The main purpose of this study was to investigate the required competencies and skills for the agricultural vocational teachers by using the Delphi method. This descriptive survey was conducted by using the Delphi method. The population of this study was consisted of the teachers in Mehregan, Qasre shirin, Bisotoon, Ravansar, Songhor and Eslam abad agricultural vocational schools in Kermanshah Province. The numbers of 22 expert members were selected as samples by using the purposeful sampling method. Three rounds were employed for conducting Delphi method. Data were collected through questionnaire and then were analyzed by using mean and descriptive statistics. The findings indicated that the group of experts identified 40 required competencies and skills for agricultural vocational teachers, such as: having agriculture experiences and skills, having knowledge of agriculture, using a variety of teaching techniques and entrepreneurial intention. Then, competencies and skills were categorized into three main and six sub-ordinary categories: professional competencies (instruction, management and planning competencies), personal competencies (individual and social competencies) and professional skills (agricultural scientific and practical skills). Finally, it was introduced a model with identified competencies and skills for the agriculture vocational education teachers. Manuscript profile

Aim: The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of a reverse classroom and a classroom based on social networks on students' creativity and self-directed learning. Method: The method of the present study is a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest with a control group. The study population was all high school students in Abdanan city. In this project, 60 students were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly divided into 3 groups: reverse classroom, classroom based on social networks and traditional classroom (control group). Torrance Creativity Questionnaire and Questionnaires were administered as pre-test and post-test for the groups. Findings: The results of multivariate analysis of covariance indicate a significant and positive effect of reverse classroom and classroom based on social networks, classroom education on creativity and self-directed learning variables. The results also showed that the reverse classroom compared to the classroom based on social networks, has a more positive effect on creativity and self-directed learning. Manuscript profile

Purpose: The purpose of the research was to investigate the relationship between systematic innovation of schools in organizational entrepreneurship with the mediation of organizational ambidexterity in schools.Method: Quantitative research method is correlation studies and structural equation modeling approach based on covariance. The research community was the teachers of technical and vocational schools in Tehran province. A sample of 364 teachers was selected using random sampling and based on Cochran's formula. From the researcher-made questionnaire of systematic innovation; Jansen(2006) organizational ambidexterity questionnaire and Hughes & morgan(2007) organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire were used. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were checked with Cronbach's alpha techniques, content validity ratio, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Structural equation modeling was used by lisrel software to analyze the data.Findings: The findings showed that the systematic innovation of schools and organizational ambidexterity have a direct and positive relationship with organizational entrepreneurship at the level of 0.05; The systematic innovation of schools due to organizational ambidexterity has a positive indirect relationship with organizational entrepreneurship at the level of 0.05; Also, the systematic innovation of schools and organizational ambidexterity are able to explain 0.30 of the variance of organizational entrepreneurship. Conclusion: systematic innovation can provide the field of entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to provide a quality model for transforming professional technical vocational schools into entrepreneurship centers. In terms of purpose, the research is a developmental application that was conducted with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) with an exploratory design. In the qualitative part of the research, the method of data theory analysis of the foundation was used. Participants included university professors, teachers and students, school principals, staff of the General Department of Education of Mazandaran Province was used. The statistical population of the study included principals, students and teachers of vocational schools in Sari in the academic year 1399-1400. The sample size was 296 based on Morgan table and data were collected by stratified random sampling method. After determining the face validity, content validity was approved by experts. Reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha above 0.7. Statistical analysis and fitting of the conceptual model of the data was performed using SPSS and AMOS software. The result of this process was the identification of 10 main categories with 101 codes that formed the conceptual model of the research based on Strauss and Corbin's paradigm. Based on the results, the proposed model has a good fit. Therefore, the quality of professional technical vocational schools will be possible with coordination and comprehensive attention of various dimensions, including causal, contextual, intervening conditions. The aim of this paper was to develop a quality pattern in entrepreneurial schools in vocational schools in Sari. The research method is a kind of mixed exploratory (qualitative-quantitative) studies in which the data-based theory was used in the qualitative part and the descriptive-survey method was used in the quantitative part. Participants in the qualitative section included educational specialists including university professors, teachers , school principals, staff of the General Department of Education in Mazandaran. Through purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation criteria, 14 people were interviewed .In quantitative part, The statistical population of the study includes principals and teachers in vocational schools in Sari in the academic year 1399-1400. The sample size was determined by Morgan table, 298 people and data were collected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. Also, the data were analyzed in the qualitative part by open, axial and selective coding and in the quantitative part by second-order factor analysis and structural modeling; Based on the results, 73 open codes (concepts), 20 axial codes (dimensions and components) and 6 selected codes (main categories) were counted. Major categories in the form of 6 dimensions of causal conditions, including (human resources, financial resources, Education, communication, networking, cultural support), central phenomenon (quality development), contextual conditions (culture building, management skills, operational planning, use of technology), intervening conditions (perceptual barriers, operational barriers, conflicts) Strategies (technology absorption, flexible curriculum, entrepreneurial training) and outcomes (opportunity perception, risk acceptance, expert training) were upgraded to a higher abstract level. The purpose of this research was Recognising and prioritising Components of ntrepreneurship education system in technical and vocational schools. To do this research, has been used the combined research method with exploratory design (one of a variety of mixed research projects). First, using interviews with entrepreneurship professors and Delphi technique, entrepreneurship education system indicators were identified in vocational schools and compiled using component coding. The formal validity, the content validity ratio (CVR), and the coefficient of agreement of the initial questionnaire were obtained and were prepared for remittance in a small section. Total reliability was obtained. The statistical population of the research was1- entrepreneurship specialists (entrepreneurship lecturers at different universities of the country) in the qualitative section and 2- students in technical and vocational schools in Ilam province. In the qualitative section, sampling was done through purposeful sampling and in the quantitative section, stratified cluster sampling was performed. The results of the study, using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and modifying the qualitative results, identify 9 components of the entrepreneurship education system in vocational and technical vocational schools, which are the percentage of variance and specific value respectively، entrepreneurship education, psychological characteristics of students, academic and professional counseling, leadership style, management and organization of vocational schools, communication with industry and commercial and managerial skills, attention to content, development of entrepreneurship skills in learners, space and educational equipment, and teaching methods. Friedman's test results showed that the prioritization of the components has a significant difference. Manuscript profile
