        Background: Given the competitive environment in the insurance industry, maintaining and developing market share is the result of competitive strategy policies. Therefore, identifying the factors influencing competition strategy policies is considered an important issue in strategic brand-based marketing decisions. According to the findings, brandorientation stimulates the development of organizational identity and organizational identity also plays an important role in implementing brand-oriented marketing and improving the strategy of competitive strategy policies. Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of brand-based marketing on competition strategy policies with emphasis on the role of organizational identity intervener in Iran Insurance Company. Methods: The research method is descriptive-correlational. The research population includes 400 employees of Iran Insurance Company. The sampling method used was simple random and the sample size was 196 based on Morgan table. It was analyzed in descriptive statistics by SPSS software. SMART-PALS software was used to test the developed hypotheses. Results: Findings obtained from path coefficients and significant coefficients showed that brand-based marketing have a significant and positive effect on competition strategy policies (β = 0.407, t = 4.821). Brand-based marketing has a positive and significant effect on organizational identity (β = 0.828, t = 28.171). It was also concluded that organizational identity has a significant and positive effect on competition strategy policies (β = 0.489, t = 5.817). Another result of the study showed that organizational identity can play a mediating role between the relationship between brand-based marketing and competitive strategy policies. Conclusion: The result of this study indicates that paying attention to brand-oriented marketing equips Iran Insurance Company with capabilities and capabilities that can have many results and consequences for companies such as company growth, profitability, increasing market share and increasing competitiveness.  Manuscript profile

        The main purpose of this research was to predict organizational citizenship behaviors among women through organizational support, organizational identity and psychological capital. The current study was a descriptive correlational The statistical population was all the women employees of a big private hospital in Esfahan. 160 subjects were selected via convenience sampling. In this research a set of questionnaire consisting of Organizational Support (Eisenberger et al,  1986), Psychological Capital (Luthans et al.,  2007), Organizational Identity (Mael  & Ashforth, 1992), and organizational citizenship behaviors (Lee & Allen, 2002) were implemented. Data were analyzed by use of Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis . The result showed that there are significant positive relationship between organizational support, organizational identity, psychological capital and organizational citizenship behaviors (P≤0.01). Moreover, results of regression analysis indicated that the organizational identity and psychological capital were able to significantly predict 26 percent of organizational citizenship behaviors’ variances.         The main purpose of this research was Predicting of organizational citizenship behaviors among women through organizational support, organizational identity and psychological capital. The current study is a descriptive correlational and statistical population is all women employees of a big private hospital in Esfahan, from them, 160 subjects were selected via convenience sampling. In this research a set of questionnaire consisting of organizational support (Eisenberger et al,  1986), psychological capital (Luthans et al.,  2007), organizational identity (Mael  & Ashforth, 1992), and organizational citizenship behaviors (Lee & Allen, 2002) were used. Data were analyzed with use of Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis and the result showed that there are significant positive relationship between organizational support, organizational identity, psychological capital and organizational citizenship behaviors (P≤0.01).         Nowadays, Premier organizations are trying to attract potential professional employees and concurrently retaining their human resources. Of course, a strong organizational identity can cause employees’ retention. In addition, various constituent elements of a strong employer brand can strongly impact organizational identity, and thereby, employees’ retention. Meanwhile, employer brand may have differential impacts on organizational identity across generation and owing to the variations in employees’ years of service, which may in turn change employees’ setting priority over selection of and staying at a given workplace. The current applied study intended to design an organizational identity model with an employer brand approach in Saipa Corporation based on Grounded Theory. The research data were gleaned through interviews, coded using open, axial and selective models and assessed and analyzed through Grounded Theory. A model was finally designed based on the effect of organizational identity on retention of employees which highlighted the fact that employer brand can enhance organizational identity through a number of strategies like job satisfaction, organizational commitment and productivity as well as some contextual factors and mediator conditions.         Human resources, which are considered as the most valuable asset in any organization, have long been proven as the most significant factor in the organizational chain of command. Therefore, the purpose of the current descriptive and correlational study was to investigate the impact of organizational identity on human resource productivity with a focus on the mediating role of employee voice among the staff at physical education department Islamic azad universities. The participants in this study were all the research population who formed the staff physical education at Azad universities of Iran in 1395 (N=300). The research data were collected via administration of the Organizational Identity Questionnaire (Miles & Ashforth, 1992), the Organizational Voice Questionnaire (Esmaeilzadeh, 1392) and a revised version of Employee Productivity Questionnaire (ACHIEVE Model Hersey & Goldsmith, cited in Shahsavari, 1991). 217 of the questionnaires that had been sent out to the participants were out of which 206 were complete. The research data obtained from the 206 questionnaires were analyzed via the Pearson Correlation, Multiple Linear Regression and Variance-Based Structural Equation Modeling. The findings showed significant relationship among organizational identity, employee voice and employee productivity. A significant relationship was also found between employee voice and its subscales with employee productivity.         The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of organizational identity and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. The statistical population included all directors, deputies, heads and experts of Tehran Education Administration during the years 2014-15, totaling 500 people, from among whom 217 were selected as the research sample, based on Morgan table and through the use of random stratified sampling technique. For data collection, Cheney standard questionnaire of corporate identity, Robins’ organizational culture questionnaire, and Podsakoff’s questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior were used. For descriptive statistics and frequency, SPSS software was used, and for inferential statistics, Smart PLS was applied. In the present study, the confidence coefficient was 95%. The findings showed that organizational identity and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on creating organizational citizenship behavior. The results indicated that organizational identity organizational culture have the greatest impact on "conscientiousness" dimension and the least impact on "respect" dimension of organizational citizenship behavior. Obtaining the value of 0.735 for GOF shows that the overall fitness of the model is acceptable and on the continuum ranging from weak to average to strong, it is on the strong side.  Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of subjective well-being on positive sales behaviors due to the moderating role of organizational identity. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive method is survey. The statistical population of the study consists of 142 Iranian insurance sales agents in Ilam province. Data were collected using the standard questionnaires of mental well-being of Lango et al. (2018), Mael & Ashforth (1992) organizational identity, Spiro & Weitz adaptive sales (1990), and Lango et al. (2018). The data were analyzed through statistical tests such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and simple and multiple linear regression tests and structural equation modeling.         This research was conducted in order to investigate the behavioral factors affecting the promotion of the organizational identity of the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Tehran Province. The research method used in this study is descriptive and correlational in terms of its applied purpose, quantitative in terms of data type, and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research consists of all employees of the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Tehran Province, whose number is about 2500 people. The sampling method in this research is a simple sampling method.From the mentioned statistical population, according to the sampling criteria (based on the sampling method listed in Morgan's table), 308 people were selected as the research sample, and then using a researcher-made questionnaire in four dimensions and 32 items, adjusted according to a five-point Likert scale. , and the extracted items have been questioned in the statistical sample of the research. The statistical population consists of 3301 employees of the general education departments of the northern provinces of the country (Golestan, Mazandaran and Gilan provinces). Descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling using SPSS and Smart-PLS software were used to analyze the data. The results of path analysis showed that direct relationships between variables are significant. Also, the mediating role of delegation of authority and organizational identity among patriarchal leadership on the moral climate was confirmed.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics and employees' job performance with the role of mediating organizational identity in Education and training of Ardabil province. The statistical population of this study was 610 employees of Education and training of Ardabil province and subsidiary governorates. 240 of them were selected as the statistical sample through Cochran's formula by simple random sampling. A tool for collecting data, a questionnaire, and a questionnaire Standards were used.         Introduction and purpose of the research: Organizational identity is a valuable term that is the hidden driver of many group actions and social efforts and a reflection of social identity. The current research has presented the organizational identity model of the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Tehran Province. Research method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method, it is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In the first stage, the foundation's qualitative data method was used, the statistical population in the qualitative section includes the executive experts of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Organization of Tehran Province. Scientific and academic experts were also used in the field of culture. The research tool included researcher-made coding sheets, the validity of which was confirmed by the members of the Delphi group, and its reliability was calculated with the P-Scott criterion of 0.95. The statistical population in the second stage of the research is made up of the employees of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Organization of Tehran province, which are about 250 people. The sample size was estimated to be 160 people based on Cochran's formula and after collecting the data, the statistical analysis of the research data at two descriptive levels using statistical indicators (like frequency, percentage and average) and the inferential level of confirmatory factor analysis, using It was done from Spss 22, Lisrel 8.54 and Excel.. Findings: It showed that the factors related to the organizational identity model of the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Tehran Province in the form of 13 categories and in 5 dimensions in the form of core factors (organizational identity of employees), causal conditions, background conditions, intervening conditions, Strategies and consequences were placed Conclusion: It showed that among the dimensions of the organizational identity model of the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Tehran Province, the dimension of causal conditions with an average of (0.90) has the greatest impact and the dimension of consequences with an average of (0.53) has the least impact on organizational identity.
