Different parameters affect interpreting a text such as the text itself, author and audience and….hf the situation (environment) is emphasized then we encounter contextualism. Context consists of textual context and situational. Textual context is about the focused text and the situational context is the atmosphere in which the language is used. Textual context affects the ultimate meaning of the text in two ways: first is affecting the pre-understanding of the reader (e.g his/her expectations) the other is resembling , or associating some elements of the textual context with other elements of the text read and consequently affecting their meaning. Situational context is interpreting basedon parameters of the possible world, time, location, audience , narrator and the subject. We can observe the application of textual context in Quran by Quran and the application of the situational context in interpreting Quran based on the reason of revelation. In this paper, first the concept of context and its types and different kinds of contextualism is reviewed, later on its application in various historyschools, open scientific research and its application in interpreting law texts considering its application in interpreting religious texts is discussed. Introduction: whistleblowing is a powerful tool for preventing organizational wrongdoings. Many factors influence on employees' intention to report organizational wrongdoings. Personality and situational variables are the most influential factors. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between situational variables (characteristics of wrongdoing, the status of wrongdoer) and individual variables (attitude towards whistleblowing, internal locus of control, and moral identity) with the employees' intention to blow the whistle. Method: This is a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study that was conducted on 242 employees of the Central department of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. A questionnaire that is made based on previous studies was used to collect the data. Analysis of the data processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS software. Results: The amount of standardized coefficients between independent variables and whistleblowing intention were statistically significant (P <0.005), meaning that the internal locus of control, the existence of moral identity, attitude toward whistleblowing, characteristics of wrongdoing and wrongdoer's status have positive and significant effects on individual's decision to report the wrongdoings. Conclusion: Given that individuals with internal locus of control, positive attitude about whist blowing and high morality cannot be able to ignore the organizational wrongdoings, and the status of wrongdoer and characteristics of wrongdoing have significant effects on employees' willingness to whistleblowing, it is better for organizations to use employees with these characteristics at more sensitive or critical places, and make some arrangements such as providing reporting channels in order to facilitate this behavior. The application of a set of non-criminal measures is called crime prevention. In this regard, this application ruins the intention of crime and criminal and in a way, increases the cost of committing a crime and ultimately leads to the potential criminal's withdrawal from committing a crime. One of the crimes that increases during natural disasters and crises is theft. Therefore, in order to deal with it and re-establish social, economic security and peace of mind of the victims, crime prevention measures should be taken into consideration. This article aims to examine and provide preventive measures for the crime of theft in natural disasters and crises. This study is one of applied research in terms of purpose and nature, and its research method is Delphi and qualitative interview method. Furthermore, the data collection tool of this research is a researcher-made questionnaire, and its statistical population is a number of experts, elites, lawyers, etc., who have been evaluated. Situational crime prevention usually manifests itself through breaking one of the links in the chain of causes and events that can be neutralized and causes the crime to occur. The cost of situational prevention is much lower than the criminal punishment of criminals, and reducing the opportunity can be useful in deterring criminals from crime and fear. This kind of prevention includes a wide range of activities and measures to deal with theft. Eliminating ideal situations for the occurrence of crime, predicting safe places to store important and relief items, increasing checkpoints at the entrance and exit of crisis-hit cities, using electronic equipment for control and monitoring in accident-affected areas, etc. are effective during natural disasters and crises in the prevention of theft. The purpose of the present study is to review jurisprudential rules about narcotics with an emphasis on drug trafficking. In this regard, using a descriptive-analytic method, the article deals with the definition of narcotics and why its consumption is banned in jurisprudence. Besides, obligation and situational rules in this term with respect to the verses and traditions as well as rational and jurisprudential principles are discussed. This research is approved with respect to rational and narrative reasons as well as jurisprudential principles such as lā-Zerār, illegitimacy of production, consumption, and smuggling of narcotics and also nullifies consumption of the obtained money. The major cause for the illegitimacy of narcotics derives from jurisprudential principles such as lā-Zerār although its foundation is different among the jurists. The criticisms and arguments mentioned by some jurists about the above reasons do not damage the principle of proving illegitimacy and order of situational rules. Manuscript profile

One of the literary techniques used by poets and writers is irony. Irony refers to a speech or situation which results in discordance between the audience and the speaker. In such a case, the speaker says something or acts in a certain manner while the understanding of the audience differs from what the speaker intended. In irony, we find two elements: first, the element of innocence, and, second, the element of humor. Innocence, or unknowing trust, mostly relates to the victim of the irony who usually puts his/her trust in the ironist, and falls victim to the deception or pretense of the ironist. The element of humor is the other essential feature of irony. In ironic stories, the characters of the story are juxtaposed in a manner to create a humorous effect. The present article investigated the function of situational and dramatic irony in Masnavi. Molavi, drawing on situational and dramatic irony, has attempted to put the audience in a situation where they, while being aware of the ironic nature of the situation, are surprised, and, therefore, gain a better understanding of the rich concepts. Ironic speech has enabled Molavi to adopt an approach in the climax of the story which is unexpected by the audience, thus dealing them the final blow, and he takes great advantage of such an opportunity to present his rich irfanic [=of true knowledge] and didactic concepts.   Manuscript profile

Considering the huge changes that have been happening in the field of technology and the various revolutions that we have witnessed in the field of information and communication technology in the last few years, and considering the positive function of this technology, it is sometimes observed that some profit-seeking and opportunistic people try to abuse the users and to create a series of problems by learning and having the necessary skills. The cyber space provides new and highly advanced opportunities for breaking the law, as well as the potential to commit conventional and classic types of crimes in unconventional and very new ways so that the cyber criminals can do whatever they want and have in their mind in this zero and one galaxy. Considering this issue, the present study aims to explain the status of the situational prevention of cybercrimes in the light of the dominant pathology. Through the descriptive and analytical research methodology the current research has reached this important achievement that preventive measures such as restricting or denying access, regulatory measures, licensing measures, anonymizing tools, and encryption can be helpful in situational prevention of crimes in the cyberspace. The anonymity and low cost of cyberspace make it a unique environment. Due to this characteristic and the widespread influence of cyberspace among young people, it is particularly pertinent to examine the impact of environmental characteristics on crime. Following the topic, the research aims to investigate how environmental factors and features may influence young cyberspace users' criminal behavior. In order to conduct the present applied research, the researchers utilized the survey method. This study investigated cyberspace users aged 18 to 35 living in Shiraz. The researchers selected 300 people on random sampling basis and developed a questionnaire to conduct the study. SPSS-26 software and descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson Correlation Coefficient) were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that the correlation between encouraging environmental factors and rate of crimes committed by the mentioned group of cyberspace users is meaningful. Therefore, the more intensive the environmental factors that encourage crime, the higher the crime rate are observed. Furthermore, the calculations indicate that deterrent factors are significantly correlated with crime. An increase in deterrent factors can contribute to the reduction of crime. Taking into account the characteristics of cyberspace and the intensification of factors that encourage crime, special attention should be paid to developing and modifying appropriate software platforms. Furthermore, increased parental interaction with their children and establishing indirect controls can also reduce the rate of crime among the mentioned group. Manuscript profile

Prevention of security breaches today depends on understanding the concepts and examples of cyber security breaches as well as appropriate examination of the measures applied by governments in adopting preventive criminal policies. This is a relatively new issue but important one in thatit constitutes the most important component in expressing the desired governance of countries. Furthermore, as the evidence show, the cyberspace is the target of complex security-violating actions it has induced the governments both in the domestic and international arenas to apply efficient and effective approaches and guidelines of active and comprehensive preventive criminal policies and to seek suitable solutions against the cyber security breaches. The present article follows descriptive-analytical methodology inanalysing the situational preventive approaches of Iran against cyber security violations as stipulated under laws and legal documents as well as the international instruemts. It seems that, despite the fact that the legal system has taken different cyber security approaches in situational prevention of the cyber breaches but, the criminal policies of Iran, in spite of the attempts at strengthening of the cyber security foundations, lacks the differentiation bases and have not been successful in adopting centralized and effiient policies in preventing the cyber space breaches Manuscript profile

The dark web is an invisible part of the cyber space like an iceberg floating in the ocean, only the tip of which is visible and main and threatening part of the same invisible to the authorities. The first challenge of the dark web is the impossibility of identifying it in order to apply preventive measures as such that the issue of prevention, cyber threat, is behind the veil of ambiguity. The uncontrollability and lack of environmental boundaries is another challenge for crime prevention in the dark web. Finally, the arrangement of suitable solutions for this environment is proposed as the third aspect of crime prevention challenges. Using library and internet resources, this article tries to deal with the challenges of crime prevention on the dark web from the perspective of the prevention platform, the issue of prevention, and the preventive solutions. The results of the research reveals that the possibility of applying preventive measures in the form of intervening in situations that cause crime in the deep web is ruled out and that the use of defensive strategies to minimize cyber threats and focus on social preventive and early preventive measures instead of situational prevention is what that needs to be considered. In environmental construction, improper design creates the risk of crime. Prevention through "environmental design" reduces the opportunity for criminals to commit criminal acts. Due to the increase in the occurrence of thefts, it is necessary to comply as much as possible with the rules of environmental design in the construction of social housing. In the following article, the factors of theft crime in Maskan Mehr in Rasht are investigated on a case-by-case basis. It is clear that its origin is the neglect of situational prevention. Matching and evaluating the design of Maskan Mehr in Rasht with environmental design components, it is determined that, in the internal and external environment of this project, things such as: territory, surveillance, access control and making it difficult to achieve criminal goals have not been observed. The lack of these components has had an important impact on the occurrence and frequency of theft. Therefore, their correct implementation in social housing projects, such as Maskan Mehr, is the way to prevent the crime of theft in these settlements and residential complexes. The implementation of environmental design rules, while improving the security factor, is a great help to reduce the exorbitant costs of providing security and pursuing criminals. Manuscript profile
