Woman is another face of human in the world. She is the main section of essence house and the leveler of the life way. The reflection of the past social beliefs and imaginations about woman had a key and determining role in persian and Arabic literature. To extent that most of these poets mentioned their latent and requests by love to woman and they emphasized on women's spiritual issues such as: education, freedom, bounty, contentment, righteousness, art, mysticism and so on. This emphasis resulted from the differences of the contemporary persian and Arabic scholars to woman compared to other groups and its result is manifested in most spiritual, humanistic and social issues. To extent that in most cases the women poets selected male, imitative and unclear recognition language for themselves. The present study tries to investigate the poets and scholars point of view about woman. Manuscript profile

2 - Reconsideration of the Corresponding Implication of the Verses "Inviolability"

The immortality of the Qur'an`s inviolability has a narrative proof of the book and tradition and rational evidence. The narrations from the Qur'an are verse 9 of Surah Al-Hijr and verse 42 of Surah Fussilat in which God has announced the memorization of the Qur'an and the non-entry of falsehood in it, respectively. The present study examines the meaning of these verses on the inviolability of the Qur'an, focusing on the concept of the word jinn. According to the lexical study of this word, the beliefs of ignorance about it, the analysis of the Prophet's audience's intention to use it and the Qur'anic literature around it, proved that from the point of view of the original audience of the Qur'an, the jinn is not crazy, but someone who has been in contact with jinns. They learn priesthood, poetry and magic. Therefore, the authority that divided the Qur'an into parts, considered it a part of the priesthood and a part of the poem, and called the Prophet a sorcerer because of presenting other miracles besides the Qur'an, slandered him and did not reveal the origin of revelation. God, but the jinn knew. Therefore, the Qur'an removes this accusation from the Prophet in the two verses under discussion and the context before and after it, introduces God as both the source of revelation and its memorizer of the devils, and considers the Qur'an itself to be dear and forbidden. And the entry of the jinn into it has negated. Therefore, the corresponding signification of the verses on the generality and immortality of the Qur'an's inviolability and the understanding of this meaning were rejected for the original audience, although it is possible that there are other indications in these two noble verses on the inviolability of the immortality. Teachers are considered as the most effective human resources and forces of the Education Organization in the implementation of the aimed changes. Analyzing the teachers’ lived experiences from the recent changes created in the evaluation system of the educational achievements in the primary schools has provided a proper background to promote the evaluation system of the educational achievements. This study aims at exploring and analyzing the teachers' reactions to the changes created in the evaluation system of the educational achievements in the primary schools. The present study has been conducted on the basics and principles of the qualitative approach of the interpretive phenomenology, with the participation of 14 male and female teachers teaching in the district two in Tehran based on the purposeful sampling and through using the semi-structured interviews and was finally analyzed based on the method of Diekelman et al. (1989). The results showed that teachers generally have no positive attitude towards the nature of the descriptive evaluation. From the teachers’ point of view, the changes in the evaluation system has created a situation in which the education system has employed a demanding and increasing expectations on the teachers leading to the formation of the negative opinions towards the teachers in the society. Teachers' perceptions and reactions to these changes in the evaluation system has been summarized in three main theme: "professional competencies", "problems in the education system” and "expectations of the education system" and also in nine sub theme. It seems that the focus and interest in making changes, regardless of the conditions of change, and especially the appropriateness of change with organizational maturity, have brought various and varied challenges to the educational system and its continuity can have devastating effects on all components of the educational system. Purpose: This paper intended to study the relationships between the effects of the rate of sensing and responding to the technological changes on business opportunity of a corporates.  Methodology: A descriptive research was used to investigate the relationship between variables under study. To collect data, a questionnaire (α= 0.821) was distributed among some 160 venders of products of SAMSUNG brand in Mashhad city. The structural equation modeling using maximum likelihood estimation was applied to test the hypotheses. Findings: The results revealed that marketing strategies of corporate and responding to technological changes had directly positive effect on business position of SAMSUNG Co. while marketing strategies plays a mediatory role on the relation between sensing to technological changes and SAMSUNG business position. Result: Sensing to technological changes and appropriate responding to it provides corporate’s  prosperity in their business.  Manuscript profile

Despite extensive studies on the relationship between diet type and its effect on equine biochemical factors, little is known about horse serum and plasma proteins following changes in diet from forage to forage mixed with concentrate. Acute phase proteins are a group of serum proteins whose concentrations increase in response to infections, inflammation, trauma, and neoplasia. Therefore, in the present study, we evaluated the serum levels of serum biomarkers, fibrinogen and total protein concentration along with the nutritional behavior of horses during diet change. For this purpose, two types of diets, including forage (first treatment) and mixture of forage with concentrate (second treatment) were used for each horse for fifteen consecutive days. Complete blood cell counts as well as serum levels of fibrinogen, haptoglobin and amyloid type A were measured before and after dietary changes. Serum fibrinogen, haptoglobin and amyloid A levels were significantly increased in horses of the second treatment group compared to horses in the first treatment group (p<0.05). There was also a statistically significant difference in the complete blood cell count due to the change of diet from forage to forage mixed with concentrate (p<0.05). It seems that changes in the natural flora of the horse's digestive tract following a change in diet can protect the animal's body against acute inflammatory and traumatic injuries. Recently image fusion has prominent and applicable roles in medical image processing. Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) image is applied to display map of blood vessels. In this essay, a new fusion algorithm for DSA serial images based on discrete wavelet transform coefficients is proposed. Fusion of high frequency coefficients is based on proposed fusion map and four evaluation criteria which introduce level of coefficient's energy. Our algorithm will be compared for different wavelet transforms and activity criteria for high frequency coefficients. The comparisons are based on the objective evaluation criteria which show measure of noise existence, sharpness and correlation between the fusion result and reference image. Finally, Meyer discrete wavelet transform is resulted as the best wavelet transform, and sum of modified Laplacian, local energy are introduced as activity level measurment for high and low frequency coefficients in process of brain vessel map extraction. The success of banks in today's competitive environment requires the necessary preparation to deal with it, and strategic agility in the form of an emerging weapon is known as the key to success in this environment. Given the importance of “strategic agility” in banks, the purpose of this qualitative research is to identify and explain the dimensions, components and indicators of strategic agility in Bank Melli Iran. In this research, using Sandlowski and Barroso’s seven-step Meta-Synthesis method, first, the relevant articles were selected and after reviewing them with the Thematic analysis method and during the necessary steps, the information is extracted and initial conceptual codes, indicators(selective codes), components(sub-themes) and dimensions(main themes) are identified and then, through a Delphi-based research process, they were subjected to a panel of selected experts for validation and promotion, and while receiving and applying their comments on removing or adding the required items, after 3 rounds, regarding the Kendall Correlation Coefficient, consensus was achieved and the final components of the strategic agility construct consisting of 4 main dimensions (Vision Clarity, Strategic Sensitivity, Strategic Responding and Collective Capabilities), 11 components and 34 indicators was identified. It can provide a basis for operationalization of Strategic Agility in Bank Melli Iran Manuscript profile
