Background and purpose: In today's world, population growth and industrialization, regardless of the potential of the lands, have put pressures on the environment, upsetting the balance of nature, creating environmental challenges and affecting the quality of human life today.  Wind breaking is a complex process that takes place in various forms such as excavation, transfer, granulation, abrasion and finally sedimentation. One of the most important environmental crises in arid and semi-arid regions is the destructive phenomenon of desertification and windfall, the occurrence of which is the occurrence of dust storms and the movement of fine dust. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of wind in Reagan County on economic, social and environmental sectors using the DPSIR model. Since wind is one of the major problems in the Reagan area, it is necessary to draw a chain of cause-and-effect relationships involved in the three economic, social and environmental environments of the region.Material and Methodology: In order to conduct this research, three indicators were selected from three environments:  economic, social and environmental. Then, the available information was collected from relevant organization of each indicator, they were placed in the DPSIR framework. And then was shown a chain of cause-and-effect relationships in relation to those indicators. Results: The results of the research indicate that the damage to the agricultural sector due to the dust phenomenon has had an upward trend from 2007 to the first 6 months of 2018. In the social sector, according to the suspended particle measuring device (pm) in the two months of April and May 2018, there were few clean days and according to the statistics of the health center, the number of people referring to medical centers due to respiratory problems has been high. Also in the field of environment, in Reagan area, an area of 158,200 hectares of critical hotspots was identified with great intensity and has affected the biodiversity of the region, especially Persian Kahour trees.Discussion and Conclusion: The result of the research showed that the wind phenomenon in Reagan area with improper human management and exploitation of the environment as a positive feedback has fueled this phenomenon and has created adverse effects such as dust storms.  Manuscript profile

Love is the key word of life mixed with human emotions and romantic whispers of a positive feeling which, according to Movlana Tabib, it is one of our causes and its depth is the key of the poetic melody of most of our poets, especially Nezar and Monzavi. The existence of lover, which is the main source of this emotional relationship mixed with melancholy, waves in the poems of Nezar Ghobani and Hossein Monzavi like other poets. But in Monzavi poetry, still it has retained the main romantic framework of classical poetry more than Nezar Ghobani's poetry. There are many opinions about Monzavi's poetry and ideas. However, in his poetry, the position of love and romance is still not far from the poetry of the Indian style period. But Nezar's poetry, if compared to the romantic themes of earlier periods, the time interval and the dominant culture in his mind, given extensive connections with the contemporary Western world; the evolution of his poetry is felt more than Monzavi depending on his position and the difference of opinions governing the society with the outside world. The following research aims to answer the question that how the Iranian narrative literature author has defined the elements and characters in illustrating the transformations of urban-social environment. In other words, considering the definitions of significant and crucial concepts in Herbert Blumer’s naturalistic research procedure, it is a matter of question that whether the environments reflected in narrative literature of contemporary Iran come from a dialectical process between the real elements of the society and the author's mind or from the fixed and frozen definitions that exist in political and social negotiations which is dominant in public and intellectual environment of the society. The population of interest is the anthology of short stories and written novels in contemporary Iranian literature (that is, the years between 1911 to 1979). The sample size contains 3 authors and 8 literary works that have been chosen based on the ideas of 27 experts utilizing Delphi Method. The procedure utilized in the following research is "dialectic objectivism". By applying the ideas of Georg Simmel, Henry Lefebvre and Lucien Goldman, an analytical-dialectical frame was achieved that was consistent with George Gurvitch’s fifth kind of dialectic named "dialectic of the prospects or the contrast of the manifests" (Mutual implication). On that basis it is possible to achieve a mutual relationship between that element and other elements by assessing every element of the social system. Applying the mentioned analytical frame, it would be possible to put the data obtained from the research and also communicational data of the elements beside each other and create a social information system (SIS). Through SIS, overall analysis of the society could be achieved. It was found that none of the chosen authors could be merely called dialectical or vice versa, since each one of their works could have a different structure depending on their social position and the time of writing the work and on the author's social and individual conditions and the type and length of the story. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved by experts and reliability was calculated with Cronbach's alpha of 0.78. Data analysis of the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) were analyzed by chi-square test and the effect of comparison of results based on swot model using Spss 21 software. The results of the research indicate that the final strategy of the non-governmental educational system is derived from the clash of strengths and opportunities, which in some way expresses an aggressive strategy. Abstract The importance of the quality of work life in different working generations depends on various factors such as the values, priorities, and job expectations of each generation. In general, it can be said that quality of work life is important to all generations, but different generations may place more importance on certain aspects of quality of work life. However, the lack of literary evidence on this topic has led to this research. This research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions of the quality of work life based on generational differences using the method of meta-synthesis qualitative analysis. In this research, 137 articles were examined according to the seven stages of metacomposition, and finally 34 articles were approved. The results of the meta-synthesis analysis showed that the individual dimension includes components such as individual professional development, career prospects and professional skills. The family dimension includes family support, work-family balance, and family affiliation. The organizational dimension includes job participation, managers' support, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and perceived organizational justice. The social dimension includes components such as social status, interpersonal interactions and communication in the social environment. In addition, job dimension includes job satisfaction, salary and benefits, job identity, job security and work autonomy. A total of 19 components were extracted, the most frequent of which were related to the components of organizational commitment and communication with the social environment. Also, the reliability of the analysis was evaluated using the Kappa coefficient, which was equal to 0.78. Manuscript profile
