        The pattern habitual suggests people are Cognitive styles that they are used in decision-making. All investment decisions are made based on the relationship between risk and return. This study examined the relationship between cognitive styles and decision-making and risk and return expectations of investors investing in financial instruments. The statistical Sample Professional and non- professional analyst’s, the population in 2013 is an infinite number of them being estimated. It is estimated that their number is unlimited.  Research, descriptive - is inductive. Methodology is Application to the target. Quasi- Laboratory procedure and the method of hypothesis testing is. This is a community of 150 people who are stratified random.  The results show that: the profession -oriented investors and risk perception and risk propensity, there is a positive relationship. Between expected return and risk perception, there is a positive relationship. Perception of risk among styles with high cognitive complexity (analytical and conceptual) more styles with low cognitive complexity (guidance and behavior) is. Risk propensity the styles with high cognitive complexity (analytical and conceptual) more styles with low cognitive complexity (guidance and behavior) is.         Purpose: The aim of this study is to present a Job Embeddedness Model of High School teachers in Isfahan. Method: This research was thematic analysis based on Stirling's method. By carefully studying domestic and foreign reliable sources and taking notes on key and related points, examples of job entanglement were extracted with the help of Maxqda10 software. Results: Firstly, 572 basic themes were extracted and then merged and categorized in 134 basic themes, 11 organizer themes and 4 inclusive themes. Inclusive themes include values alignment, sociability, justice alignment and professionalism. Organizer themes include paying attention to personal values, paying attention to organization values, organizational participation, Interoperability of the individual-community, Fair allocation of organizational resources, Respect for individual rights, Respect for organizational rights, Respect for Social rights, Professionalism based on individual characteristics, Professionalism based on organizational characteristics and Professionalism based on social components. Conclusion: This study presented a complete and comprehensive JE model of high school teachers. This model should be available for headmasters and using it for improvement of JE of teachers.         Purpose: The purpose of the present study is to review the effect of professionalism, organizational culture, and leadership style on auditors’ performance with respect to the moderating role of spiritual intelligence.Method: In terms of data collection, the current research is descriptive-survey and it has a practical objective. The statistical population under study consisted of all certified auditors working in institutes under the supervision of Iranian Association of Certified Accountants. 338 members were chosen as the research sample by convenient nonrandom sampling. The research hypotheses were tested by structural equations method and Smart Pls.Results: The results showed that professionalism, organizational culture, and leadership style have a significant impact on auditors’ performance. Moreover, spiritual intelligence moderates the impact of professionalism, organizational culture, and leadership style on auditors’ performance.Conclusion: Observing professional rules and regulations in auditing enhances its efficiency. Auditing culture is the foundation of accountancy society including a series of values, norms, beliefs as well as cultural and historical traditions effective on auditors’ behavior. It is the basis of some special values originating from society and effective on auditors’ culture in the work environment and community.         Political ideology has increasingly affected organizations, affecting the decisions and behavior of members, both intentionally and unintentionally. The terms 'economic conservative', and 'social conservative' denote fundamental beliefs and values. Auditors working across various financial sectors often adopt a political ideology that reflects their cultural backgrounds, and personal beliefs. Adaptable organizations react to altering client expectations and environmental changes, constantly resolving resultant issues. The capacity to handle these disputes is critical for any organization's long-term success. The adaptability of professional auditors, affected by their ideological stances, can either reduce or exacerbate these conflicts. Regarding the methodology of this research, it uses a descriptive and survey-based approach, categorized as field research. The study's sample includes 413 professionals from all levels of the auditing field, working at the Auditing Institutes validated by the Securities, and Exchange Organization of Iran and Iran's Auditory Organization in the year 2021. These individuals were selected as convenient samples. Data collection involved four standardized questionnaires, with analysis conducted using structural equation modeling. The findings show that auditors with a social conservative mindset have a direct impact on organizational adaptation, but auditors with an economic conservative mindset have an opposite impact. Social conservatism in auditors negatively affects professionalism, while economic conservatism has a positive impact.political ideologies do not significantly affect the organizational professional conflict. The mediating variable of auditors' organizational adaptability is negatively associated with organizational professional conflict, whereas the mediating variable of professional orientation positively correlates with it.         This study has been done with a synthesis of both internal and external studies in order to achieve more and newer concepts regarding professionalism in medical education. The method of this study was synthesis research. The required data were collected by searching library resources and articles in ERIC, ProQuest, PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, springer Magiran, and Irandoc databases. In order to search domestic and foreign databases, the keywords of professionalism, curriculum, professionalism curriculum, medical education were used. The articles and sources reviewed were from 1998 to 2020. In the final review, the most relevant sources included 53 articles that were reviewed and extracted in order to achieve the purpose of the present study. 270 concepts were extracted and grouped into 22 concepts. Finally, the concepts were categorized into the final 6 concepts of professional commitment, caring behavior, virtue-based professional commitment, lifelong learner, ethics and law-based, professional character and type of curriculum. The results show that if certain professional beliefs and behaviors are not institutionalized in today's students during the internship, it can reduce the sensitivity of students' professionalism and thus make professional decisions difficult for future physicians. Therefore, the role of formal education in professionalism is important in this regard, considering the role of the hidden curriculum. Manuscript profile
