The purpose of this research is the relationship between Futurology with research experience and research self-efficacy of M.A. students of Islamic Azad University of Sari. And it's implementation method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population in this research consist all 5112 MA. Students of 2015-2016 from Islamic Azad University of Sari. From that 361 students were randomly selected based on Krejcie and Morgan sampling table and applying stratified sampling method. For data collection was used the library and the field method. The data collection tool in this research was three researcher-made questionnaire included research experience, Futurology and research self-efficacy. The content validity of these questionnaires was approved by supervisors, advisors and experts in the field and their reliability was obtained by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively (83%, 91% and 86%). To analyze the data was used two statistical methods included descriptive statistics (frequency, indicators mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (wilcoxon test non-parametric methods, spearman correlation test, strong regression). For analysis was used spss software and LISREL. Findings from the research suggest that the meaningful relationship was established between the Futurology with research experience and research self-efficacy of M.A. students of Islamic Azad University of Sari. Research is one of the most important topics in higher education. Some researches should be carried out in order to identifying and resolving the research problems and selecting qualified people. The aim of the present study was to focus on the research self-efficacy in the psychology and educational sciences graduate students. The research was conducted by using the descriptive-survey method. The statistical population was consisted of all MA students in psychology and educational Sciences at the Tehran Kharazmy University in 2011-2012 semesters. 120 students were selected by simple random sampling method. The used tool for gathering the data was a standard research self-efficacy questionnaire (Phillips & Russell, 1994). Analyzing the data showed the followings: 1- Practical research skills efficacy among MA students were high (Sig 0.000, p < 0.01). 2- Writing skills efficacy among MA students were high (Sig 0.000, p < 0.01). 3- Research design skills efficacy among MA students were high (Sig 0.000, p < 0.01). 4- Quantitative and computer skills efficacy among MA students were not high (Sig 0.070, p < 0.05). It can be concluded that the efficacy of practical research skills, writing and research design among these students were high. This result may be due to the familiarity with statistical methods and research, previous learning and their experiences. Quantitative and computer skills efficacy among the students were not high and perhaps it wad due to the lack of required familiarity to work with computers and statistical software. Objective: The Present research has been conducted to check the relationship between research self-efficacy and research productivity among the faculty members of Ahwaz Azad University. Methods: This descriptive research has been done in analytical survey manner with the correlational approach. The population is consisted of all faculty member of Ahwaz Azad University, 181of them were selected randomly as a sample. Data gathered use of Philips and Russell research self-efficacy scale and researcher made questionnaire for research productivity. After confirming of its validity and reliability, the questionnaires were given to the subjects after filling them, they gave them back. The calculated reliability score of the self-efficacy questionnaire was 0.83 and 0.81 for research productivity. The data obtained by the questionnaire, having inputted into SPSS 21 software, were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics such as one sample t test, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression. Results: research self-efficacy with mean 227.56 is desirable and research productivity is mediocre with mean 61.47. Among the self-efficacy factors, writing skills is the most with 63.73% mean, and computer and quantitative skills are the least with44.o8% mean. The mean of operational research is 59.88 and designing research is 59.87. Conclusion: the findings showed that there is a significant positive relationship between research self-efficacy and its dimensions with research productivity. Research design skills has the greatest correlation with research productivity (r= 0/872). Results of regression analysis showed that research design skills and e and computer skills can predict research productivity of faculty members. Manuscript profile
