        Objective: The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between political behavior and organizational structure through job conflict in the employees of the Department of Sports and Youth of Fars. Methods: This research was applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars in the number of 114 people, of which 100 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and by sampling the total number. Dobrin (1978), Wood's organizational structure (2005) and Ghanbari et al.'s job conflict (2004). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression, and structural equations were used to analyze the data. Results: The results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between political behavior and job conflict with organizational structure. Also, political behaviors and occupational conflict had the ability to significantly predict the organizational structure of employees, and finally, the relationship between political behaviors and organizational structure through occupational conflict was positive and significant. (P ≤ 0.01). Conclusions: Therefore, political behavior should not be an obstacle in front of employees, rather it should help employees in providing innovative solutions in different organizational situations, to be able to create more efficiency and effectiveness in the organization with positive involvement in work and creating a suitable organizational structure.         The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between political behaviors and strategic thinking with hypocritical behaviors in physical education teachers of Kazerun city. This research was applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all the physical education teachers of Kazeron city in the number of 97 people, of which 83 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and using the total number sampling method. The tools of data collection were the standard questionnaires of Dobrin's political behaviors (1978), Goldman's strategic thinking (2005) and Danai Fred et al.'s hypocritical behaviors (2013). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between political behaviors and hypocritical behaviors, and there was a negative and significant relationship between strategic thinking and hypocritical behaviors, and the results of the research showed that political behaviors and strategic thinking have significant predictive ability. Methods: This research was applied and descriptive and correlational. Data collection tools were standard organizational prestige questionnaires. Sarmad et al. (2013), Goldman's strategic thinking (2005) and Dobrin's (1978) political behaviors. Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression, and structural equations were used to analyze the data. Results: The results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between strategic thinking and organizational prestige, and the results of the research showed that the relationship between strategic thinking and organizational prestige through the subjects' political behaviors was not significant (P ≤ 0.01).         The present study was conducted with the aim of structural analysis of organizational silence on the perception of political behaviors and organizational jealousy with the mediating role of job compatibility. Statistics of all faculty members of Payame Noor University of West Azerbaijan Province in 1398, which includes 164 faculty members, considering that the whole community was considered, so the sample is equal to the community. To collect information from four standard questionnaires (organizational silence, Perception of political behaviors, organizational jealousy, job compatibility) were used. Content and structural validity of the questionnaires were confirmed and the reliability of the questionnaires was 0.74, 0.91, 0.73, 0.87, respectively, to evaluate the relationships between variables. Hidden and measured in the conceptual model, structural modeling of data using SPSS and PLS3 software was used.The results of the study indicate a significant role between variables, ie there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational jealousy and organizational silence, between perception of organizational political behavior and organizational silence, between adaptation and organizational silence. And organizational jealousy has a direct and negative relationship with job compatibility. The results also confirm the mediating role of job compatibility the causal relationship between organizational jealousy and organizational silence Communication and interaction of faculty members with different departments in order to better promote the university, turn jealousy into healthy and positive competition, use and apply participatory decision-making style and exchange views on various issues in order to create a sense of interest And trust among faculty members is one of the most important research results.
