Leasing as one of the financing products offered by financial institutions. Financing products is the main source of income and the sustainability of financial institutions depends on it. Due to the intrinsic risks associated with financing service options, the quality of perceived customer service will be different from financial transaction support services. This thesis examines the dimensions of service quality in the automotive leasing industry. Therefore, the SERVQUAL (Service quality & quantity) approach in the leasing market sector of Iran Khodro Company was used to estimate the impacts of service quality. Data collection includes interviewing and dataset, which were conducted among leasing experts, academic experts, and a group of clients. The existing dataset contains 26 questions related to service quality components. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by academic experts, and also Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.88) was used to determine the reliability of dataset with a high internal consistency of the dataset. The proposed SERVQUAL model was simulated in MATLAB software environment. In this study, due to some limitations in non-registration of leasing companies’ information, only 3 main parameters were evaluated. Our findings included three estimated parameters namely customer gap - distribution rate (0.209), policy gap - distribution rate (0.060) and delivery gap - distribution rate (0.449). According to our results, the gap between the management perception and service quality characteristics arising from leasing company employees, which originally is the gap between service quality characteristics and delivery services, should be addressed by HRM tools such as training. As a general conclusion, the proposed SERVQUAL model for estimating service quality impacts on the Iran Khodro leasing market sector provides a good evaluation of the five-dimensional gap and identifies the impacts of service quality in the automotive leasing sector. Nowadays, risk management is a practiced system and process whose main aim is to improve the quality of decisions in all levels of the firms in order to increase the wealth of shareholders. Until the 50's, the perception to the risk was totally restricted, unidimensional and just based on quality. So far, a number of researches have been done regarding the risk of leasing industry; however, there has been little if any precise rating or identification of these risks in this field . In this study, we intend to identify different kinds of risks involved in the leasing industry through survey research by asking the experts for their opinions through questionnaires and then determine the correlation between them, and eventually, rank them through the AHP method.  This work is an applied research and its methodology is descriptive, in the form of convey researches. In this study, we determine effective factors on risks of leasing industry. The reliability of the questionnaire has been calculated by Cronbach's alpha and its validity has been assessed by experts. SPSS software has also been used to analyze the data. Based on the findings, all the abovementioned factors in the hypothesis, such as operational risks, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, recognition risk, legal risks and portfolio risk are the most important risks in the leasing industry and Mellat Leasing Corporation. There is also a significant correlation between all the abovementioned risks and their components. Manuscript profile

Leasing companies play an important role in meeting the needs of firms and households. These companies can resolve liquidity problem of their customers by providing their various products. But despite these advantages, leasing industry is relatively young and less developed in Iran. One of the major problems in the path of growth and development of leasing companies is Failure in providing reliable and stable financial resources at different periods of time. From the past, difficulties in financing leasing companies are a key issue in the industry that occupied the minds of managers. The performance of leasing industry in Iran shows that leasing industry at different periods of boom and recession has failed to show the same performance and stability. One of the key causes in the process of stable financing is existing shortcomings. Hence, it is vital to using modern methods, diversified and stable financing in leasing companies in Iran within the interest-free banking system. One of the most effective methods to finance leasing companies in Iran is securitization of assets. It can be said that balance sheet assets of leasing companies which have the ability to transform into securities include assets resulting from installment sale and lease-purchase .This study tries to design and offer asset securitization process in Iran and leasing companies within the interest-free banking and finds proper response to the problems raised in the area of financing leasing companies. In the present study, the effects of releasing weight on reared silver carp's growth and survival, as well as, its hematological indices were assessed. For this purpose, first eight 3-hectares ponds were divided into four treatments based on fishes' releasing weight equal to 2, 3, 4 and 5 g, then sampling from these animals was periodically done and the hematological indices were measured. At the end of the trial, the average weight of fishes (g) and total production of each pool (kg) was calculated. The results of the measurement of blood parameters indicated that the hematocrit percent was significantly increased following the releasing weight enhancement (P<0.05), but any statistical relationship was seen between the stocking weight and other blood indices (P>0.05). Furthermore, the growth and survival findings signified, whereas after releasing the weight of fishes, their final weight and growth rate were enhanced, the special growth rate was reduced statistically (P<0.05). Hence, based on present results, it will be achieved proper growth whenever silver carps are stocked 12000 individuals with 5 g weight. Manuscript profile

Lacewings are the predatory insects that widely used in biological control programs. Among them, Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens) (Neu.: Chrysopidae) is a promising biological control agent in releasing against pests in greenhouses and fields. In this study, two release methods of lacewing’s eggs were compared: distribution of eggs mixed with sawdust as an egg carrier and dispensation of the eggs using chrysobag (the special net bags). Experiments were conducted on the cucumber Cucumis sativum L., against cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii Glover in netted cages. Ratio 1:5 was compared in two methods in a condition that each cage contained 4 plants and density of aphids was higher than that of the last experiments. This experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design. First egg release showed no significant difference between two methods. Approximately 80-84% reduction in population density of aphids was observed compared with control treatment. However 2nd egg release, 7 days after 1st release, showed 94-95% reduction in aphid population. Better control of aphids was observed with repeated egg release. If experiments conducted in cage without presence of generalist predators (such as ants) of eggs, two methods had the same effect to control aphids. Although two methods had the same efficacy without presence of ant, if eggs released in greenhouses and fields, chrysobag protects eggs from ants and other predators. Therefore, chrysobag with a high efficiency and without bad affect on host plant. Chrysobag method suggested to be used in commercial greenhouses and field Manuscript profile

Peppermint is an important medical plant which contains essential oil that has many usages in different industry. Nitrogen and phosphor are considered to be the most limiting factors of the plants' growth after the factor of water. Chemical fertilizers which are so much used to remove the shortage of these two elements have destructive environmental effects and reduce the quality of crops. Today, using biological fertilizers are considered to be the most suitable strategy to prevent the dangers of chemical fertilizers. This experiment was carried out in the form of factorial based on the Complete Randomized Block Design with four repetitions and two treatments, one of which is Nitrogen fertilizer including three levels of Super Nitro Plus biological fertilizer containing bacteria such as Azospirillum which controls the path of the soil-organisms' genetic factors (Basillus sp) and PGPR, plant growth provocative (Pseudomonas  flurescens ), Nitroxin biological fertilizer containing different doses of  Azospirillum bacteria, and Urea chemical fertilizer (300 kg/ha) and also phosphor fertilizer in three levels of Barvar II biological fertilizer containing phosphor releasing bacteria accompanying with Ammonium de phosphate fertilizer (125 kg/ha), Barvar II biological fertilizer and Ammonium de phosphate chemical fertilizer (250 kg/ha) in the agronomical year 1387 in the researching farm of Islamic Azad University of Arak. The results of the mentioned experiment demonstrated that the Super Nitro Plus biological fertilizer and in the second place, Nitroxin cause the significant improvement of the fresh and dry weight of offshoot also  amount and efficiency offshoot's essential oil. The combinational treatment of Barvar II and Ammonium de phosphate causes significant improvements of the essential oil efficiency of offshoot. The combinational treatment of Super Nitro Plus and Barvar II causes the significant improvement of offshoot's fresh weight. Also, decreasing the chemical phosphor fertilizer consumption up to fifty percent becomes possible through employing phosphor-releasing bacteria without any significant decline in the growth characteristics and plant essential oil efficiency.
