One of the Theism ways is to know the sea and its depending in transportation industry. The most important discussed issues in the present article are criticizing and studying the frequency of naming various names of the ship (more than 30 times) with their different applications such as commercial, passenger and multipurpose ships. Another goal is to survey the reason of swearing Allah to floating ships. Some ships which are smaller are applied only for sailing or transporting passengers. Giant ships which float by the wind or canvas, create a beautiful image of their hugeness in Holy Quran. Manuscript profile

Like many other chapters that contain verses revealed in Mecca it is short, shocking, filled with substance, and delivers a lot of warnings. Therefore, this surah is called the Surah of Hussein Ibn Ali dealing with his martyrdom and uprising during and against an era of darkness rightly to act as a dawn and a new origin for life and movement. In this surah, we deal with many swears or oaths that are unique in their kind, such as when we swear by Fajr and we mean "the beginning of the rituals of the month of Muharram, to refer to ‘Ashura and its relation to the start of the new year and the tenth day of Muharram in the year 61 AH, when the purest blood was shed, these are among many other issues which have been studied in this article. This phrase is the title of philology scholars and commentators who have used it over the content and application of the Qur'an and had different comments on it. I was also providing most of the comments on the study to clarify which of these theories are more important and which one is more preferable than others. What is ( ن) and what can be ( قلم )? Does it mean the material of the pen or the content that a pen writes? What does the swear to the pen include? Because it is said that the swear to the pen means the emphasis and the actualization of the news. as a swear« لله یشهده ان المنافقین لکاذبون »And some have considered verses like While to inform is a witness; because when the witness is used for emphasis, it is called a swear(Suyuti, 2nd volume, page 421). The present research studies the opinions of commentators and syntacticians about the oath of "La Oqsem" (I do not Swear) in Holy Quran. There are different opinions about the role of the letter "La" (I do not) in this structure among commentators. Therefore, first, all the important opinions in this field were counted and examined based on the verses of Qur'an as well as the rules of syntax science. There are three main views amongst them about the role of the negation letter: 1. The addition of the letter "la"; 2. The negation of the letter "La"; 3. The third view is that the origin of the word is "La Oqsem" and the letter A is saturated. This view, in addition to having a syntactic problem, is also inconsistent with popular reading. Studies have shown that none of the above opinions are convincing and complete, and Mukhtar's statement is that the structure of "La Oqsem" in Holy Qur'an is the same as the verb oath, which means "I swear" and this type of use has been common among Arabs. Swearing is one of the oldest rituals that writers, commentators, jurists and lawyers have given many definitions and have looked at it from many angles, which extracts have crystallized in the works of poets and writers, including Divan Shams. Commentators have divided Quranic swearing into two categories according to who issued them: the first type is binding swear. This sear is used in Islamic jurisprudence and is called a marriage swear. The second type is investigative swear, which are mostly used in law and justice and sometimes in disputes. Rumi's speech in Diwan Shams is full of jurisprudential, legal and Quranic oaths, which has a high frequency of Quranic oaths due to Rumi's familiarity with the Quran. In the meantime, most of the researchers' attention has been focused on mythological swearing, which in this article, in addition to a short research on swearing in literature, Quran, jurisprudence and law.The swearing of Diwan Shams were also analyzed from various angles. It is clear that discovering and understanding the types of swears in Divan Shams will help to understand the secrets of Rumi's poems and vast thoughts. The method of this research is descriptive-investigative and analytical, using the library method. According to the findings of the research, Rumi acted in two ways in expressing the hints related to oaths in his ghazals, either he used the same phrase related to swear in his poem or he used the method of associating meanings in which a phrase or a word brings to mind the swear.           There are two kinds of blasphermy in Iranian penal law which can be included the Hadd and Tazir. When the offender insult or relates the illegal intercourse to Holy Prophet, Imams and Saint Zahra, it will be the Hadd blasphermy (Article 262 of Islamic Penal Act), While insulting them which would not be Qazf or swearing or insulting other sacred will be Tazir blasphermy which is declared in 513 Tazirat Act. In this research with analytical- interpretative method, we will evaluate the elements of Hadd and Tazir blasphermy. Since the origion of this subject is rooted in Feghh, we will analyse the Feghh and Fatwas resources. The findings show that the differences between Hadd and Tazir blasphermy are related to the kinds of insult and subject of it. Hence, insulting Holy Prophet, Imams and Saint Zahra which consist of Qazf or swearing will be Hadd blasphermy, but insulting other sacred will be Tazir blasphermy. Manuscript profile

One of the controversial verses of Hafez's poem is the verse "I swear by the dirt at your feet and the light seen by Hafez/ that I did not see any light without your face in the lamp of eyes". Regarding this verse from Hafez's Diwan, which is included in the edition of Allameh Muhammad Qazvini's interpretation, there are differences of opinion regarding whether Hafez swears by the dust of your feet and the light of his vision is swearing by one thing or swearing by two things. In this article, the collective comments of the experts have been presented by mentioning the evidence of the poets' poems for detailed examination and analysis in order to answer this issue. The research method is a descriptive-analytical one, which was carried out by referring to scientific sources and poetic evidence from the greats of Persian literature and in a library method. The result of the research shows that contrary to the opinion of the commentators, the light of sight means the light of the eyes, not dear and beloved. Manuscript profile

.The Semantic Study of Swearing in the Quran A Historical, Cultural Approach Aḥ mad Pākatchī Abstract The concept of swearing in the Quran has always drawn the Quran scholars’ attention. Meanwhile, the frequently mentioned clause of “lā Uqsimu” which literally means “I won’t swear” has been a challenging issue for both the commentators and Arabic grammarians. The explanations offered for the meaning of this negative clause used in the Quran, are hard to be accepted and need a sort of revision. The method applied in this study, as appropriate to the subject, is a mixture of historical and cultural semantics. The most significant conclusion of the present study is that swearing in the culture of the Arabs at the time of the revelation, like other cultures, included a negative connotation and had a meaning close to the cursing. Thus, the Arabic clause of “lā Uqsimu” in the Quran, should be literally translated; that is with negative meaning which is required by its apparent negative structure. Manuscript profile
