The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of deficit in the factors of auditors' executive function (in Self-Time Management, Self-Organization, Self-Control, Self-Motivation) on their moral judgment. The research is a descriptive and survey method. The statistical population consists of external auditors. The samples size is determined based on related formula for the method used to test hypotheses (it destrebuted to number of 120 people and finally fulfield by 70 people). The field survey and questionnaire were used for data collection. The research hypotheses were also examined using the structural equation method (SEM).The results show that deficit in the self-organization (problem solving) and self-control (behavioral inhibition) has a negative effect on the auditor's ethical judgment. Deficit in executive function has a negative effect on memory (retrieving information and procedures related to work), attention and performance, and weakness in these factors have a negative effect on the quality of auditor’s moral judgment. Nowadays, besides humane, financial and economic capital, another factor has been propounded in organizations which is called "social capital".social capital provides an appropriate enviroment for human resume productivity. On the other hand ,social capital has a significant role in making it possible to use other forms of organizational capitals.Social capital is a set of existing norms in social systems that increases the level of coopeation among members of society and reduces the relationships costs(Fokuyama 1999). Emotional intelligence may play a basic role in work environment (Mckee et al. 2002).Daniel Goleman (1998) defines emotional intelligence as self-awareness,self-managment,self-motivation,social-awareness and social-management. Given that social capital is linked to the relationships among individuals and emotional intelligence has a crucial impact on forming these relationships. This research has attempted examining the impact of the five dimensions of emotional intelligence as independent variables on social capital aspects(namely trust, communication networks, common goals, and language)as dependent variables among the researchers and managers of IRIB research center. this research is a descriptive survey in which the relationships among independent and dependent variables have been examined considering the data collected through questionnaires.Descriptive and inferential statistics have also been applied in order to conduct analysis and provide a model.the results show that there is a direct relationship between emotional intelligence and social capital.therefore,it is possible to increase the level of social capital in the organizations by considering emotional intelligence indicator at the beginning of recruitment and instructing it through the work. Method of the study is descriptive-correlation and The statistical population was all the first high school students and their mothers in each Isfahan, the number of students was 1846, and considering that the components of the questionnaires are 10 and for each component, 20 people are sufficient for the sample size; Therefore, the sample size is 200 people and they were selected by multi-stage cluster confirmation sampling method, and self-regulation strategies questionnaires by Miller and Brown (1999), Barkley's self-motivation questionnaire (2012) and Ahvaz Najarian et al.'s perfectionism questionnaire. (2007) completed APS Pearson’s coefficient of correlation and Stepwise Regression were used as Data analysis statistical methods The results showed that the contribution of self-regulation and self-motivation strategies in predicting academic progress was significant and 24% and 36%, respectively, were fixed on academic progress. However, the perfectionism of students' mothers could not predict the academic progress of female students. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research was to compare the effectiveness of group counseling with cognitive therapy based on mindfulness, self-compassion, and family resilience of mothers of children in education. This research was semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test with a control group and a follow-up period of 5 months. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. From the list of the statistical population (24) people were selected using random numbers and were placed in two experimental groups of cognitive therapy based on mindfulness, the control group. The educational intervention was conducted using Crane's educational package (2011) in 8- 2-hour sessions for the experimental group. The method of data analysis was multivariate analysis of covariance (ANOVA). The software (SPSS 22) was used for data analysis. Self-compassion, Neff (2003) and Sixby (2005) family resilience questionnaires were used as tools. The results showed that cognitive therapy based on mindfulness in the form of group counseling increases self-compassion and family resilience. Mothers of educated children have an effect and this effect was stable in the 5-month follow-up phase. According to the findings of this research, it is possible to use the cognitive therapy group counseling method based on mindfulness to increase self-compassion and family resilience.
