Introduction: Supply chain risk management is very important for effective supply chain management. In the meantime, the healthcare supply chain and its risks need more attention given its important mission. Concerning the sensitivity of blood and its supply chain, the purpose of this study is to investigate the risks of the blood supply chain and their relations in Tehran. Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, the risks of blood supply chain were selected by reviewing the articles and expert opinions through interviews and questionnaires. The most important ones were identified using risk matrix and expert opinions, and their relationships were discussed using DEMATEL method. Results: The 19 most important risks were identified. Also, according to the Demetel method, it was shown that in terms of the importance of risks (D + R), selection of inappropriate suppliers (2.25), lack of appropriate budget allocation (2.23), low employee productivity (2.16) and inadequate blood inventory (2.01) were identified as the most important risks. In terms of mutual influences (D-R), economic and political sanctions (1.68) were selected as the most influencing and inadequate response to hospital demand (-0.89) as the most influenced risk. Conclusion: After identifying the risks that are both significant and most influencing, such as the risks of lack of appropriate budget allocation, sanctions, exchange rate fluctuations, and catastrophes, in order to improve supply chain performance and prevent future problems, the factors that cause these risks need to be focused. And for controlling them, appropriate strategies, especially management strategies should be adopted. Manuscript profile

Introduction: Today, in dynamic environments, the risks in the supply chain increase. Companies have realized that risk in the supply chain can have a negative impact on the performance and productivity of the organization; therefore, it is essential to identify risk management strategies. This is also true in the health tourism supply chain; therefore, the main purpose of this study is to identify the risks of the health tourism supply chain and to determine the strategies to deal with the identified risks. Methods: In the first phase, the risks of health tourism supply chain were identified through interviews with experts of Ayatollah Yathribi Hospital in Kashan, and in the second phase, a panel of experts was formed and strategies to deal with identified risks were determined. Results: The results of interviews with experts led to the identification of 75 risks in the form of 5 general categories of supply, internal, demand, supply chain management and external risks, which were finally identified through the formation of a panel of experts for each risk coping strategies. Conclusion: This study has presented a new approach to health tourism supply chain risks. Thus, most of the identified risks are related to the category of internal risks. Therefore, paying attention to the causes of risk can prevent their occurrence. Manuscript profile

Background & Objectives: LARG supply chain is a combination of four supply chains: lean, agile, resilient and green. Each type of supply chain has its own requirements that may conflict with other supply chain requirements. The study seeks to identify the types of risks facing the LARG supply chain.Material and Methodology: The present study has a positive nature in terms of philosophical foundations due to the use of quantitative methods. From the orientation point of view, the research has an applied approach and its methodology is multiple. The statistical population of the study is the experts of the supply chain of the automotive industry who are selected using a judgmental method for sampling. In this study, two methods of fuzzy Delphi and best-worst were used to analyze the data.Findings: Initially, 41 risks were identified through literature and interviews with experts. In the following, these 41 risks are presented in the form of 13 main risks. Each of these risks is related to a specific supply chain. These risks were then screened by fuzzy Delphi and 25 risks were excluded. The remaining risks were prioritized using the BWM. The results showed that the risks of financing problems, production planning, changing customer demands and weakness of processes and recycling technology have the highest priority in each component of the LARG supply chain.Discussion and Conclusion: Diversifying financing tools, using new marketing methods and having a team approach in product development, paying attention to trends affecting future consumer behavior and examining changes in customers' buying behavior are the most important suggestions.  Manuscript profile

Since the dynamics of logistics and sales markets and so the uncertainty of planning has increased, companies should be able to make informed decisions under risk. The key characteristic of supply chain risk is that risk gets extended beyond the borders of a company. In addition, extended currents borders can be the source of supply chain risk. The purpose of this study is to identify risks in the supply chain of Zagros Petrochemical Company, prioritize risks and provide recommendations for managers to deal with them. In order to achieve these objectives, after the supply chain risks were categorized, the empirical data used in this study which is based on questionnaire responses from firm managers, were gathered and 20 factors in 6 groups were identified. In order to prioritize the risks, the analytic network process (ANP), have been utilized. The result of research introduces boycott as the most important risk in the supply chain of Zagros Petrochemical Company. It is an applied research due to the goal and case study due to the methodology. Manuscript profile

This study aims at understanding the antecedents of supply chain operational risk faced by firms and the conditions under which such risks can be mitigated. Using structural equation modeling, we investigate the relationships between environmental uncertainty and supply chain risk and the moderating effect of supply chain flexibility. We identify appropriate types of flexibility to mitigate the three major aspects of supply chain risk: supply risk, manufacturing process risk and delivery risk. Our empirical investigation reveals that uncertainty in the supply chain leads to don’t be high supply chain risk; and in uncertain environments, supply and manufacturing flexibility dont help in reducing the supply and manufacturing process risks respectively. However, our results also indicate that, in emerging markets such as iran where logistic infrastructure is less developed, internal capabilities alone may not be sufficient in reducing supply understanding of the types of flexibility that can mitigate supply chain risk in different business environments.chain delivery risk. Our findings not only contribute towards filling certain gaps in the supply chain risk management literature, but also provide practicing managers and researchers a better . Manuscript profile

This study aims to investigate the unique features of the food supply chain, examining the impact of food supply chain integration, consisting of internal integration, supplier and customer, the quality of food products and product innovation capability. Managers need to understand the importance of supplier and customer integration when responding to supply chain risk and company uncertainty. The data were collected from 168 managers active in the food industry in Tehran province. The partial least squares tool (SmartPLS 3.0) was used to analyze the data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results show that there is a strong relationship between uncertainty and supply chain integration including customer, supplier and internal integration. The findings indicate that customer integration and supplier integration are critical factors in improving product quality in the food supply chain. The results can be related to the prominent role of customer relations and contact in the development of innovation capabilities in manufactured products, which has also been approved by some previous studies. Additionally, analyzing the various dimensions of supply chain integration separately revealed that internal integration is a capability factor for external integration. This study can help businesses in the food industry understand the value-creating roles of food supply chain integration and provide valuable guidance for them to decide how to meet the various challenges and manage food supply chain integration in order to improve product quality and product innovation capability.
