Much of a person's knowledge of the environment is based on his or her learning record. Stealing from social deviations is recurring, causing fear and insecurity in citizens by inflicting casualties. In this study, the relationship between the loss of life and theft is explained by the attitude towards fear and insecurity of citizens based on learning theory. This research is a quantitative and descriptive survey study that has been conducted in a correlational manner. The statistical population includes all citizens of North Khorasan province. The sample was obtained based on Cochran's formula to 384 people and the researcher-made questionnaire was distributed in a stratified manner according to the volume. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by several experts in this field and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha method was 82.. Confirmed. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 18. Based on the results, it was observed that from the citizens' point of view, the loss of life due to theft in the streets and places, pickpocketing and home theft, respectively, have the highest relationship with other attitudes towards fear and insecurity compared to other thefts. Because only 8.6% of respondents have been robbed, Based on social learning theory, it is inferred that other mechanisms such as observation and imitation, in addition to the direct experience of robbery, have determined their attitudes toward fear and insecurity. Implementation of crime prevention plans can use positive observation and imitation mechanisms. Manuscript profile

Acquiring writing skills is more difficult compared to other three skills because writing skills require mastery of many different linguistic elements of the language that are beyond what is just taught in the standard curriculum. Therefore, EFL teachers should adopt effective strategies and techniques to develop the students' proficiency to write well. This study was conducted to explore the effectiveness of genre-based instruction as a teaching strategy on the Iranian middle school students' proficiency in argumentative writing. To do so, a mixed method design was adopted in which 40 EFL students were selected based on a multi stage sampling procedure form high schools in Varamin, Iran. A researcher-made writing test and a perception questionnaire were used to collect the quantitative data. Cronbach's alpha was used to check the internal consistency of the questionnaire. The participants were grouped into genre-based instruction class (GBIC) and control class (CC). Before they began the writing lessons, the students were given a pretest so their initial writing ability would be similar. After undergoing the 12-session treatment, they were given a writing assessment to gauge if the treatment had been effective. Additionally, the perception questionnaire was administered to collect data on students' attitudes towards the genre-based instruction (GBI). This study also collected qualitative data through an interview and in-classroom observation. The experimental findings of this current study revealed that GBI had a significant effect on the development of argumentative writing ability among EFL students. Manuscript profile

Adolescents, as the main asset of any society, play an important part in the dynamics, survival, growth and development of its social system. On the other hand, the delinquency of this group can be considered as a serious obstacle in the way of their development and self-actualization. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the structural and social learning factors that are related to the delinquency of the youth in slum areas of the city of Tabriz. The research method used in this study was the survey method. Research population consisted of all 53 866 juveniles who were 14 to 19 years old, of which 320 were selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that juvenile delinquency was not significantly correlated with structural variables of social anomie, social disorganization, age, economic and social status and family structure, but it was  significantly related to various dimensions of social learning: positive definitions of religion (R =-0/18), positive definitions of law (R = -0/17), and the chances for achieving positive goals (R = -0/18) reverse, but with neutral definitions of criminal act (301/0 r =), criminal friends (R =0/63), depression (R = 0/14), negative relationships with parents (R = 0/209). The results of the regression analysis showed that of the different dimensions of social learning, delinquency of friends had the greatest impact on juvenile delinquency, and all remaining variables in the model explained 32% of variance of the dependent variable. Furthermore, in structural equation, modeling, it was shown that structural theoretical variables (social anomie and social disorganization) as non-immediate causes of crime can create an atmosphere of social learning and the atmosphere of social learning acts as the immediate cause of crime and deviance. AhmadReza Ahmadi is one of the leading figures in the field of contemporary children's literature. In his stories, he refersAhmadreza Ahmadi is an eminent figure in the field of new wave poetry and volume poetry. Despite his outstanding works in contemporary children's literature, this part of his literary capacities has not been properly addressed. In his stories, he refers to various educational and moral issues and uses various techniques to represent these issues in a desirable way, including the emphasis on environmental and social learning of the child. In the present study, citing library sources and by using the descriptive-analytical methods, these techniques have been studied and explored in selected stories of Ahmadreza Ahmadi. The results indicate that by using a variety of factors such as 'role modeling and introducing practical model', 'personal confrontation of the child with moral/immoral situations', 'strengthening and stabilizing moral behavior' and 'using pretend play', the author has recounted and depicted a diverse set of educational and moral issues such as cooperation and helping each other, respect for animals, peace-seeking, loving fellowmen, seeking identity and returning to one's true self to the children. In the meantime, teaching respect for the animals has been repeated many times in various stories, which shows the author's main concern for culture in this regard. In representing his educational approaches, Ahmadi has emphasized the impact of the surrounding environment on the development process, and the individual morality and personality of the children and has highlighted the role of external factors in orienting the educational aspects of this age group.    Manuscript profile

Design is a multi-layered process that has changed to meet today's needs. Collective design evolves by criticizing the individual approach, based on the cooperation between design actors. The basis of this process focuses on the dialogue of actors and learning happens within the team. In this regard, the current research seeks to answer the question "what is the effect of dialogue in collective design on actors' learning?". The current research is conducted qualitatively and has a practical nature. The data in this research were collected from library studies and observing the practical action of collective design, and after coding, they were analyzed with logical reasoning strategy. Interaction in the design process transforms the nature of design from an intuitive and individual matter to a collective event. The findings show that four models of open, closed, hierarchical and network layouts could be obtained in collective design, which can be used to integrate these layouts in order to achieve different results. All these models are conversational. Observations of the practical experience of collective design show that the quality of conversations is more critical and the role of critical thinking is significant. Also, considering the three levels of active, experiential and collaborative learning that emphasize collective interaction, the cycle of dialogues affects learning of activists and causes intellectual transformation. This learning conforms to the social learning model and works as an idea generation machine by providing parallel solutions. Manuscript profile

Abstract; The purpose of this research is to determine social learning and social status as the most effective main axes of managers' branding. In this research, the qualitative method-interpretive theme analysis and metacombination with the philosophical approach of pragmatism has been used. Written documents related to branding and personal branding, such as books, treatises, articles, etc., were selected as the statistical population of the qualitative section; After searching, examining and screening the identified sources, 75 sources had related codes and were used. As a result of qualitative data analysis; 207 codes, 68 basic themes, 29 organizing themes and 8 overarching themes were identified. Based on this, the branding model of public managers includes dimensions such as; Social learning, social status, expertise, development-oriented ideal, dynamics of the organization's human resource management system, individual and organizational intelligence, self-branding and trust-building. In the continuation of the research and comment on the question raised regarding the most effective aspects of the branding model of public managers; With the help of experts and data processing with the Shannon entropy method, the weight of each of the concepts and the total weight of the codes of that concept were calculated and based on the obtained weights, the dimensions were separated and ranked. And finally, the dimensions of social learning and social status were identified as the most effective dimensions of branding of managers of government organizations. Manuscript profile
