        Introduction: Suggestions system as a participatory management approach is one of the success factors, and it seems the system offers as a method of participatory management style is the most important way to engage employees, In addition to cooperation is also effective in increasing their motivation. The aim of this study was to determine factors facilitating the establishment of the suggestions are Firoozabad Health Network. Methods: Descriptive co relational study and the duration is a cross-sectional study. The study population included all senior managers, middle and supervisors constitute Firozabad Health Network and the sample was equal to population of 50 people. Data collection tool was a questionnaire consisted of 13 questions the validity of the content validity and reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (80%) were confirmed. To test the hypotheses of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used SPSS software. Results: In this study it was found that staff training, information dissemination and provide feedback on the success of the proposal and will deploy it more easily possible. Conclusion: These results support the establishment of a proper strategy to offer active participation in the affairs of the organization's employees with appropriate information, training and feedback to comments and ideas they can to achieve this goal.           Background: Organizations in a globalized society are experiencing external challenges and changes more than ever before. In order to adapt and react to these changes, creativity and innovation are seen as the most important means. The standpoint in this research was that all employees have creative potential, and how the creative potential is expressed may depend on variables in the organizational context. Participative management as a new approach in management through suggestion system can help organizations to exploit the creative potential and intellectual capital of employees. Suggestion systems offer the opportunity for organizations to benefit directly from their employees’ innovativeness and creativity. Objectives: This study intended to investigate the moderating role of "Psychological Wellbeing"in relationship between "Valence of Suggestion System" and "Motivation to Submit Creative Suggestion". The importance of studying creativity and suggestion system has been admitted and investigated in many researches. Therefore, this study aimed to help organizations to utilize the creative potential of employees through improve participation in suggestion system considering psychological well-being and valence of suggestion system variables. Methods: Statistical population of this research consists of employees of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. A questionnaire with Lickert’s 5-scale spectrum was distributed among employees. Method of research was correlation and moderated multiple regression was employed to test hypotheses. Results: Regression analysis revealed that psychological well-being moderated the relationship between valence of suggestion system and motivation to submit suggestion. Conclusion: The results of the current study have implications for managers and practitioners of suggestion system to improve motivation of employee to submit creative idea.     Manuscript profile

        The present article aims to examine the relationship between structural and behavioral factors of the suggestion system with participation attracted of the employees in Qazvin province education. The statistical society, employees of Qazvin education, the number of 521 persons and sampling methods were simple random based on Cochran formula 221 persons selected as examples. In order to access of the necessary information for analysis of research variables, has been used two questionnaire of participation management questionnaire and suggestion system questionnaire that has been make by researcher. Validity of the questionnaire was the confirmation by using factor analysis. To determine the reliability of the questionnaires, was used the coefficient of cronbach's alpha. That based on, obtained Alpha coefficient of participation management questionnaire 0.869, and the suggestion system questionnaire 0.867, that is showing the reliability of research measurement. To test the hypothesis of research were used structural equations modeling(SEM) and LISREL software .The results of this study showed that: Behavioral factors suggestion system with path coefficient (-0.39 ) and t-statistics (-5.60) has a negative relationship with the participation absorption of the employees in Qazvin province education. Also structure factors suggestion system (Apart from organizational formality) with path coefficient (-0.40) and t-statistics (-5.31) has a negative relationship with the participation absorption of the employees in Qazvin province education.   Manuscript profile

               According to the Resolution of Administrative Supreme Council in 1379, all public sector agencies are obliged to design and implement suggestion system. This article tries to evaluate this system based on the CIPP Model in the Yazd Branch of Tele Communication Company. Based on this model, four dimensions of suggestion system – Context, Input, Process, and Output - were evaluated to find and improve its deficiencies.  The results of this research indicate that the adaptability of the suggestion system with the situational variables in this public company and the desirability of its process are at an average level. Meanwhile, its effectiveness and its input desirability are under expectation. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance its degree of success by modifying environmental conditions and doing managerial actions.  Manuscript profile

        Purpose: Having implemented of suggestion system in an organization that is a new managerial system can apply  suggestions and opinions of the personnel which propounded as main capital of organization for development of performance in organization. The purpose of the present research is to survey the probability of the establishment of suggestion system in Islamic Azad University library of dis. 8. In order to survey the probability of the above system three leadership fundamental parameters for management, personnel preparedness and Org. (library) has been measured. Methodology: The research method is descriptive survey. The total population consists 117 of all the personnel of libraries of district 8 which are 149 people. The data collection tool is the gathered questionnaires based on the first necessary indexes for implementation of suggestion system. Findings: The findings show that the leadership condition in the studied libraries was below the average limit (supposed average), but the index related to personnel and organization preparedness was in average limit (supposed average). Conclusion: Regarding the investigation which has been made for three indexes for probability of establishment of suggestion system in the studied libraries that is related to leadership style, personnel and organization condition and the finding results, it could inferred that the implementation of suggestion system bring many challenges. But it is possible to take action to establish the suggestion system in the studies libraries but its establishment and institutionalization need more time and activity for development and promoting its culture.   Manuscript profile

        The employee suggestion system program is a program designed to encourage ideas and suggestions provided by employees. Therefore, this article is the result of the implementation of the suggestions system in one of the new and satellite faculties of Bu-Ali Sina University.   The method of doing the work is as follows: the call for holding was informed by different ways to the stakeholders and channels to receive Suggestions are defined. A total of 102 usable suggestions from students and professors were collected and categorized into four categories that can be effective for other faculties as well.   Finally, a conclusion was made about the quality and quantity of the received proposals, and suggestions for the continuation of the project in the organization of the place of implementation, as well as useful approaches for other fledgling faculties under the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Science, which have similar intentions, were presented.
