Due the nature of their profession, social work is exhausting and has many stresses and challenges, so that it affects their quality of life. so; It is important for community leaders to maintain and promote their resilience. The main purpose of this study is to identify the "role of the relationship between social cohesion and trust in the resilience of social workers in times of crisis." Survey method and statistical population of the present study including all social workers of Ahvaz, Mazandaran, Kermanshah, Lorestan, Tehran, Kerman and Tabriz hospitals. A total of 413 public and private hospitals, two (2) hospitals in each city were selected and based on it. The selected hospitals in these cities were surveyed. The sampling method was simple stratified and random and the sample size was 204 social workers. Findings showed that the correlation coefficient of social trust was 0.306 and the level of significance was 0.000, and the correlation coefficient of social cohesion and the significance level of the test in the whole sample were 0.305 and 0.000. Considering the positive value of correlation coefficient, it can be said that there is a positive correlation between the two variables of cohesion and social trust with social worker resilience. The mean of social capital variable was the highest level of social capital related to Tehran and the lowest level of social capital related to Tabriz. The mean of resilience variable was the highest level of resilience in Kerman and the lowest level of resilience in Ahvaz. Manuscript profile

It is important to maintain andimprove their resilience by community managers. The purpose of research was "therole of cohesion and social trust on resilience of social workers in times of crisis".The research method in terms of practical purpose, descriptive collection of surveytype and statistical population of research includes all social workers in Ahwaz’shospitals, Mazandaran, Kermanshah, Lorestan, Tehran, Kerman and Tabriz, in totalpublic and private hospitals, ( ) hospitals in each city was selected andresearch was conducted on selected hospitals in cities. And sampling method wasstratified and random, simple cluster, and sample size was chosen from Krejci andMorgan’s table or from Cochran's test, which included social workers. In thisresearch, two standard questionnaires are used as data collection tools, first isConnor and Davidson Resilience Questionnaire (CD-RISC), whose validity, reliability have been measured in other researches, and second is social capitalquestionnaire. The research analysis showed the correlation coefficient of socialtrust is and significance level is , and correlation coefficient of socialcohesion and significance level of test in whole sample is andConsidering positive value of correlation coefficient, it can be said there is apositive correlation between two variables of cohesion and social trust withresilience of social worker. This research aimed to investigate the role of job stress, religious orientation and social orientation in predicting of quality of life in social workers. This study was a cross-sectional from type of correlation. The population of research was included all social workers of Imam Khomeini aid committee of Razavi Khorasan province in 2017 year that from them 160 person were selected by cluster sampling method. All of them completed the questionnaires of job stress (Osipow, 1987), religious orientation (Allport & Ross, 1967), social orientation (Harrison, 2001) and quality of life (World Health Organization, 2004). Data was analyzed with Pearson correlation and multivariate regression with enter model methods. The results showed a negative and significant relationship between job stress with quality of life in social workers and a positive and significant relationship between internal religious orientation and social orientation with quality of life in social workers, but there wasn’t any significant relationship between external religious orientation with quality of life in social workers. Also the predicted variables significantly could predict 24/1 percent of variance of quality of life in social workers (P<0/05). Based the results it is suggest that counselors and therapists to improve the quality of life in social workers, the first decrease their job stress and then increase their internal religious orientation and social orientation. But like any other institution, it may be affected by fluctuations, conflicts and disputes, which due to its special position should try to resolve these disputes in a way that does not harm the valuable position of the family and the moral rules that govern it. .Method: The present study was conducted by descriptive and analytical methods.Findings and Results: The use of out-of-court dispute resolution methods with the focus on arbitration or a combination of these methods with the judicial system (courts) can provide more protection than the judicial system only for the family with And by using the rules and regulations in the international arena, including the models of optimization of the arbitration institution, which are expressed by UNCITRAL and have been evaluated and carefully evaluated in order to make the arbitration institution more efficient, and their localization and adaptation to Domestic culture implemented the best and most efficient arbitration body in resolving family disputes. In addition to benefiting from this valuable and efficient institution, he used other institutions such as family counselors and social workers to root out the differences between couples, their pathology, and to treat and correct abnormal social practices. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the empowerment of social workers working in social emergency mobile services of welfare organization across the country and their job’s efficiency. The sample size includes 158 social workers working in social emergency mobile services of welfare organization across the country. That was selected by the systematic random sampling method all over the country. The main research question is about that what is the relationship between empowerment and job efficiency of social workers working in the social emergency mobile services of welfare organization across the country? In order to study the components of empowerment and job efficiency, it was used a standardized empowerment questionnaire (Spritzer and Mishra, 1995) and job efficiency questionnaire (Hersey and Goldsmith, 1980). Reliability of both questionnaires was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 798/0 and 880/0, respectively. The validity of both questionnaires was confirmed via CVR content validity method. In this research, the independent variable of empowerment is 5 component and 15 questions and also demographic characteristics is 5 questions and dependent variable of job efficiency is 7 component and 26 questions. Total components of the independent variables have been studied with the dependent variable. Statistical analysis of the research questions was performed by univariate and bivariate descriptions, Spearman’ rank correlation coefficient test,  Kendall's tau C coefficient test, Post Hoc test, Bonferroni Post Hoc test and multivariate analysis of regression. The results show that there is a significant relationship between empowerment variable and job efficiency variable. However, it was shown that in multivariate analysis of regression, from the 5 components of empowerment (sense of competence, independence, effectiveness, confidence and a sense of significance) most variable that is predictable for improve job efficiency, is sense of independence with (42 / 0%) and , is sense of confidence with (35/0). A component of significant wasn’t extensible with 048/0% and components of competence and effectiveness senses are negative. Regarding to demographic characteristics it has been recognized that none of these characteristics (Age, sex, education, field of study and work experience) have any positive impact on improving efficiency; even all of them indicate the opposite effect on improving efficiency with negative values. But also empowering effect on improving efficiency is predictable. Manuscript profile
