The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of metacognitive-beliefs, emotional-schemas and parental-bonding in vulnerability to sensory processing sensitivity in the nonclinical population of Tehran. The research method in this study was correlational and type of path analysis studies. The statistical population consisted of all citizens over 16 years old in Tehran during winter and spring of 2018. 401 people were selected by available sampling method. After explaining the aim of the research, they were filled out Aron’s Highly Sensitive Person Scale (1997), Leahy’s Emotional Schemas Scale (2002), Wells’s Metacognition Questionnaire (1997) and Parker’s Parental Bonding Instrument (1979). Data were analyzed using SPSS-20 and LISREL. The results of path analysis indicated that the proposed model fitted well with the data. The highest path coefficients were related to emotional schemas (0.40), followed by Parental bonding (0.29) and metacognitive beliefs (0.25) respectively affecting sensory processing sensitivity. The indirect effect of emotional schemas through Parental-bonding (0.20) and metacognition through Parental-bonding (-0.13) was also significant. According to the results, metacognitive-beliefs and emotional-schemas are directly and indirectly affect the sensory processing sensitivity; therefore, metacognitive and emotional schemas therapy can be used to design the preventive programs and appropriate therapeutic interventions for this group. The aim of this study was to investigate the predictive role of emotional schemas and difficulties in emotion regulation in high-risk behaviors among university students. The research method was descriptive and correlational, and statistical population included all students from Kosar University of Bojnord. The Sample of 325 (female) students were selected by random cluster sampling. Research tools were the Young’s Risk Behavior Scale (YRBS; Brener et al, 1995), Emotional Schemas Scale (LESS; Leahy, 2002) and Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS; Gratz & Roemer, 2004). To analyze the data, methods of descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression were employed. Findings indicated that some components of Emotional Schemas like, Emotional Self-awareness, Consensus, and Acceptance of feelings were negatively and Comprehensibility, Rumination, Guilt, and blame were positively associated with high-risk behaviors. In addition, some factors of difficulties in emotion regulation such as, Difficulties Engaging in Goal-Directed Behavior, Impulse Control Difficulties, Lack of Emotional Awareness, Limited Access to Emotion Regulation Strategies, and Lack of Emotional Clarity were predicted high-risk behaviors. Findings of present study showed that failure in the perception and dysregulation of emotions may susceptible a person to experience emotional distress which probably high risk behaviors was chosen as a mean to relieve negative emotions. An extramarital affair is a traumatic event that can jeopardize a couple's married life. Therefore, the present study was performed to provide a causal modeling of the vulnerability of extramarital relationships based on emotional schemas mediated by sexual function. The statistical population in this study was all married women in Tabriz in 1399 who had been married for about 1-10 years. To select a sample from the mentioned population, a sample of at least 384 people was selected by purposive sampling method. Research data were collected using questionnaires on vulnerability of extramarital relationships, female sexual function index and emotional schemas. All analyzes were performed using Smart PLS software version 3. Findings showed that the path coefficient and t-statistic related to the effect of "emotional schemas" on "vulnerability of extramarital relationships" are equal to 0.025 and 1.531, respectively. Because the value of t is less than 1.96; therefore, at a significance level of 0.05, emotional schema has no direct effect on the vulnerability of extramarital relationships. It is also observed that the path coefficient and t-statistic related to the effect of "sexual function" on "vulnerability of extramarital affairs" are -0.249 and 8.240, respectivelyAs the absolute value of t is greater than 2.58; therefore, at a significance level of 0.01, sexual function has a direct effect on the vulnerability of extramarital affairs. Undoubtedly, recognizing and examining the roots of extramarital affairs and planning to prevent and reduce and eliminate the underlying factors, will guide the society in order to improve the level of health, maintain social order and balance. The aim of this study was to predict nomophobia based on emotional schemas among students. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all students of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in the first semester of the academic year 1399-1400. The nomophobia questionnaires (NMP-Q) by Bildrim and Correa (2015) and the emotional schemas (LESS) by Leahy (2002) were virtually selected and then virtualized according to the condition of Covid 19 disease. Done. Accomplished. Data analysis was performed by Pearson correlation test and stepwise regression using SPSS software version 25. Findings indicated that there was the highest correlation between the control component (r = -0.527) and the lowest correlation between emotion expression (r = 0.007). They also explain the components of control, rumination, and feelings of shame and guilt in 17% of the variance of nomophobia. In general, it can be said that deep psychological characteristics such as schemas and emotions can be effective in aggravating or relieving the symptoms of nomophobia. Manuscript profile
