This research focuses on it answers the basic question of whether there is a relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning in Khorasan Razavi Governorate. Methods: This descriptive - analytic research is a correlation type. The statistical population of this research is the official staff of the Governor General of Khorasan Razavi, with 303 people. The total sample size using the Cochran formula is equal to 0.59% for 169 people. The Knowledge Management and Tacchi questionnaires were used to collect data in KM. Also, to determine the reliability and validity of the research, using the standard questionnaire, we obtained Cranbach's alpha of 0.94 for all questions. To analyze the collected data, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple step gradient, multivariate analysis of variance, Shafeh test and structural equation modeling were used. Results: showed that there is a significant positive correlation between knowledge management dimensions and organizational learning. All assumptions about the dimensions of knowledge management (socialization - extermination - combination and internalization) and its relationship with organizational learning are confirmed. Conclusions: The conclusion about knowledge management and organizational learning is that these two approaches are involved in increasing intellectual capital, human capacity and capabilities for effective and complementary actions, and provide both the potential and necessary capabilities to achieve high levels of effectiveness.   Manuscript profile

The prevalence of cosmetics from the beginning of their production in women is much higher than men, and the content produced in the media usually teaches women to meet the socially constructed standards of beauty. Today, the excessive use of cosmetics among Iranian women and girls has become a critical psychosocial issue. Therefore, the present study aimed to test the media use model to use cosmetics concerning the mediating role of internalization of media patterns, beliefs about appearance, and body image concerns. For this purpose, 324 female students of the University of Isfahan were selected as the research sample using cluster sampling method and responded to the Media Consumption (Revised) and Beliefs about Appearance Scales, Body Image Concerns Inventory, and Socio-Cultural Attitudes to Appearance (Third Edition) and Compensatory Tendencies and Behaviors for Beauty and Fitness Questionnaires. The research model tested using structural equation modeling analysis, and the significance of the model effects evaluated using the bootstrap method. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. Testing the model showed that the size of the fit indices for the model is desirable and this model has a good fit with the experimental data. Also, bootstrap results showed that all model effects are significant. In general, the results of the present study support the importance of the role of internalizing media patterns and body image concern in the tendency of Iranian women to use cosmetics. These results explained in the research and theoretical context, and suggestions made in this regard. Manuscript profile

Purpose: The aim of this research was determine the effectiveness of emotion regulation skills education on internalization symptoms and self-control in adolescents with tendency to risky behaviors. Methodology: This study was a quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The research population was adolescent students with a tendency to risky behaviors in the 15 district of Tehran in the 2019-20 academic years. The research sample were 50 people who were selected by random sampling method and randomly assigned to into two equal groups (each group 25 people). The experimental group received 8 sessions of 60 minutes of emotion regulation skills education (two sessions per week) and the control group did not receive training. To collect data were used from risk-taking scale (Zadeh Mohammadi & et al, 2011), behavioral problems scale (Achenbach & Rescorla, 2001) and revised self-control scale (Grasmick & et al, 1993) and to analyze them were used from multivariate analysis of covariance method in SPSS-26 with significant level of P˂0.05. Findings: The results showed that emotion regulation skills education significantly led to reduced physical complaints and increased self-control (P˂0.001), but had no significant effect on reducing anxiety/depression and isolation/depression (P>0.05). The realities are based on the community. The political regime requires a transition from the three stages of externalization, objectification, and internalization to becoming reality. In political history of Iran, the familiarity of Iranians with the European political systems, especially after the Constitutional Revolution, was the beginning of the idea of reforming and changing the political system among the Iranian elites. After the victory of constitutionalism in Iran and its subsequent developments, the "Republican rapture" erupted at an amazing pace. Most researches have interpreted this incident, a group political tool against the governing board, and have been less concerned with explaining and analyzing it than an epistemological view. From this point of view, although the Iranian intellectual elites erred their mental acts about different forms of government, especially the republic, and later the Republic as a political regime was blamed for a group of political actors but could not go beyond the stage of extermination. The present study uses an analytical-descriptive method and the application of the Burger model to answer this question, what were the reasons for the failure of Republicanism? The hypothesis of the present study is that the republic did not reach an agreement between intellectuals between the intellectual and political elites and was not created as a social reality, because chaos, insecurity, living experience and lack of work of constitutional institutions prevented an agreement between the elites of Iran for The Republic's transition from the stage of extrusion to the stages of objectification and internalisation. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of attachment therapy to mothers on the symptoms of oppositional defiant in children aged 8 to 11 years in Shiraz. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design and control group and follow-up stage. The research sample consisted of 40 mothers of primary school male students in the academic year of 2019-2020 in Shiraz who were randomly and assigned into the experimental group (20 people) and control group (20 people). Demographic questionnaires and Achenbach's child behavioral checklists of patents were used to collect data. The results showed that there was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test in three variables of externalized problems, internalized behavioral problems and general problems (P <0.001). There is also a significant difference between the pre-test-follow-up in all three variables (P <0.001) and also there is a significant difference between post-test and follow-up in the two variables of externalized problems and internalized behavioral problems (P <0.001). Based Based on the findings, it can be said that teaching attachment therapy to mothers is effective in reducing the symptoms of oppositional defiant in children aged 8 to 11 years and this type of intervention can be used in medical centers for children with behavioral problems. The Effectiveness of Attachment Therapy to Mothers on the Symptoms of Oppositional Defiant in Children Manuscript profile
