Abstract :
The research has presented the organizational identity model of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Organization of Tehran Province. This research is practical in terms of purpose This research is a sequential and exploratory qualitative strategy, and the statistical sample in the qualitative section includes academic experts and experts in the field of culture, which were equal to 20 people. The research tool included researcher-made coding sheets, whose validity was confirmed by the members of the Delphi group, and whose reliability was calculated with the P-Scott criterion of 0.95. The findings showed that the factors related to the organizational identity model of the cultural heritage organization were placed in the form of 13 categories and in 5 dimensions in the form of core factors (organizational identity of employees), causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences.. In the second stage of the research, the statistical population is about 250 people. The sample size was estimated to be 160 people based on Cochran's formula, and after collecting the data, statistical analysis of the data was performed at two descriptive levels and all the obtained coefficients are significant. It can be concluded that by using the findings of the study, we will achieve comprehensive and diverse plans for the organizational identity of the employees of the country's cultural organizations and institutions in "macro", "intermediate" and "operational" strategies, so that the organizational identity of the tourism and handicrafts cultural heritage organization Tehran province is obtained. and can be used to improve the organization,
