The main objective of this study is identifying and ranking the Effective factors on absorptive capacity in a research organization. This inquiry is a sort of applied research, and in respect of data gathering is a descriptive research. In this research is used surveying method. Considering the subjective nature of research model as well as masters, the experts of research organization constitute the statistical society of this study. This study is performed in two parts with qualitative and quantitative approach. To identify the research components we interviewed experts and staffs of research organization in additional to Theoretical fundamentals and literature. After gathering intended factors from interview and Theoretical fundamentals, the paired comparison technique is used to prepare the questionnaire to prioritize the factors. Our selected method in this analysis is based on Fuzzy AHP method according to Chang method. The result of study indicates that according to absorptive capacity criteria, realized absorptive capacity is our first priority and potential absorptive capacity is the next one, and with regard to realized absorptive capacity exploitation is the first priority and transformation is the second one. Considering the potential absorptive capacity, acquisition would be first priority and assimilation is the next one. Manuscript profile

Objective: The purpose of this article is to answer the question: What are future scenarios of the Iranian banking industry by combining the capabilities of knowledge absorptive capacity and corporate foresight? In this article, we have reviewed the future of banking industry, knowledge absorptive capacity and corporate foresight adopting both process and content (as a capability and ability) approaches; in addition, the components and dimensions of corporate foresight have been investigated from a content perspective. Methods: The research is practical in terms of purpose and cross-sectional in time. Using the tools of library and fuzzy Delphi methods data was collected from academic and industry experts (15 experts) and it was analyzed using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) techniques and the Micmack software. Finding: The results suggest that performance can be enhanced by combining the capabilities of knowledge absorptive capacity and corporate foresight. Finally, by combination of the two capabilities, four possible scenarios, including the desired Ka’aba, the center of calmness, the revelation of magnificence and the wingless ascension, are outlined and analyzed. Objective: This article aimed at promoting banking industry performance by combining capabilities of knowledge absorptive capacity and corporate foresight in organizations, as well as its effects on innovation and strategic decision-making. Initially, introducing knowledge absorptive capacity and corporate foresight, different dimensions of the construct are mentioned. Then, the relationship between knowledge absorptive capacity and corporate foresight and innovation and strategic decision-making is examined and its effect on organizational performance is analyzed through a structural model. Methods: Using questionnaire and financial analyses, data was collected from the banking industry of Iran including 30 banks (Commercial Government banks, Specialized Government banks, Gharzolhasaneh and Non-Government Banks). Reliability of the measurement model with 93 samples was confirmed through descriptive, inferential statistical analyses and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), using SPSS and SmartPLS software. Finding: The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between knowledge absorptive capacity and corporate foresight. Knowledge absorptive capacity is also indirectly affecting organizationl performance through innovation, corporate foresight and strategic decision-making. Corporate foresight is directly affecting organizational performance and is also indirectly affecting organizational performance with mediation of innovation and strategic decision-making. The primary purpose of this confirmatory survey was to examine the effect of knowledge absorptive capacity on strategic innovation in companies located in Tehran University Science and Technology Park with a focus on the moderating role of strategic orientation. To serve the purpose, an extensive extensive literature was undertaken to design a 33-item questionnaire. Its face and content validity was verified by experts in the field and its construct validity was verified through confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was also examined through Cronbach alpha, composite reliability, and variance average. The research population comprised all company employees from whom samples of 198 employees were randomly selected from 86 companies based on Kukran Table. Then, the data obtained from the research sample were further analyzed using Smart PLS software, Pearson Correlation Matrix, Structural Equation Modelling, and fitness test. The results indicated a significant relationship between knowledge absorptive capacity and strategic orientation which was not significant with regard to the minor research hypotheses. Moreover, the relationship was found to be reinforced in competitor-oriented and customer-oriented companies and to be weakened in cost-orientations companies. That is, to boost strategic innovation, and thereby, constantly adapting working models to fluctuations, the companies should not only enhance their absorptive knowledge capacity but also adopt competitor-oriented and customer-oriented strategies. The main aim of this paper is to modleized a logical theoretical framework for the relations among governance, national innovation system and absorptive capacity, and technological catching-up. With this aim and using the analytical and deductive method or content based resoning method, relations among these factores are identified and with separating non- price factores from price variables, the model is conceptualized. The results show that 1. all of variables and factors are indigenous except the shock price policy; 2.There is an increasing circle between absorptive capacity and technological cathing-up (cumulative casualty); 3. In absence of this circle Neoclassical price polices fail in improving the technological learning and cathing-up process. Manuscript profile

The following study argues that whether the impact of top management’s support on technology skills and absorptive capacity can increase organizational performance of Melli Banks in Tehran. The method used in this study is survey-descriptive of the kind structural equation. Statistical society of the survey is Melli Bank branches in Tehran which is 460 while the sample has been calculated 210 branches according to Cochran formula. On the other hand, distribution of the questionnaires among the samples had been conducted randomly. Validity is verified by proffessors and experts through content-formal method. Moreover, stability has been studied through Chronbach’s Alpha coefficient which is 0/86. For data analysis Pearson Correlation Coefficient and structural equation has been used with Lisrel Software version 8. Results show top management’s support on technology skills and absorptive capacity is positive. Likewise, technology skills positively affect organizational performance. However, the impact of absorptive capacity on organizational performance is not meaningfull. On the other hand, top management’s support leads to organizational performance increase through technological skills and absorptive capacity. Manuscript profile
