  The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between political behaviors and strategic thinking with hypocritical behaviors in physical education teachers of Kazerun city. This research was applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all the physical education teachers of Kazeron city in the number of 97 people, of which 83 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and using the total number sampling method. The tools of data collection were the standard questionnaires of Dobrin's political behaviors (1978), Goldman's strategic thinking (2005) and Danai Fred et al.'s hypocritical behaviors (2013). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between political behaviors and hypocritical behaviors, and there was a negative and significant relationship between strategic thinking and hypocritical behaviors, and the results of the research showed that political behaviors and strategic thinking have significant predictive ability.   The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of narcissism managers and their hypocritical behavior in the provincial city of Kermanshah.The study of the purpose and the method of descriptive and correlational research component and in terms of field research and quantitative data collection methods. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The data of correlation analysis and structural equation model, available in SPSS and AMOS software packages were used.Results showed that The behavior of narcissistic executives, the highest mean belonged to the right and the lowest was related to exploitation. Among the hypocritical behavior of managers, the highest mean belonged to the absorption policy for human resources management and waste management policy towards the least related to human resources.The results suggest that narcissistic managers had direct and significant effect on the behavior hypocritical and narcissistic aspects including power management, self-superiority, exploitation, entitlement, self-sufficiency and arrogance managers in improving the level of hypocritical behavior the organization.   Background: One of the important factors in the organization is the macho leadership style, which is the underlying cause of hypocritical behaviors and organizational silence. Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of the macho leadership style on the development of hypocritical behaviors in interpersonal relations with a focus on the mediating role of organizational silence. Methodology: This study is considered as an applied research in terms of its objectives and a descriptive-survey research in terms of the methodology used to conduct the study. The research population included employees working in one of law enforcement agencies in Fars Province. The instruments used to collect the data were macho leadership questionnaire, hypocritical behavior scale, and organizational silence inventory. The collected data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Results: The test results confirmed the conceptual model of the study. A significant relationship between was found between macho leadership style, organizational silence, and hypocritical behaviors. Conclusion: The results of the study indicated that macho leadership style positive and significant effect on hypocritical behaviors and organizational silence.   Introduction: The main purpose of this research was to test the explanation of political behavior with hypocritical behavior based on spirituality and strategic thinking among secondary school teachers in Mamsani city.research methodology: The research method was a correlational descriptive research in terms of nature and content. The statistical population of this research was all 284 secondary school teachers in Mamasani city. To determine the sample size, 165 people were selected from Morgan's table. The sampling method in this research was a simple random one. In this research, Danaei-fard & et al.'s Hypocritical Behavior Questionnaire (2013), Dobrin Political Behavior Questionnaire (1978), Hall Edwards Spirituality Questionnaire (1986) and Goldman Strategic Thinking Questionnaire (2005) were used to collect information. Pearson correlation test, regression analysis and path analysis were used to analyze the data. SPSS21 and PLS statistical softwares were used to perform these analyses.Findings: The findings of this research indicated that there is a significant relationship between political behaviors and hypocritical behaviors through spirituality among secondary school teachers in Mamasani city. Also, there is a significant relationship between political behaviors and hypocritical behaviors through strategic thinking among secondary school teachers in Mamsani city. And finally, it was determined that the conceptual model of political behaviors with hypocritical behaviors through spirituality and strategic thinking among teachers of the second secondary level of Mamasani city has a good fit.Conclusion: Therefore, considering the appropriateness of the current research model, it is appropriate to use this model for efficiency and effectiveness as much as possible in the target community, and those in charge should pay special attention to the research variables.   The main purpose of this research was to test the conceptual model between political behaviors and hypocritical behaviors with the mediation of spirituality in secondary school teachers of Mamsani city. In terms of nature and content, the research method was a correlational descriptive research. The statistical population of this research was all 284 secondary school teachers in Mamsani city, of which 284 were selected as a sample using Morgan's table and simple random sampling method.
