Abstract The organizational culture applies to the present norms and values which form the behavior of the employees and the absorption capacity is the organization's ability to obtain the information and using it. Absorption capacity is a new perspective on learning and innovation that in this research influence of organization culture kind on it is evaluated. The research statistical population includes seven prefectures of governmental organizations including in Tehran city (the department of Development plans of general Treasury, Blood transfuion organization of Iran, Iran atomic energy organization, metro company of Iran, national Iranian petrochemical company, hospital of shahid rajaee, physical traning department of Tehran province). The sta 􀆟s􀆟 cal sample was 200 persons by of simpel random sampeling. This study was a survey research method. For them   measurment of correlation and regression statistical models used the result is that a   strong organizational culture by influencing on absorption capacity will likely enhance IT   implementation success. Today, continuous researches and extensive researches are being done in the world for the synthesis of new types of adsorbents, in order to remove toxic metals with high ionic absorption capacity along with non-toxic nature and biodegradable properties. Until now, various ionic impurities have been removed in different ways. High absorption capacity and performance, hydrophilic properties, regeneration ability and non-toxicity have made hydrogels a good competitor for removing various aquatic pollutants including heavy metal ions. Hydrogels have porous, three-dimensional structures and chemically sensitive functional groups that enable them to easily capture metal ions and dyes from wastewater and release these toxic pollutants by changing the conditions of the aqueous solution. The hydrophilic nature of hydrogel adsorbents causes a flexible network of polymer chains to form, which allows polluting molecules to quickly penetrate the network with water and stable complexes with functional groups. to form They are three-dimensional hydrophilic polymers that absorb large amounts of water and swell to form a solid gel while maintaining their physical structure without dissolving. Due to their high potential for effective removal of heavy metals and dyes, they are very suitable for water and wastewater treatment. This article discusses recent advances in water and wastewater treatment by hydrogels and the selectivity, efficiency and reusability of hydrogels in this field. Manuscript profile

The present research examines the effect of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intention of employees of Hamkaran System Company through mediating variables of knowledge absorption capacity and entrepreneurship capacity. The current research is "applied" in terms of purpose and "descriptive-correlation" in terms of data collection method. The statistical population included the employees of System Associates, 218 of whom were selected through Cochran's formula and random sampling. The data was collected through a 23-question questionnaire, which was used to collect data after verifying its validity and reliability. To evaluate entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention, knowledge absorption capacity and entrepreneurial capacity, a questionnaire (Du Nguyen, Qiu and Nguyen, 2023) and Commiesen and Force (2010) were used, and Smart PlS software was used for data analysis The findings of this research show that entrepreneurship education has an effect on entrepreneurial capacity, knowledge absorption capacity and entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial capacity and knowledge absorption capacity have an effect on entrepreneurial intention. Also, entrepreneurship education has an effect on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial capacity and knowledge absorption capacity. Manuscript profile

Absorption capacity is a mechanism for identifying, absorbing and applying new knowledge and an important factor in achieving innovative performance. The present research uses an applied objective. The data are collected through a descriptive-survey method in order to investigate the association of absorptive capacity with company's innovative performance with the mediating role of open innovation. The statistical sample of the study consisted of 250 employees of knowledge-based companies in the Science and Technology Park of Tehran University. Using Morgan table and simple random sampling method, 148 sample size was considered. Data were collected through standard questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data and examine the hypotheses using partial least squares method (PLS). The results of the research confirm the main hypothesis, which shows the relationship between absorption capacity and innovative performance of the company. Sub-assumptions of the research include: potential absorption capacity, actual absorption capacity and open innovation have a significant relationship with the company's innovative performance, also absorption capacity has a significant relationship with open innovation. Therefore, absorption capacity with the mediating role of open innovation has a significant relationship with the company's innovative performance. Manuscript profile

Companies differ significantly in their absorptive capacity. Based on this, it is important to pay attention to the structure of absorptive capacity and to investigate the effect of various contextual variables affecting the absorptive capacity of companies in order to know the cause of the difference in absorptive capacity. located in the foreign investment industrial town. The current research is of an applied type and the population investigated in this study includes all managers of companies located in the foreign investment industrial estate of Tabriz city. Based on the table of Morgan, the sample size is 90 people. In order to collect information, a standard questionnaire was used. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistical methods and path-structural modeling have been used to test the research hypotheses. The results of the surveys showed that market sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on market responsiveness and absorption capacity in companies based in foreign investment industrial estates. The responsiveness of the market has had a positive and significant effect on the absorption capacity. Also, the results show that market responsiveness is a mediating variable in the relationship between market sensitivity and absorptive capacity. Manuscript profile
