In this study, the investigator sought to explore the perceptions and attitudes of Iranian English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners towards the use of Socially Mediated Testing (SMT) in their English learning process. The primary aim was to identify the factors that significantly influence their learning experience when using SMT. The research process began with in-depth interviews of 50 EFL learners, aiming to gain a qualitative understanding of their thoughts and experiences with SMT. Based on the insights obtained from these interviews, the researcher developed a questionnaire tailored to capture the nuances of these learners' experiences. This questionnaire, consisting of 25 items, was then distributed to a larger sample of 475 EFL students. In the end, the researcher was able to identify four variables after using exploratory factor analysis to identify the factors. The 25-item questionnaire was then given to 785 EFL students, who chose each item on a Likert scale. The factor structure of the instrument was verified by the researcher using structural equation modeling (SEM). To determine if the suggested model matched the data, the researcher used the measurement with the best fit. The fit indices were estimated using the original EFA structure, which contained four factors and 25 elements. As a result, the researcher created a model that can be used as a respectable foundation for SMT research that will take place in Iran in the future, where such specific insights are unavailable in this politically distinct EFL setting. This study critiques the structure of the narrative in Ghasem Ali Frost's novel "Headless Palms" based on the theory of Jep Lint-Volt and the model of Labau and Waltski. First, while introducing structuralist theories, a brief history of these two sciences in fiction will be pointed out and two communication patterns in plot structure will be analyzed. Based on this, a similar pattern can be drawn for these stories, because in all these stories, a valuable object called acting on human duty and defending Islam and the homeland is seen. Therefore, an important principle is always repeated in the stories of sacred defense, and that is the impersonality of the sender in these stories. Unlike other types of stories in which a character always leads the actor to a value object, in sacred defense stories there is always an inner force arising from religious beliefs that moves the actor and no worldly reward or external character is involved. It is necessary to know the different dimensions of the stories; the present study, the author uses new approaches to the analysis of the Holy Defense novel entitled "Headless Palms". Polymer fuel cell is one of the most attractive of fuel cell from point of the design and operation and also in comparison with other types of fuel cell, for a weight and size, polymer fuel cell produces more power. But however, one of the problems to use of this system is its low efficiency .To overcome the low efficiency of the fuel cell polymer in this paper is tried to used from maximum power point tracking. According to the characteristic of the flow –power the fuel cell, which is a non-linear curve and has a maximum point and use of the fuzzy controller and the proper selection of input and output membership functions  trying to the System always works at maximum power. For this purpose, a chopper is used between the fuel cell and the load and to adjust the duty cycle of the applied signal to it is applied the fuzzy-TSK type controller that Its inputs are stream slope and slope changes. The results show that this controller has a good performance and that is faster compared with the perturbation and observation method. Manuscript profile

One of the most important issues of Kerman city is the expansion of the outskirts of Kerman city, so this present research was conducted with the aim of providing a model for organizing the outskirts of Kerman city. who had sufficient expertise and information in this field; It continued until theoretical saturation. Chums' approach has two stages of coding; in the stage of initial coding (56) and focused coding (45), categories were identified. The data collection tool is semi-structured interview research. The face validity of the interview text was confirmed by the professors and the credibility of the members, and reliability was achieved through intra-subject agreement. In this way, the supervisors and the consultant coded the two typed texts of the interview, and the similarity rate was 78%, which indicates good reliability. The findings of the research showed that the method of organizing destruction; Discharge ; The improvement (slow and limited to insufficient measures) has been implemented in Kerman city and the solution for organizing the edge of Kerman city includes the implementation of the green belt plan of Kerman city; elimination of the conflict of interest of the organs; improvement along with the empowerment and participation of marginalized people; using experts in the implementation of projects; Determining the rules of organization and the necessity of their implementation; Placing the property is subject to possession. As a result, the causal fields of organization can be explained with the theories of Engels, Simmel, Harvey, and Volofor, and in the solution part, the theory of organization and empowerment is explanatory. This study aimed at investigating the socially-mediated testing factors affecting Iranian university EFL students. The necessity to understand these factors to foster language learning gets bolder when one attempts to investigate them in settings, like that of the Islamic Republic of Iran, where English as a foreign language has witnessed great ups and downs due to political and social changes. For this purpose, the researcher used a qualitative design. The participants in this study comprised 30 EFL university learners (15 males and 15 females) studying or having finished language teaching discipline. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to elicit data. The recorded interviews were transcribed, and each participant was assigned a fictitious name to protect their privacy. The transcripts as well as the researcher’s notes and memos were then returned to the participants to confirm that the data was genuine and reflected their viewpoints. The transcripts were read and reviewed a couple of times for the sake of familiarity. Then, they were transferred to a computer software called MAXQDA. As a result, a long list of codes emerged which was reduced to a smaller list of tentative categories (4 themes with 25 categories) through a constant comparative method. These four themes are, 1) positive points of socially mediated testing, 2) negative points of socially mediated testing, 3). learning measurement of socially mediated testing, and 4) goals of teachers in socially mediated testing. Dialogue has opened a new horizon for reading texts in literature. By using dialogue, Attār of Nishapur has tried to explain the relationship between master and devotee, so to interpret spiritual journey (Suluk) and transformation of personality. Also, in education there is a kind of verbal and intelligible interaction between master and devotee that helps to reach the devotee to intelligible and personal perfection. So, it seems that we can find some reasonable interactions between spiritual journey (Suluk) and education in analyzing the relationship between master and devotee. Based on theory of constructivism, the present article attempts to re-read the relationship between them and to analyze the story regarding the journey of the birds towards Simorq. We focus on the dialogue as an element that provides coherence, and consider the functions of this theory. Emphasizing on dialogue helps to know the importance of the other, as well as organizing and partnership. Manuscript profile
