  Absract This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of extremely low frequency electromagnetic field (60 Hz) on photosynthesis apparatus and the amount of soluble sugar in Lepidium sativum L. Seeds were divided to dry and wet groups. In terms of wet group, seeds were soaked in water for 7 and 14 h. Dry and wet seeds were placed in the middle of a horizontally fixed coil and were exposed to extremely low frequency electromagnetic of a magnitude of 3.8 mT, for 30 and 60 minutes. Results demonstrated that the amount of chlorophyll a and b did not show the significant increase and the amount of chlorophyll ratio did not have any significant decrease. In addition, carotenoid, flavonoid content and membrane lipid peroxidation increased significantly and the amount of soluble sugar content declined significantly. Results confirms that the influence of electromagnetic field on carotenoid and flavonoids as well as membrane lipids caused the decrease of photosynthesis efficacy, and consequently caused the decline of the amount of soluble sugar.   State exception and paradox legitimacy of revolt in Achaemenian state Abstract: Achaemenian state is the beginning rationality in political human history. For proof this supposition we can refer to charter and inscription in this period. Cyrus cylinder and inscription of Dariush show the principle of governmentality Achaemenian and apparatus ideological state. In this article use theoretical framework from Althuser, Foucault and Agamben for analysis. State always show all act and decision are rationality but in reality rule of exception governed in the environment politics. Inscription Katibe Biston is ancient ideological apparatus state and dilemma about what reality happen in history. In this article I analysis legitimacy of revolt in achaemenid state and show according to framework state exception have paradox in statement inscription. Worldview this article is critical theory that attempt related problem contemporary to the tradition.   هدف از این تحقیق مطالعه چهار ترجمه از کتاب گلستان سعدی در طی قرون 19 , 20 و 21 در انگلستان می‌باشد تا بتوان تاثیر ایدئولوژی غالب در انگلستان را بر ترجمه این اثر مهم بررسی کرد. این چهار ترجمه عبارتند از گلادوین (1806), برتون (1888), پلاتس (1904) و تکستون (2008) که بر اساس بازآفرینی و تاریخ گرایی نوین از نظر ایدئولوژی آلتوسر انجام شده است. این یک تحقیق کمی و کیفی می باشد که طی آن 30 حکایت از گلستان سعدی به روش هدفمند انتخاب و مورد تحقیق قرار گرفت. تمام موارد مورد نیاز از این چهار ترجمه استخراج و با کتاب اصلی مقایسه و سپس بر اساس فرمول کا اسکوئر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از این است که به طور کلی هیچ تفاوت معناداری بین ترجمه های مورد نظر وجود ندارد, اگر چه بیان این مطلب ضروری است که تفاوت های زیادی بین یکا یک موارد استخراج شده وجود دارد که خود می تواند دلیل محکمی بر وجود یک ایدئولوژی پنهان در ترجمه ها باشد. به این صورت که, تکستون در ترجمه خود از بیشترین موارد بازآفرینی استفاده کرده است و گلادوین از بیشترین ایدئولوژی آلتوسر.
