In this research, we present a new model of balanced evaluation system in listed firms on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The Statistical analyses of the study were carried out based on the extracted data from 166 questionnaires of listed firms on the Tehran Stock Exchange during 2020. In this paper, Cochran Formula is used for sampling and since all CEOs, and financial managers of listed firms on the Stock Exchange were 688 people, the sample volume is 166 people. A questionnaire is used to collect the required information and evaluate the opinions of the statistical sample. The findings at 95% of confidence level show that based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the significance level of all variables of balanced evaluation (customer, internal processes, growth, learning, and finance) have been more than 0.05, and the result was normal. The structural equations indicate that it is possible to position the perspective (customer, internal processes, growth, learning, and finance) for designing and implementing the revised model of the balanced evaluation system in listed firms on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The results show that in a competitive environment whose main feature is the lack of resources, performance evaluation and management play very important role. the use of performance measurement systems is recommended. according to the results of the study, we recommend the managers of an organization pay more attention to productivity, training programs, and education level enhancement of the employees and try to improve the productivity. In advanced and Islamic societies, with the evolution and advancement of legal and judicial systems, the courts are seeking the fundamental goal of justice which is the determination of truth and the administration of justice in the field of rules of litigation. For this purpose, the type of selecting and the choice of judicial system to achieve this goal is of crucial importance. Therefore, the traditional view in the Islamic jurisdiction which mostly defines Judement as resolution of hostility must be altered to ensure judge’s confidence and conscientious trust regarding judicial principles of the litigation. By expanding the powers of the judge and the scope of the substantiatoin value of the claim, the method of finding evidence, and the sovereignty of persuasion of the judge's conscience, the judge must take steps to determine the truth and administer justice. In the study, conducted by analytical and descriptive method, we concluded that the purpose of litigation in the legal systems of the world as well as the Islamic one, especially in criminal matters related to the lives and bodies of individuals, is to determine the truth and ultimately administer justice. This goal can be achieved with the credibility and dominance of a system established to convince the judge's conscience. Manuscript profile

The present study is among the semi-experimental studies with pre-test-post-test and random replacement of the subjects using the control group. 45 students were selected from the second secondary school students of Tabriz city in the academic year 1401-1402 by multi-stage cluster sampling and were randomly replaced in two experimental groups and one control group. Experimental groups were trained in group metacognitive skills (Melchior, Franken, Dunn, Der Hayden, 2019) and mindfulness skills (Kabat-Zinn, 2005). McIlroy and Buntig (2002) and Henderson-King and Smith (2006) academic consciousness questionnaires are used to evaluate dependent assessments. The results were used through multivariate covariance analysis (MANCOVA) and SPSS22 statistical software. The results showed that the effect of mental skills on students' academic conscience and academic meaning is positive and significant. The results revealed that the effect of metacognitive skill on educational conscience was positive and significant, but not significant on the meaning of education.
