The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the job satisfaction of soldiers in the organizations of Jihad-e-Agriculture in the northwest provinces of Iran. The statistical population of the study consisted of soldiers serving in Jihad-e-Agriculture organizations in the provinces of East Azarbaijan, West Azarbaijan and Ardebil. 244 of them were selected by random sampling for the study. In order to collect data, a survey tool was used in the form of a questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire included closed questions and a number of open questions whose formal validity was confirmed by experts. In order to test the reliability of the questionnaire, a pilot study was conducted outside the sample and the Cronbach's alpha coefficients was calculated for different indices. The results showed that the variables of the welfare conditions of the work environment, the relationship between the soldiers, the relationship of officials with the soldiers, the motivation of progress and service motivation have a significant correlation with job satisfaction. Also, the results of regression analysis showed that the variables of achievement motivation, relationship between soldiers and the relationship between officials with soldiers predict about 40% of changes in the job satisfaction of soldiers. Paying attention to the beginning of Islam and paying attention to the life of the Prophet (PBUH) and the Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) as well as the way of life of the companions of the Prophet and the special companions of the Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) caused many personalities in the present age to lose their epistemological model. The companions of the Prophet (PBUH) and Hazrat Amir (AS) should choose. Malek Ashtar Nakhaei is one of these characters. Malek was one of the leaders of Rashid Islam and one of the most devoted companions of the Amir al-Mu'minin (AS), whose governorship is famous in history. Malek Ashtar is one of the personalities who deserves to be a role model for the believers; Because he, after the rank and position of the Infallible Imams (AS), was the master of the time. The personal and social characteristics of Malek Ashtar made him always a role model and always caused fear and anxiety for the enemies. Martyr Qassem Soleimani, following his example, was one of the prominent commanders trained in the school of Islam who spent his entire life in jihad for the sake of God. In this article, while introducing these two commanders, we will deal specifically with the concept of the keyword "province". The result of this article was that several common characteristics of these two commanders are more frequent, including: guardianship, God-centeredness and spirituality, support and arm of the province, courage, optimism and genius and tact. Inroduction & Objective: King soldier bream is one of the species of family Sparidae, which is commercially and ecologically very important in the Iranian waters of the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea. The species of this family are morphologically very similar to each other and they may be mistakenly known as another species. Therefore, molecular identification of them has to be considered. Materials and Methods: In this study, the phylogenetic relationship of king soldier bream fish based on mitochondrial region(CO1) was investigated using DNA sequencing method. For this purpose, 90 samples were collected from the soft tissue of the caudal fin using Ammonium acetate, and its quantity and quality were determined by Spectrophotometry and Electrophoresis. Optimal DNA samples for Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and sequencing were examined. After gene amplification and sequencing, Bio Edit version 7.0.1, BLAST, MEGA 7.0.2 and DnaSP 5.10.01 software were used to draw phylogenetic trees. Results: Based on the phylogenetic tree obtained from the sequences, king soldier bream was divided into two main branches in Bandar Abbas, Bandar Bushehr and Bandar Chabahar areas. All samples of the first branch showed a sister relationship with the second branch and all the samples of branches one and two showed sisterhood with samples KJ012292 and kJ012291 from the Gene Bank in Italy with 82, 67 and 86% accuracy. Conclusion: The results can provide useful information on the conservation and management programs, for the preservation, revitalization, and resource of the population this valuable species. Although Sassanid Reign had martial and ideological power , long-term governing wealthy and dominance on Eastern and Western parts of its vast throne, it was vulnerable from beginning.  This phenomenon revealed itself in religious aspect and them it appeared in political side and relations among nobles of the country and royal administration. This vulnerability shows this fact that Sassanid Reign wasn't able to solve its political dilemma , though it had political and military power in Iran. The existence of this tension among mighty class of the society and royal court , turned the governmental divan in to adminstration conspiracies and this caused secession of a great part of courtier aristocracy , military forces, clergy and royalty from the body of the ruleand this caused excessive problems in that reign transmogrification and these civil crisis made the government disable in solving predicaments. which had irrevocable destructive effects.  This investigation tries to analyze the basis and causes of tension in governmental structure and its effects on political and military aspect of Sassanid.            Food safety knowledge is considered as an important precautionary principle for foodborne illnesses as well as protecting environment from contamination. The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge and attitudes of soldiers of food safety and sanitation. A cross-sectional-analytical study was performed on 191 of Arak Malek-Ashtar garrison soldiers and the survey questionnaire contained personal information about food safety knowledge and attitude. According to the results, 57% of the soldiers had a good knowledge, 18% an average and 25% had a low degree of knowledge about food safety and sanitation. Although all soldiers had good attitude towards food safety, a statistically significant correlation (p<0.01) was observed between the knowledge of soldiers with medical education and the other soldiers. Results did not reveal significant difference between various age categories in terms of knowledge. Since, some of the soldiers had low degree of knowledge, it is essential to include food safety courses during military training.   Manuscript profile

One of the excavation stability methods is the use of a reinforced concrete piles system. In grounds with loose soil, the penetration amount of the pile tip in condensed soil, is one of the determinant parameters of pile stability. In this research, the influence of pile penetration length in dense soil (dense sand) by changing soil layering and also by applying acceleration mapping of two earthquakes, Ahar-Varzghan (2013) and Bam (2003), has been investigated using Plexis software. The results show that with the increase in the loose soil depth in the mentioned earthquakes, in addition to the increase in the bending moment, the horizontal deformations in the static and dynamic states compared to the base model are 18 and 6 times, respectively, and the vertical deformations in the static and dynamic states compared to the base model are 48 and 6 times, respectively, and the total deformations in the static and dynamic models compared to the base model increase by 18 and 7 times, respectively. Rupture in the pit occurs when the depth of loose soil reaches 9 meters. Manuscript profile
