AbstractThe expansion of cities and the growth of populations have led to alteration of urban structures and disturbance of the balance between the urban form and the natural environment which was once the initial bedrock of human settlements. This has been followed by an increase in people’s need for new public and natural places to spend time and relax. In modern cities, parks are constructed to create balance between animate and inanimate urban textures and to provide urban citizens with places to gather and commune with nature. This has sparked a number of studies about these crimes and the possible ways to prevent criminal behaviors in these environments. This study aims to evaluate the security of women in Seifiyeh Park in the Iranian city of Malayer. The methodology of this research is qualitative-quantitative in the form of context analysis and case study. The required data were collected from the statistical population in the study area with the help of questionnaires based on the Cochran formula. The collected data were then analyzed by T-test and regression. The results of this study can help officials protect women against insecurity and aggression in parks and help pave the way for women’s constant presence in these environments without fear of harassment. The goals of this study are evaluation of said park’s design based on the crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) approach, examining its relationship with the amount of security and sense of security and investigation of the relationship between security and women’s participation. Sense of security has been historically one of the basic human needs. So the aim of this study is to find out whether the second generation CPTED principles in the Islamic texture of Fahadan neighborhood have been effective in sense of security or not? In this study, indicators of community culture, connectivity, threshold capacity and social cohesion are used as second-generation CPTED principles and the sense of security is used as dependent variable. This is a survey research and was conducted through a questionnaire survey. By using probability sampling (kokran method), 364 residents living in Islamic texture of Fahadan were selected. The T-test was used to check whether there is a sense of security in this context or not. In the next step, according to the types of variables, Pearson correlation test was used. The results showed that level of Fahadan neighborhood sense of security with an average of 3.62 on the Likert scale has a suitable situation but this indicator has completely inverse relationship with second generation CPTED principles in the Islamic texture. The results in terms of analyzing sense of security according to sex showed that men, unlike women are feeling more secure in Islamic texture according to these principles. By analyzing the results, it became clear that the existing sense of security in the Islamic texture was not related to second generation CPTED principles and the cause of it should be in other fields. Security is the most fundamental need of human being and its provision is one of the preconditions to attain better spiritual life. Shiraz due to many different factors such as cultural diversity is facing serious security problems. These problems are embedded in physical, socio-economic status of the city. In this article the impacts of environmental elements on the sense of security is studied in public space. The methodology of the research is based on descriptive-analytical approach which was accompanied by conducting a field work tom complete the questionnaires and the samples were dispatched using random method which 386 samples The model of path analysis was used to determine the influential factors on the level of satisfaction in public space and by using the applied software of EQS the direct and indirect impacts of independent variables on the depended variable were analyzed. The results of research showed that the highest impact which influenced directly on depended variable belonged to informative elements such as light, gender, accessibility to transport. In general, the impact of gender and informative elements with the score of 0.311 and 0.258 showed greater influence respectively. The variables of congestion and form with sum score of 0.02 and 0.06 had the lowest influence on sense of security respectively. Therefore the structural equitation indicated that the level of sense of place could be predicted by accessing the standard score relevant to influential environmental factors on security. < p >The present study studies the characteristics of urban spaces and its role in the sense of security of citizens in the three and twelve Tehran cities. The method of this study was survey and questionnaire tool. The validity of the questionnaire was estimated using Cronbach''s alpha of 89%. A total of 377 citizens from these regions were sampled. The analysis of the findings was quantitatively and inferential and with the help of modeling the equation of structure with the Amos Graphics software. In modeling the dimensions of each of the indicators, they are measured according to factor load, and the results indicate that all dimensions of insecurity have been able to define the main variable well. In structural analysis of variables, urban defensiveness spaces with coefficient (0.72) have a direct and significant effect on insecurity and even this concept has various effects in different situations from many variables. Among the variables studied, the level of awareness of individuals, individual insight and type of space have inverse effects on urban defenseless spaces and on insecurity. On the level of awareness of people and its effect on urban defenseless spaces with coefficient (-0.77) and its concurrent effect with coefficient (-0.58), this indicates that the level of awareness of individuals increases, as a result, Urban defense and insecurity will be reduced. This study seeks to revisit the structure and architecture relationship to enhance architects' understanding, human perception, and human security by recounting the operating system process for resolving the relationship between architecture and architecture, and to try to explain structural concepts in order to better understand them. Human perception of the environment is one of the most central issues in environmental psychology and a sense of security is a social-psychological phenomenon. They are a process by which human beings select the necessary data based on their needs and direct and indirect experiences of the conditions of the environment around them. Without knowing the effective factors, it will not be possible to provide a sense of social security for people in the community. Was. Architects have always faced the problem of not understanding structural concepts, because concepts that can be applied to the structure of an applied architecture do not exist or are scattered. In this descriptive-analytical research, a survey was conducted with a sample of 78 experts and a sample of 78 people. The results showed that the stability and resistance to psychological and physical security, physical security technology, The geometry of safety, the balance of social security, the integration of physical security, the compatibility of psychological security cannot be demonstrated.
