosion and fire near the forging workshop, which can lead to the death of the relevant operator due to the double effect of the fire Manuscript profile

Background and Aim: Microbial, physical and chemical properties of drinking water according to the type and amount of judgment on the potability and effectiveness of each of the above components on improving quality, increasing acceptance or threatening the health of its consumer. The purpose of this Investigating the physicochemical parameters of drinking water in Ilkhchi city and comparing it with national and international standards. Methods: This study was conducted in the fall of 1996. Twelve water samples were randomly taken from two main wells in the city and the concentration of physico-chemical parameters was measured. Experiments were performed by standard method reference method. Results: Soluble solids, hardness, calcium, magnesium, alkalinity, chlorine, nitrate, bicarbonate, sodium, potassium, pH, EC and sulfate measured in the standard range were within the allowable and desirable range. Conclusion: In general, the physicochemical quality of drinking water in the city is in accordance with national standards, but due to increasing population and the need for more water may be observed in the future changes in chemical parameters. Therefore, water quality should be constantly monitored. To take. Manuscript profile

In recent years, the development of nanoparticles in the field of drug release has received much attention. This research aims to develop new methods for the physical modification of Fe3O4 superparamagnetic nanoparticles with polymers through physical retention. In this study, after synthesizing the biodegradable polycaprolactone-polyethylene glycol magnetic copolymer, the anticancer drugs doxorubicin and Chrysin in these polymers were encapsulated by dual emulsion (w / o / w). The effect of temperature and pH on drug release was investigated. After performing kinetic studies, the diffusion coefficient of drug release was also studied. The drug distribution was considered uniform and the system was assumed to be in Cartesian coordinates. The results showed that the diffusion coefficient of drug release followed Fick's law. At first, due to the high concentration difference of drugs in the early times, the diffusion coefficient was higher, but then with time and with decreasing the concentration difference, the diffusion coefficient decreased and remained constant. Content production as one of the intervening factors in changing attitudes can play a role in encouraging students to apply chemistry in the environment. In this article, the aim is to identify the criteria for producing content that encourages the application of chemistry in the environment and to analyze the most popular articles in the Journal of The application of chemistry in environment published by Islamic Azad University, Ahar Branch. The present study tries to identify the components that motivate to change attitudes and persuasion theoretically. In fact, the present study, by assuming the effectiveness of these components and using a qualitative approach to content analysis, evaluates the content related to the application of chemistry in the most visited articles in the Journal of The application of chemistry in environment. The results of this study can show what capacity the production of educational content focusing on the application of chemistry in the environment has to change the attitude of the audience. In this study, the process of separating lycopene carotenoid pigment from tomato powder by industrial hemicellulose enzyme was studied. For this purpose, the effects of temperature change, enzyme concentration, incubation time, pH were all studied at optimum points. The research is based on the effectiveness of the enzyme in different conditions on the amount of pigments extracted from tomato powder and obtaining the optimal extraction points by statistical analysis of the results. To extract the pigment in this study, solvents of hexane, ethanol, acetone in a ratio of 1: 2:1 and incubation at 30 ° C for 16 hours were used for the full effectiveness of the solvent. For each variable, three levels were defined. In order to target the experiments, Taguchi design was used for the experiment design table and included nine experimental rows. For each experimental row, three replications and a control containing an enzyme-free sample were considered. Pigment-containing solutions were transferred to spectrophotometry at the end of the separation stage and after recording the data and statistical analysis, it was observed that the effectiveness of the enzyme concentration variable was much higher than other variables, so that the highest average pigment extraction concentration at 500 μg = .0.450 Separately, each variable has optimal points for the incubation temperature of 40 degrees and for the incubation time of 60 minutes, for pH = 4, the enzyme concentration is 200 micrograms per liter for every 5 grams of tomato powder.
