This research aimed to investigate the relationship between conflict management styles with job stress of elementary school teachers. This was a cross-sectional study from type of correlation. The statistical population of that included all elementary school teachers of Varamin city in 2015 year. From them 310 teacher were selected by multistep cluster sampling method and all of them completed the questionnaires of conflict management styles (Robbins & DeCenzo, 1998) and job stress (Spector & Jex, 1998). Data was analyzed with Pearson correlation and multivariate regression with stepwise model methods. The findings of correlation showed a significantly negative relationship between conflict management styles of accommodating and cooperating with job stress and a significantly positive relationship between conflict management styles of avoiding and competing with job stress, but there isn’t any significant relationship between conflict management style of compromising with job stress. Also the finding of regression showed conflict management styles of avoiding, accommodating and cooperating can predict 38/4 percent of variance of job stress among elementary school teachers (P≤0/01). Regarded to results of this study suggest that counselors and therapists consider the symptoms of these variables and based on design appropriate programs to reduce job stress of elementary teachers and to implement it with using educational workshops. The overall purpose of this study was to design a communication model of conflict management strategies with the satisfaction of athletes of national teams of the Deaf Sports Federation of Iran. The statistical population of the present study consists of all athletes of the national teams of the deaf in Iran, whose number is 220 athletes and the statistical sample of the research consists of 150 athletes selected by the national teams. In this study used Robbins (1998) Conflict Management and Athletes Satisfaction Questionnaires of Rimrochladora (1998).To analyze the data and prioritize and determine the dominant style of conflict management,Friedman test and to determine the relationship between variables and the effectiveness of variables while using Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling method has been used.Smart PLS was used to perform calculations and model design. The results show that the coaches of the national teams for the deaf use the non-confrontation strategy more and the control style has the least use.Among the dimensions of athletes' satisfaction, after the satisfaction of individual performance has the highest average and after satisfaction with team performance has the lowest average. Also the results of structural equation modeling showed that the relationship between conflict management styles(t = 2.81,f = 0.68)with athlete satisfaction, solution orientation strategy(t = 2.64, f = 0.46)and non-confrontation strategy(t = 2.78,f = 0.32)Have a positive and significant relationship with athletes 'satisfaction and 46 and 32% are effective on athletes' satisfaction, respectively.According to the research, when the coaches use solution-oriented and non-confrontational strategies, they are more successful in managing conflicts and creating athlete satisfaction. The aim of this study was to explain school principals’ conflict management based on their job burnout and stress. The study population included all school principals in Chaypareh and Khoy in the academic year of 1395-1394 and the sample size was 173 people that were selected by stratified random sampling method. To gather the data questionnaires of Rabin’s conflict management and Meselch’s job stress and burnout were used. Correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results indicate that based on principals’ job stress, conflict management style can predict co-operation, avoidance and compromise. But because the amount of F obtained for conflict management style of competition (0/07) is not statistically significant (P≥0 / 05); it cannot be predicted based on principals’ job stress. Beta coefficient indicates that, per unit increase in stress management, conflict management style of cooperation decreases at 33 percent, avoided style increases at 28 percent; concession style decreases at 34 percent and compromise style decreases at 47 percent. This paper is considering the relationship between conflict management styles with human resource productivity in Sina Bank. The statistical population using Cochranʼ formula was 85 people in Sina Bank staff in Tehran. The sampling method was purposive non-probability. The research method was correlational and applied one. The conflict management styles were measured by Daria and Prause (2015) questionnaire and human resource productivity was measured through Taylor & Brient questionnaire (2013).  The validity and reliability of the research tools were measured by factors loading coefficient, Cronbach's (a), composite reliability, convergent and divergent validity. The data were analyzed through the SPSS and smart-PLS software. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between conflict management styles and human resource productivity in Sina Bank. The results of minor hypotheses also showed that there was a significant positive relationship between integrating, dominating and compromising with productivity, but there was not positive relationship between avoidance and obliging with productivity.  Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to provide a model for the impact of the establishment of a management information system (MIS) on conflicts management styles of sport education managers. The present study is a correlation-descriptive-survey method in terms of purpose. Regarding to the relatively small volume of research in the whole population, the same 220 individuals were identified as the statistical sample. The data collection tool was Robbins Conflict Management Style Questionnaire (1991) and Akbari Management Information System Questionnaire (2011). In order to analyze the data, SPSS 20 and Smart PLS 3 software were used. In this research, the hypotheses are all confirmed and the impact of the establishment of the management information system on conflict management, the impact of the establishment of management information system on the style of cooperation, the style of compromise, the style of self-sacrifice, avoidance style, and competition style has been proved. This study showed that the establishment of management information system with the effect on conflict management styles, on better understanding of the use of this system among the educational managers of the sport leads to decrease conflict and better management.     Manuscript profile
